Thank you, Valerie for reaching out personally to prepare us for the check-in prior to our trip. We found the house to be very comfortable and clean, good AC throughout, stocked with games, beach chairs, even some handy snorkel equipment. the location is unbeatable right on the beach with ample sun and shade. Very nice and restful there. We enjoyed Rincon and hope to return again in the future.

Our stay in Rincon was amazing! The house was perfect. It is in a great location right on the beach yet close to town center. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items and beach items. Great food trucks right outside the neighborhood and a food market and bakery 1/4 mile away. Perfect for a family vacation. We hope to return again.

The communication was excellent and the property was clean. The only thing was a toad or bird that sounded VERY loud ALL night long.

Unlimited ocean access. The sunset at your beck and call. The great restaurants in walking distance. The home was super well equipped. We enjoyed every minute of every day. It’s all you need for a lovely beach vacation for the family.

Wonderful house! The host provides all the beach essentials you need for a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean, and the facilities work great. The ceiling fans and room AC units make for cool nights. The kitchen has the basics, but you will need to shop for a few essentials. The bathrooms are clean and supplied with hand soap.

Great location

This house is in a great location. The access to the beach is perfect and it's close enough to places to eat and shop.The neighborhood is quiet and has a feeling of safety.

We absolutely loved our time in this home, and its location ON the water cant be beat. This house has everything - amazing communication, smooth checkin, super clean home throughout, great ACs in each bedroom and ON THE BEACH location. We were blown away. The pictures do not do it justice, this is THE place to stay in Rincon. Its not if we will be back, its when. This home is really that good...

We had a great stay at this Rincon property. The house itself is huge, comfortable, and very well set up for a relaxing trip. Everything worked smoothly the entire time… no issues with power or water, which made a big difference.The location is hard to beat. It’s right on the beach and feels private and exclusive, but still close to everything. The beach out front is beautiful, and we loved having easy access to jet ski rentals, a nearby street market, and plenty of food options. There’s also a grocery store super close, and Rincon downtown is just a short drive away.The house came stocked with extras like chairs, boards, and games, which made it easy to just settle in and enjoy. Beds were comfortable, and overall it was a really easy place to unwind.Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The accommodations were perfect for a family and the beach was amazing! You can’t beat the location. Quiet neighborhood but in just minutes you were at wonderful restaurants, grocery store and bakeries. I would highly recommend Valerie’s home if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacay!

Perfect Get-a-Way

Everyone had a great time. The house made for a picture perfect family vacation. They supplied everything and more

Awesome location. Right on an amazing beach with daily sunsets. Clean house. Easy check in. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown. Hosts were super helpful with recommendations. Will stay here agan when we come back! Highly recommend.

Best beach house ever!

Great home right on the best stretch of beach in Rincon. All sand on shore and 100m out before some incredible reef for snorkeling. Walking distance to downtown and tons of food options.

Another great stay on the beach

Family loves this house, its location on the beach and the many things to do within a short drive or even walking distance. Everything worked great, even the a/c. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Host was communicative and had no problems. We can't wait to come back.
