You were not charged for smoking. You were charged for all the brown liquor you and your girlfriend spilled on the bed damaging 3 pillows, sheets, comforter and mattress pad. On the top of that, the carpet and rugs were stained with the same brown stick liquor. I sent you all the pictures, and you knew that the damages far exceeded the $250 damage deposit. I had a loss of around $500. The damage was so extensive and consistent with at least 2 bottles of liquor being poured on the bed or on someone’s body while the person was on the bed Three full large garbage bags full of emptied liquor bottles were found in the Condo. There were several bath towels damaged that no amount of Oxy Clean would remove the brown large stains. I made 2 trips to the laundromat trying to saving the King size white comfort that was brand new, and to no avail. I lost all the bed linens, the white comfort and 3 pillows. I had to have the bedroom carpet steam cleaned and special treated to remove the stick brown alcoholic substance from the carpet. The 2nd bathroom was full of diarrhea on the toilet seat and on the floor around the toilet. Even the cleaning lady refused to clean it.
