Denne ejendom er beliggende på Windsor Palms Resort (FLORIDA'S PREMIER VACATION SPOT) lige ved Highway 192 (vest) Tæt på World Drive. Beliggende i et lukket område med en 24 timers bemandet sikkerhedsport, er dette hjem mindre end 5 miles fra Disney, 25 minutter fra den internationale lufthavn, 15 minutter til Sea World, 20 minutter til Universal Studios. Mindre end 5 min fra den nye Margaritaville (Åbnings forår 2019). Mystic Dune Golf Course ligger lige over gaden fra Windsor Palms Entrance.

Denne nyligt opdaterede villa har fire soveværelser og 2 badeværelser. King-size soveværelse med eget bad med udsigt over den private pool og Hot Tub, Queen-size soveværelse, soveværelse med dobbeltseng og køjeseng soveværelse (twin på toppen med fuld på bunden). Vaskerum lige ved køkkenet (vaskemaskine og tørretumbler). Spis-i køkken samt formelle spiseplads. Stue med Sliding Patio Døre til din egen pool og Hot Tub. Pool og Hot Tub (Ingen ekstra gebyr for opvarmet) Fuld størrelse Poolbord placeret i vedlagte garage. Propan Gas Grill og en Charcoal Grill er forudsat. (propan og kul er ikke leveret)

HD-tv i opholdsstue, 32 tommer i King soveværelse. Gratis brug af dvd'er, videoer, brætspil og læsning af bøger. GRATIS TRÅDLØS INTERNET i huset.
Villaen har sin egen private / skærmet / oplyst opvarmet pool og Hot Tub Spa komplet med havemøbler og et bredt udvalg af poolforlystelser for alle aldre. Dette Pool-område er sydvendt og har den fordel at have fuld sol hele dagen. Meget beklager, men Kæledyr er IKKE tilladt, ingen rygning i ejendommen.

Great option for volleyball nationals stay!

The house was exactly as depicted in photos and the clubhouse was a great plus. I had regular contact with Kim the house owner and she was very prompt in responding. Overall, we loved it and would stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

Great Stay!

We had such a lovely time at Tom’s house. The communication was stellar, location ideal for park hopping, and a comfortable and well appointed property. We plan to stay again if we go back down to visit Mickey!

Wonderful homely villa

Everything you could wish for!

What can I say? Everything about the villla, location, community and amenities were all excellent as was the communcation with Tim and Kim answering any queries we had before our arrival. Very easy to find and check in was very smooth, even at the time we finally arrived after midnight.Great location, easy to navigate to from the airport and close enough to all the parks and other fun stuff besides.Highly recommended!

Perfect rental

My family stayed here for our Universal and Disney trip. It was absolutely perfect from the pool to the hot tub to the comfort of the beds. Very clean house. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on our next Florida vacation!

Lovely home-feel property close to Disney parks

We thought it was a lovely welcoming and well kept property, size was perfect for our family of 4 with teens wanting their own space and it was only a short drive from Disney and supermarket. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed for a comfortable stay and the girls particularly enjoyed the private pool. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to our queries. Given the chance we’d definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We had a great time at your home. It was perfect for our family and the kids really enjoyed the pool! It was hard to leave and head to the parks because my kids just wanted to swim. We live in Michigan so the 70 degree weather made it hard to leave! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!!

Orlando Stay

While the property was larger than we needed with just myself and my husband it was a wonderful stay. It is located very close to many areas that we wanted to visit, usually no more than a 20 minute drive. Check in process was quick and easy. The bed we used was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. Living room was also nicely decorated and great for a rainy movie night. A lovely property.

Great place to stay for Disney

This was an easy drive to all Disney parks and easy access to a grocery store too! It’s right at front of. Community too! Even though we had the pool and Hot tub at the house that we used everyday, we still could access the community area pool, hot tub, tennis, volley ball basketball etc. Hosts were easy to contact and wonderful! Thanks again!

Home away from home

We stayed here for 8 days, The house felt like home. We had three 7 yr olds and 3 adults, there was plenty of room. The pool and hot tub at the house as well as club house we’re awesome. My boys even learned how to swim while we were here. The kitchen had so many things to use that we were able to cook and enjoy our rest days. We even made Cinderella waffles that the kids just loved. We are staying in Florida for a total of 3 weeks and having laundry was a huge benefit as well. Just a wonderful house. The owners are so kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in July/August. The house was in excellent condition and well maintained. We have stayed in numerous villas on Windsor Palms over the years and find the location excellent.This home was spacious and great for our family and had everything we needed in terms of utensils and towels. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending quality time around it whilst resting from park activity.Broadband and TV channel selection was excellent.We had no issues with the villa and would book again. The hosts provided all details for access clearly and were on hand for any questions.Great vacation.

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful besides it raining on us a few days. Didnt let it get us down. The home is beautiful and is within a couple min drive from walmart and all kinds of restaurants, gift shops. Owners and very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. We are a family of 5 and there is plounty of space in the home for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent Property p

This property was excellent, a home from home. It was very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. It is is very close to the Disney parks which took the stress out of travelling. Being a gated community made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again and owners were great with their communication.

Superb villa, would easily recommend

Communication with the owners was superb, nothing was too much bother. All details regarding the checkin etc were timely and excellent. The villa itself was in a brilliant location which made getting to Disney really fast. Everything about the villa was super.

Great House

We arrived at the property right around 4pm. Checking in at Guard was easy. House was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Kids loved playing on the pool table as well. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place

Really great hosts, very well organised and will definitely be back. Amazing location and really close to all Disney attractions. Accommodation is spotless and well worth a visit. Pool and tub are amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone

My parents have rented this home for the past couple of years from John. This past time my husband and I went to join them for a week after hearing such wonderful things about the area. We had made the decision that we wanted to purchase a home that would allow my parents to spend some time out of our long New England winters. After researching multiple resort communities and viewing many homes, the 4 of us decided that the home we were in was what we all wanted. My Mom sent a message to John to ask if he thought of maybe selling. Much to our delight, his answer was Yes. So we are now proud owners of this wonderful vacation home.

John has rented this home for many years and has a list of repeat renters just like my parents. We intend to keep up the wonderful hospitality that John offered. So with that, we would Love for You to Be Our Guests.

The location and the resort community are what makes this vacation home unique. Within a half hour from leaving a major attraction you could be back at your vacation home, in your bathing suit hanging out at your private pool and hot tub, relaxing after a long day at the park. If the kids still have any energy left they can be swimming, or playing games at the house, or up to the club house for many activities (game room, playground, basketball, volley ball, tennis).

If you are a Golfer there are many Golf courses around. Mystic Dune Golf Course is right across the road from Windsor Palms.

If you love the beaches, this location is centrally located to get to the Atlantic side for Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach (1 hr 20 min) or to the Gulf side for beautiful Clearwater Beach (1 hr 50 min)
