Fabulous house in a great location with tons of extra amenities to enjoy (books, games, kayaks) that really makes the stay extra special. There are so many areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors at this house: poolside, down by the canal, the upstairs patio, the back patio and much more. The back upstairs screened-in porch was our favorite part of this incredible house. We loved our time here and really enjoyed the fun Florida vibe the house provided, and the short walk to the incredible AMI beaches is of course a major plus.

Family Fun

The spacious 3 bedroom house was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub. Located within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and shops. An added bonus was seeing manatees while kayaking!

Beautiful House with Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The check-in process was very easy and the property manager was great in responding to a couple questions we had. The property is beautiful—we loved using the heated pool and spa every day! The house came stocked with plenty of beach towels which was a plus! We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Holly so much. The location was so close to the beach and had a dock for canal access. The house had chairs, pool toys, games, and so many extras that we were able to use. The house layout was perfect for two families. We were very happy with our stay!!

Perfect vaca house!

This house was so comfortable, with multiple places to gather and lounge! Even though this was our first time on AMI, we could tell this house was a fantastic location! Just a quick (5 min) walk to the beach, kayak/paddleboard/fishing access off the back dock, ping pong and foosball in the garage, and plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, board games & puzzles! A great assortment of dishes/pots/pans/utensils in the kitchen for making meals. A great place to stay!

A great beach vacation

We loved the location, close to the beach and on a canal. A few manatees swam by while we were there! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas were well used but serviceable. Having a good washer and dryer at the house meant we came home with clean clothes! I hope we can come back to Heavenly Holly soon.

Best vacation spot in Anna Maria

It was such a pleasure to stay at this house during our vacation. The house was very clean and the rooms were beautifully furnished. We had everything that we needed and could not ask for a better place to stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and we were able to cook for our family and even bake our daily sourdough bread. The beach was with a very short distance in a beautiful, quiet location of the island. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing of the ramp right in our backyard. Not to mention spacious, clean pool, all the games in the garage and huge screened porch that made our vacation just perfect. Will definitely return again.

Book it!

We go on our yearly family girls trip every year, my daughter, my sister and my mom. We had a wonderful time. Heavenly Holly is in a fantastic location and on the quieter end of the island. The neighbors are fantastic as well and ensured we were able to see the manatees when they swam through the canal! The owners provide plenty of amenities for the whole family to enjoy but also for everyone to have their own space. We’ll be back!

Not clean

Under the beds were cupcake wrappers, eye drops and hair clumps. Several of us cut our feet on shards of glass by the pool throughout our stay. It was in between the pavers in several spots. We interrupted the cleaner bc it was past 4.

Not worth the money

The location and layout of the home were great. We appreciated the games, wagon, beach toys, and kitchen accessories. However the pool was not heated and not cleaned until mid week, the spa did not work, the home was not very clean or in good repair, the water heater had only enough hot water for 3 short showers and the linens and other amenities were carelessly stocked-extra towels but only3 washcloths, one potholder, one dish towel, and only a few of the things we were told would be there. It was very disappointing for the children who had been promised a heated pool and for the adults who had paid extra for for a rental with a heated pool.

Very nice, could have been better.

Property was very nice, the detail cleaning could have been better the door frame from the deck into the house could have been cleaner as well as above the door frames. Also using the garage was difficult. The lower entry pad did not work and had to go upstairs and come down everytime we wanted to park the car/cart inside. I went to the office as directed to get a remote but they said they said never had one. This was a little frustrating.

Great stay!

The house was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. Slept 6 adults comfortably. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and spa area. Key code sent to us and able to go straight to the house. Conveniently located and walking distance to a few places to eat. We rented a golf cart and were able to go most places on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, perfect for a family

We recently stayed for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons. The house is perfectly located on a canal, at the North End of Anna Maria, which is our favorite area. Once there, you really don't need to drive. The shops and restaurants of Pine Avenue are less than a mile from the house, and the beach is only 3-4 blocks away. There are many nice things about this home, including a huge screened deck/lanai with lovely canal views, and a nice pool and hot tub area. We loved the open layout of the main floor and having a washer/dryer on that level. We also enjoyed having coffee on the dock and one morning, saw a group of manatees--they are huge! The garage area has ping-pong and foosball tables which the kids enjoyed. There were a couple of locked bikes in garage we couldn't use, and one with a flat tire. We ended up renting bikes from Beach Bums in town--highly recommended! I would say that the upstairs master suite, where we grandparents stayed, needs some TLC. The bathroom miniblinds were broken & the exhaust fan did not work.. The shower was slow to drain, so a shower involved standing in ankle deep water. In addition, the blow dryer didn't work, but there was another one downstairs. . PROS: Nicely decorated and outfitted; great location w mature trees and canal access; plenty of kid's activities. CONS: some minor maintenance issues; Lots of steps.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for our family. Being close to the beach and away from the busy part of the island was great. The house was nice and clean. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The only issue we had is that the beds were not very comfortable and are very stiff. The pool and hot tub worked great. It was nice having the dock in the canal to fish from and launch the kayaks. I highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a private location close to the beach!

Great house! Amazing location!

We absolutelty loved this home! We knew nothing about AMI and feel like we totally lucked out finding this home to rent. We loved the sliding glass doors opening up to the absolutely private backyard pool and view of the intercoastal waters/deck. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. beds were great! 3 minute walk to the beach and an easy walk to Pine St... we recommend renting a golf cart for sure though! (Reserve early if you can) Vacasa rep was extremely responsive when needed for a minor thing! We would definitley look to rent again!

Lacking supplies.

There are absolutely no condiments spices or anything to get you started. Not enough toilet paper or paper products to last a family for a week. Be sure to take everything you might need or at least enough to get you through the first day or two so you can go shopping.

Great rental home

This house had everything we needed. It was clean and cute! I love that it was spacious enough that even after we brought all our gear in there was still plenty of room for us in the house. It still felt spacious. The backyard felt very private and the pool was beautiful. Loved the location too.

Multi-generation family vacation

This home exceed our expectations. Most importantly for us, it is just a few blocks from the beach. A short stroll out the front door and we were on what seemed like our own private beach. We walked up to bean point and down to The Sandbar for drinks and snacks. It is perfectly located! From the moment we arrived, the home was bright, airy and inviting. It was meticulously clean...every bathroom, bedroom and kitchen (which is fully stocked for all cooking needs). The linens and towels appeared brand new. The washer and dryer worked great for keeping our beach towels clean. And the owners even provided an in depth book outlining Anna Maria favorite places to go and instructions on how to turn on the hot tub, lights, etc. We had 3 generations, from 12-83 yrs old and the home accommodated everyone's needs. After the first night, we all commented on how comfortable the beds were...even the pull out sofa. With such a vast age range, the home met all our needs. The front porch is a perfect spot to get away for a quiet read, while the screened in porch overlooking the pool is great for dining or monitoring kids in the pool. Another spot we enjoyed was on the lower level. One evening we grilled steaks and dined by the pool. We had such a busy week, we didn't get a chance to play ping-pong or foosball....hopefully next time for sure! There were even a few bikes in the garage which made for a nice tour around the area. The kids often popped out to the dock for a turn on the kayak and manatee watching. This home provided the perfect get-away for our family. Thank you and we can't wait for a return visit.
