Skåret ud af en 1880 bondegård, har denne opdaterede Treetop Cottage alle moderne bekvemmeligheder, men med charmen af en Bed & Breakfast.

King soveværelse-stue plus anden dronning soveværelse og bad. Overall very nice property. I was surprised at how much VRBO charged for fees! That was not disclosed clearly. The estimate I received when I booked and what was ultimately charged to my card was over 50 more.

We loved our stay. The rooms were wonderful. And the outdoor patio setting was fabulous. The breakfast items were delicious. Our host was accommodating, gracious and simply the best. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The space is small but incredibly charming, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We really appreciated all of the extra touches, including coffee, creamers, a pitcher of cold water in the fridge, and the breakfast ingredients that were provided. The breakfast was delicious and made our morning so easy.The two window air conditioners kept the space wonderfully cool—we actually got a little chilly at one point, which was a welcome surprise in the middle of the summer heat! The jetted bathtub was another highlight and made for a relaxing stay. It's clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome with all of the thoughtful amenities they provide.A few things to keep in mind: there is a flight of stairs to reach the cottage, so guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns may want to plan accordingly. The floors are a bit creaky, which made it a little challenging to keep our baby asleep, and the kitchen sink faucet was a little loose. None of these minor issues took away from our overall experience.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and welcoming getaway.

Good morning, Stephanie!We just left your beautiful treetop cottage, and wanted to tell you what an amazing job you did with every detail making it quaint, welcoming and cozy. My son, daughter and I were very impressed… in fact, “blown away” by the whole experience and had everything we could have wanted. The pastries were such a nice touch, too! While it was clean and easy to access for humans it was difficult for dogs. There are a lot of wooden steps to go up and down and there is no grass on the property in the back. It’s all gravel and hard on the dogs. Have to walk to get to a potty area. Also, the listing said two bedrooms. There is only one bedroom. The king bed is in an open living room with the sofa bed. The only true bedroom with a door is the queen bed.

Thank you for staying with us although it seems we were not a good fit for you. We try to provide good photos and descriptions of all our properties. Even though we only have control on our own website how that information is presented. We had hoped the name Treetop would help with driving home the fact that this cottage is upstairs. You are right, we do not have any grass in the back. I'm sorry the grassy lot next door or across the street was inconvenient. I hope you still enjoyed your stay.

Weekend in Little Rock

Stayed with another couple and had a great time. The place was nice and clean with breakfast as a nice touch. The place was at a good location and close to things we wanted to do. Would stay again and do recommend a stay here if visiting Little Rock.

Lovely cottage

This was a lovely cottage that had everything we needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable for a good night’s sleep! The breakfast was delicious and a nice bonus!

Wonderful stay at Treetop Cottage

My sister and mom had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Wonderfully laid out with many lovely touches, including the already prepared waffle mix. Would definitely book again!

Cute and Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodations were just as advertised. Our host had the most fabulous breakfasts for us each morning! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook our own meals. The garden was adorable!

Nice

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was cozy. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

First time to Little Rock

Enjoyed the cottage and stay. Liked the decor and cleanliness. It is important to note that you are staying in an urban setting. Also the cottages are connected.

After a demanding career in advertising, I moved home to Little Rock from Dallas, settled in the city's incredible historic neighborhood where I grew up and began Act III of my life ... so far my favorite. I love being a cottage innkeeper, working from my own 1880s farmhouse surrounded by peace , beauty and wonderful guests who seem to enjoy my updated, vintage cottages.

Rosemont is a farmhouse built in 1880 still retaining much of the original construction. I moved here from a career in Dallas advertising with the desire to restore this lovely historic house and turn it into my home and an inn. After 18 years of traditional innkeeping, I converted the space to private cottages. I love everything about my life in the house, the neighborhood and my cottages.

Private entrance to each cottage through the common garden with off-street parking behind the garden steps away from your cottage. Each cottage has either a gated balcony or fenced & gated private garden. Privacy, seclusion and casual luxury are the hallmarks of Rosemont hospitality.
