We had trouble getting in and had to request a new code for the door. I was not impressed with the email and text tones. You could not get in until EXACTLY 4 pm, which we couldn’t because the code didn’t work. Then there was a message about the fobs. How there are 6 ( because that is the # of people that can stay there ) and if any were missing it would charge our card 50 each. There were 2 missing and I immediately sent an email and text to make sure our card wasn’t charged. It would seem like the cleaning crew would have assessed that and reported if any were missing. Then before checkout an email was sent if the unit needed “extra” cleaning they would take pictures and charge my card. I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for years and have never stayed somewhere that “spoke” to guests in this manner. The condo was cleaned and I took pictures. Also the toilet in the master bathroom almost overflowed before we left early this morning, way before our check out time.

Thank you for the 4‑star review and for staying with Liquid Life. Sorry about the check‑in trouble — guests should be able to access the unit at the listed time and the code should have worked. I’ll review our access process and pre‑arrival checks so this doesn’t happen again and we’ll clarify the timing in our messages. Sorry about the way our fob and extra‑cleaning notices came across. Housekeeping should inventory fobs before each stay, and we’ll reinforce that procedure and revise the messaging so it’s less alarmist. If you already sent photos, thank you — that helps. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates so we can confirm no fob or cleaning charges were applied. I’m sorry the master toilet nearly overflowed — that’s unacceptable. I’ll have maintenance inspect the plumbing and address any issues. Please send your reservation dates via Vrbo so we can follow up and make sure everything is resolved. Hope to host you again.

Beach view is amazing. It was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen had what we needed except basic staples like cooking spray, salt and pepper. They give you one tiny bottle of hand soap which wasn't enough for us, so we had to go buy a bottle of hand soap and then pack it out to bring it home. it would be nice to have one of those little bottles for each sink. this was communicated in the listing but you don't know how much you will actually get. We also needed more toilet paper. We were there Sun.-Friday. There was also some very loud construction noises coming from another unit. At times we could not even converse. We were out on the beach or exploring the town a lot but when you come back you would hope you will have a quiet place to relax. The construction noises were not something that was communicated and I emailed the help email and did not get a response. that is why we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Perfect accommodations

We checked in very easily, the place was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. WiFi was great. It is located close to anything you would want to do while staying in Gulf Shores. The balcony was wonderful to watch the sunrise/sunset and to people watch all day. We saw dolphins while enjoying our morning coffee almost every day.

The condo was great, beautiful view from the balcony.The elevator was fast to the 9th floor, property wasn't crowded.The bed in the master suite could benefit from a mattress topper as it was hard and flat.The hot tub was was only warm, never truly hot. The last few days it was cold water. The indoor outdoor pool was a hit with kids!

Great Time

The condo was perfect for us and the view from the balcony was amazing. It’s in a great location and the beach was beautiful. There’s plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall we enjoyed our week and hopefully will plan to be back.

Great getaway right on the beach

This VRBO did not disappoint. It was great to be able to go right to the condo and get right in without having to go somewhere else first to check in. The condo was clean and beautiful and at a perfect location. Great view of the beach from the deck, and easy access to the beach at any time. It had everything we needed, and when we made a special request, it was taken care of right away. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning. It was very quiet, you didn't hear your neighbors. The hosts were very good to work with. When you sent them a message, they responded right away. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

We had such a wonderful time here. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and so were the couches and chairs. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We will definitely be staying here again.

Summer vacation

Place was great, just enough space for 3 of us in the room. The condo was clean and nice furniture. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Cons:Master bedroom is hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all. The dishwasher leaks when being used. The pool is very small.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

We loved our stay on this 9th floor condo. The condo was clean and spacious. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We especially loved the large deck with comfortable seating. The pool was under repair for part of our stay. The pool and hot tub are very small as well. Easy access to the beach! Will definitely stay again!
