Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and close to all local attractions yet still secluded and quiet. We especially enjoyed relaxing with a cocktail on the balcony at the end of each day.

Grandparents time

Started off rough with no power and air. After driving 6 hours we were ready to kick back and relax. I called Brian and kept in touch and power finally came on. Rest of stay wonderful.

Power, and utilities were off for the entire mountain and surrounding area affecting many homes for several hours which has never happened like this before. We offered Pamela a hotel for 1 night but she and her family wisely decided to wait and full service was restored about 10pm. Never did find out what had happened. Glad you enjoyed your stay and the 5 star review! Hope to have you back soon.

CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING

We truly enjoyed our accommodations in this lovely condo! Loved all the new upgrades they have made! The large garden jacuzzi tub was a PLUS!! We enjoyed a nice soak after a long hard day! It was spacious with great views! We would stay here again for sure. It was rather hot upstairs but the extra fans helped a lot! The condo is very convenient to every place on our itinerary too! Glad you enjoyed the condo. You are welcome back anytime. Had a new AC unit installed few days prior to your stay. Sounds like we need to rebalance air flow or just set thermostat lower. You are sleeping upstairs. Hot air rises and thermostat is downstairs.

Pigeon Forge Condo Stay

Pros: The condo had nice balconies and decent views. The kitchen was well stocked. The bluetooth speaker and WIFI was nice. Condo is in a good location for acess to Dolly Wood and Pigeon Forge. Cons: The condo was not as clean as it could have been. Dirty countertops, floors, and steps. The dining room table had a terrible smell when the sheet of plastic was removed in order to play card games. No amount of cleaning could get rid of the smell. The cleaning crew had golf carts full of trash parked at the clubhouse that was quite an eyesore.

Glad you enjoyed the condo and location. On the "Con" side -- the Clubhouse is not part of the condo nor is the trash or golf carts parked there. I have never seen trash sitting there for long. They have a big dumpster on site they were probably on their way to following the days cleaning in time for new 4pm check-ins. The cleaning crew is new and is learning from feedback from guests. Thanks for the feedback. The bad smell under the dining table plastic is probably the "new" chemical plastic smell that dissipates over time. Nobody else has noticed it.

Perfect Location!

This condo was a perfect location for a family weekend getaway to Dollywood. It was private, quiet, and yet close to all amenities in the area. Communication with the host was great. We'll definitely return!

Nice place!

This property is clean and convenient. It contained what we needed. The porches and the jetted tubs were awesome! We saw some beautiful sunsets from the back porches. The location is centrally located to enjoy the National Park and all the entertainment in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The property is right next door to Dollywood. Must say the train whistle and thin walls took some getting used to. The owners were quick to answer a wi-fi question. Overall we were pleased staying at the property.

We really enjoyed the property. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy all the place had to offer. Easy to find and comfortable beds. Kitchen had most of everything we needed in regards to cooking equipment.

Great condo with great location!

This is a nice condo with a lovely view, very close to Dollywood and Parkway. The property is well maintained and communication with the property owners was seamless. Would stay here again!

Great home and price!

This was the second time I stayed at a place Teresa & Brian own. Their homes are incredibly comfortable and have beautiful views. You are a short drive to stores, restaurants and entertainment, yet feel like you’re in a remote mountain condo. Their is a an occasional (faint) scream from thrill seekers at Dollywood but that is one of the reasons we stayed there this time. Teresa & Brian’s home will be the first place I check for availability anytime I’m visiting the area.

I agree that the occasional distant roller coaster thrill rider scream and whistle of the Dollywood train are part of the ambience. Dollywood always opens and closes at very reasonable hours so there is a lot of peace and quiet also.

Very nice, clean, conveniently located condo. 2 bedrooms plus washer and dryer. We appreciated that the kitchen had basic supplies- we felt very much at home. The owner was responsive and condo comfortable and as listed. Close to Dollywood (we could see a roller coaster), Gatlinburg, Smoky Mountain Natl Park, and smoked meat and antiquing in Wear’s Valley.

Wonderful view & excellent place

The condo had every thing you could ask for. Easy to get anywhere. Two person whirlpool was most relaxing. Great bed and wonderful kitchen with great views. Nice to have several balconies with great views. Excellent place to rent.

We enjoy the wide variety of activities and the offering each mountain season has to bring: spring-rebirth and crispness, summer-warmth and activities, fall-harvest, leaf change and coolness, and winter-freshness and festivities. We have enjoyed homesharing into many countries and are happy to share our 2nd home in the mountains with you to enjoy and relax.
