3rd Time and Still a Charm

We love this location for a get away weekend of 2 childhood friends and their moms who are in their 80’s! We even got sunshine and a morning drinking coffee on the deck! Such a wonderfully comfortable home!

Bunco Babe Stay!!

All the reviews were spot on, a peaceful, lovely location, house very clean, cupboards abundant with all necessities and more, plenty of seating.A few suggestions: **master lamp (lake side of room) would go on and off; changing bulb did not help**Pillows were very stained; we'd suggest pillow covers with zippers (and replacement of pillows)**Extra face cloths and hand towels**Front porch could use a railing in the middle, so it would be accessible going up or down the few stairsIt was a great find for us, and Gig Harbor has grown so much since we've been here. That means another trip for us!!Thank you!!

2 month stay in home away from home

Great Hosts, good communication. Comfortable home. Beautiful Lake View, enjoyed Kayaks on lake, nice patio furniture on deck, nice fireplace for cold nights, comfortable beds, clean home. Our need to stay in another home for 2 months turned out to be wonderful! Thank you!

Serenity on the lake!

This was a great weekend away for my family. The house was spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing. The lake is beautiful to watch as we sat by the fireplace. I would totally come back!

Annual Sisters Getaway

Stay was great, loved the fireplace as made it cozy. Love the NO SHOES policy as made for the place staying extra clean, with carpet there is nothing worse than having everyone where shoes in the house. The dock makes perfect for fishing or lounging.

Clean, Comfy & Convenient

I live near Seattle and my brother and his wife were visiting from AZ, so we decided to rent a house in an area none of us were familiar with. Our host Michelle was very helpful before and after booking. She was prompt with answering questions about the house and town and even gave us some restaurant recommendations (we went to Anthony's!). The house was wonderful. We all agreed it was one of the cleanest and updated houses any of us had rented. There was plenty of comfy seating and large windows to watch the wildlife that flew and wandered by. Unfortunately it rained every day of our visit, so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor porch, grassy backyard or the lovely lake. The property is only about 10 minutes to the waterfront. We were able to stroll along and visit all of the shops and the farmers market. I have zero complaints about our stay and would rent this house again if need a place in Gig Harbor.

Very Cute & Quiet

Our stay in Gig Harbor was wonderful. The house was spotless and well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials. The heated floors in the primary bathroom were a lovely touch, especially since the weather was cooler during our visit. The area is stunning, with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. We had a fantastic time taking the kids to a drive-in movie theater for a double feature under the stars. It was a perfect family getaway!

Wonderful home on the lake!

Our family of four (two kids 10 and 12) loved our stay here! The home is clean, well-stocked and so well taken care of. We loved fishing off the dock and using the pedal boat! The owners are so easy to be in touch with and very helpful. It was the perfect place for us to base our vacation from as we explored the area!

Wonderful stay!

Very nice, convenient location! Clean, well-stocked, and nicely laid out home. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck looking at the water and backyard critters. Close to shops, food, and gas stations but still a very quiet setting. Can’t say enough positive things. We definitely would recommend it and will stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thanks!

Quick graduation trip

The house is well maintained, in a great location, and offers a chance to relax and rest. We had a busy weekend with graduations, but were able to get back and rest after all the activities. Plenty of room for family of 5 to stretch out.

Family New Year

Our Colorado daughter, son-in-law and three grand daughters stayed at the home proximate to our son's home in the same community. They had a wonderful stay as our entire family was able to enjoy the Gig Harbor area including a visit to Victoria BC.

Cozy place to gather - repeat stay

Found my Serenity

What an absolute jewel!! This place is actually magical!! I found my Serenity just sitting on the dock of the beautiful lake!! The cleanest most well taken care of property! They had everything you needed to enjoy your stay from a peddleboat, to local restaurants and maps!! There was no guessing in this house, all instructions were there if you needed them. My favorite was just to sit in the living room and listen to the woodpeckers and watch the lake. At night the sky was filled with stars and the air is so clean!! If I had one negative it would be too many night lights ! That should be the worst problem to have!!! I can’t wait to go back and visit my brother again just so we can stay here!!!

Peaceful Lakehouse Experience with Lots to Do & Enjoy!

This Lakehouse invites one to relax and just enjoy the views! The views from all the windows & deck facing the lake are exceptional! We enjoyed eating our meals on the deck, while enjoying all the ducks and geese. We explored all over the lake with the paddle-boat, and took in the calmness by just relaxing on the dock and in the lakeside chairs. There were fishing poles and a paddleboard to use as well, but we didn't have the time. This extremely clean home has everything you will need, from a fully-stocked kitchen and big refrigerator to games & dvds, & lots of comfy furniture to snuggle up on. The bedrooms had closets with nice built-ins to store all your clothes & shoes, and the mattresses provided us all a great nights sleep. The bathrooms are updated, and had everything we needed. Also, a big pantry in the laundry room to store all your food items and coolers. It's obvious the owners strive to provide a superior experience for their guests - and it is very much appreciated! We also liked the "house-rule" of no shoes in the house. It just added to the pristine-clean feel of the home. This home just brings you all together, to enjoy the outdoors and the water life! Thank you Michelle for a wonderful, & relaxing stay at your beautiful home!

Lovely Gig Harbor Stay

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed just about everything. The property was lovely and quiet and the house was well-stocked with games and activities, kitchenware, and just about anything else we required. The kids enjoyed hours of fishing off the dock and cruising around the water on the pedal boat. We also loved picking wild blackberries right on the property. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated that there were lots of blankets for use for sleeping and lounging. I particularly enjoyed sleeping with the wi does open to the lake, listening to the wildlife through the night. The house is located on an arterial road. While it isn’t terribly busy, cars do tend to drive fast. The driveway into the garage is very steep and not ideal for parking, but there is space in the garage for multiple vehicles as well as flat parking just off the road. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we found ourselves needing, including a stash of condiments and pantry items, though I’d be careful to check dates on items left behind by other guests. Everything in the kitchen seems clean with the exception of the disposal, which could use some attention. The outdoor spaces were lovely and there is plenty of comfortable seating, but could use a good cleaning as there were lots of cobwebs, dust, and dirt everywhere. None of the issues we encountered were deal breakers and we were otherwise happy with how clean everything was. Would definitely stay again.

Another Great Stay!

This is our third year of staying in this beautiful lake house. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and sitting on the deck by the lake is so peaceful. The hosts are very accommodating and do a great job. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely family stay

Met up with family from California for a relaxing visit by the lake. We had everything we needed and were a short drive to the harbor and close to two parks and the bay. We even saw deer nearby! Thank you for a great stay!
