This is our second time at this property. The home is well suited to big families, plenty of room to spread out although the pool and volleyball court were the greatest hits. Proximity to Lake MI a huge plus. Kitchen was best equipped of any we’ve stayed at prior.

Our week here was wonderful. We had 7 adults and 5 kids (8 and under), it had everything we needed! The home was clean and exactly as described. Communication was easy and responses were quick. We would absolutely stay again and tried to book next year, but it’s booked!!

Our group of 14 had the best time at the Pavilion! The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and the outdoor area was outstanding! Pickleball, volleyball, chess, and of course, the pool was enjoyed by all. We were able to hang out together outside without being on top of each other. We loved having two sets of washers and dryers and multiple refrigerators. These extra amenities made everything so much easier for our large family. We definitely hope to return in the future.

This House was perfect for my family’s annual trip to South Haven. Our grandkids are between 1.5 yrs to 11 yrs ages and the backyard and basement kept them busy even though our weather was not the best. We rented golf carts and they provided us with transportation to beach and downtown. We were able to watch the World Cup from the tvs outside, even from the pool. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 washers and dryers. Upstairs and downstairs have large open spaces. We have been coming to Michigan for summer vacations for 10 years and this is the first house we want to come back to.

The home and location were all that we hoped them to be. The whole family enjoyed it and voted to return next year. We used all of the amenities on the property, enjoyed shopping in South Haven, and did daily visits to the nearby beach on Lake Michigan. Deanna responded quickly to our questions regarding a couple of things--very pleased with her personableness.

We’ve stayed here for 3 years in a row and plan on continuing to do so. Our kids love the pool and the loft space. The basement is a great hang out spot. Our only suggestion would be to add a rug on the main floor to help reduce the noise - but that may be a unique problem since our kids are so loud.

Jim, We look forward to hosting you again in the future, and we’re so glad to hear that your family has enjoyed past stays at our property. I'll make a note to consider some sound barriers for the kids—but I suppose that’s a good sign! It means they’re having a great time. Deanna

Amazing house.

The house was by far the most stocked VRBO we have ever rented. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and enough games to keep us occupied for days. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a rental, you will not be disappointed.

Family vacation

This was our family’s first time in South Haven, and it was a great experience. We had 16 people staying in the house (7 adults and 9 kids under 7) and this house had plenty of space. The backyard was great and it’s close enough to town and to the beach. The first street beach was nice, but the stairs to get down to the beach pretty steep. The house was well stocked, the owner was easy to get in touch with, and overall it was a great trip and we would definitely come back!

Family celebration of anniversary

The house was perfect for my husband and I with our children and grandchildren. Everyone loved the spacious house and all the activities in the back yard, pool, sand volleyball, bean bags, bocce ball. Short walk to beach. Owners put a lot of thought into this home. ENJOYED BY ALL!!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful week’s stay with perfect weather. The pool was amazing! The weather was warm enough we didn’t even use the pool heater. The house was very clean upon arrival. Lots of room and bathrooms to spread out. The oven knob was broken but that was the only problem we had. We want to stay here again! This is our 2nd time staying here. The property owners were great to work with.

Family trip

I stayed at the property with my three adult children, their spouses, and four grandchildren, ages 10, 8, 5, and 8 months. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to the beach and downtown. The yard was great and we enjoyed the pool. The basement was filled with games. We had non stop fun, and would highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for family of 14

The house was perfect for our family of 14 as we were celebrating my in-laws 50th anniversary. There was something for everyone in our family at the house. We had teenagers and small children and we enjoyed the pool, outdoor games, and games in the basement. There was plenty of space and very close to the beach and town of south haven. The house was so clean and had many high end finishes. Highly recommend this house!

The backyard is not what it looks like, the property is very expensive compared to what it offers. The walk to the beach is not short especially when carry arms full of stuff. The property was clean and fully stocked. Volleyball court was full of weeds, backyard is fake grass and hodgepodge’s together.

Wonderful Spot for Family Getaway!

We loved our stay at this gem in South Haven! We had a BLAST taking advantage of all there was to do in the basement and backyard- volleyball, swimming, ping-pong, and much more. The main living/kitchen area is spacious and open, and we made good use of the kitchen to cook a delicious breakfast feast each morning. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes where we had it mostly to ourselves, and the drive into town was just a few minutes, also. There were so many cute, little shops and plenty of dining options, too. Our only complaint was that we had trouble getting some of the TVs and remotes to work. We would totally stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Getaway

We couldn’t have been more happy with the house we picked! The pictures are very accurate. The house is beautiful! It was like being at an ocean vacation home, without the crazy long drive. The pool and backyard oasis were wonderful! We had one beginning of the year issue with the pool, but it was resolved quickly. Deanna was wonderful to work with! If we had any problems she quickly responded to my messages through the Vrbo app and was super friendly. We are already looking at when we can bring our whole family back again. Thank you for the wonderful family vacation memories!!

Fun house

House was great, kids and adults loved the chess board in back and games in the basement. I did feel like there were a lot of fees on top of the cleaning fee if things were not done. I understand cleaning up after yourself but additional fees on top of cleaning fee just seemed silly.

We appreciate your response and you are absolutely allowed to have an opinion where your money is concerned. Extra fees are stated in the welcome packet and the only added fees are for not cleaning the grill and keeping it in the condition you found it and starting two loads of towels. These are custom and common practices in most rentals and are requests from our cleaning crew in order for them to properly have the house clean for the next renters. Check out is 11 and check in is 4 and we want each guest to have a clean experience and we do expect certain things from our renters to keep the property in the same condition you found it and to also help our cleaning crew out to ensure they have the time to prepare the property to the standards we expect for all of our guests. Best to you and your family, Deanna
