The parking would have been a challenge but thanks to the lady who checked us in it wasn’t a problem at all . The location of the property was fantastic and the communication with the owner was great.

Stay in Saint Malo

The apartment is beautiful and is perfectly located within the walls of Saint Malo! Parking can be a bit challenging to find, but the home is worth the effort! Thanks for hosting our family of 5!

Owners were lovely. Their property manager not so much. We agreed on an arrival time with owner but manager literally told us "we have been working since 7 am and you need to get here by x time". We were 3 hours away. Very stressful. Emailed owner and they were understanding and arranged for someone else to met us at the apartment. At check out, the property manager was curt with us. Hovering telling us to take the garbage out etc. very unpleasant interaction. Only issues with apartment was uncleanliness of mattress pad on unmade bed (we didn't need). Also note while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only ONE toilet in a separate toilet room. Perhaps we read the description incorrectly but assumed an apartment which sleeps 6, had two toilets. St Malo is lovely. Apartment is nicely located inside the walled city. Parking was extra and due to one way narrow streets, it is close by but not easy to get to and the non English speaking woman who met us at the apartment was impossible to follow despite a little map she gave us. Then you have to maneuver into a small garage which was not fun with an SUV. Better to park outside the walled city in our opinion.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was beautiful. The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of historical St. Malo where all of the action is. Quiet and peaceful at night. Truly a magical place to visit.

The location of this property is phenomenal. You are right in the heart of Saint Malo, but don't feel the press/noise of the city as much as would be expected. The available parking with this property is critical to staying in Saint Malo. It's a large, airy, quiet space that fit our family of four perfectly. There is quick access to boulangeries, other vendors, and a Carrefour is a 2 minute walk for basics. Things to consider - the parking garage is tricky. You need to be able to get in and out of a very tight parking spot, and it adds 10 minutes to any trip to get out of the garage and out of the city. Worth it! Also - stock up on basics like bathroom tissue, paper towels, etc. Only enough for a couple days is provided with the apartment. There is a charge for linens/towels and the parking garage, which are not added into the cost of the booking. Lastly, the washer/dryer is a combined unit - challenging. Overall, I'd stay here again because of the parking. But if I did not have a car, I'd consider other properties. Bon voyage! Happy travels!

Perfect Saint Malo apartment

The apartment is roomy, with all the amenities to take care of a family of four. We felt safe. It is close to grocery shopping as well as all that Saint Malo has to offer. The property manager was very helpful. We highly recommend.

St-Malo

Our family of 6 had an amazing and comfortable stay at this flat. The location is second to none . . . right in the heart of Saint-Malo old town. I really cannot say enough good things about the location. It was perfect. The apartment is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Our two 7 year olds and one 5 year old really enjoyed the "kids loft" (low ceiling so made for kids under 5 foot tall). Pascale went above and beyond to make the check in and check out super easy for us. I hope we can come back some day.

Fantastic Apartment!

We arrive (7 of us) late afternoon. Were told by Servane, to park outside the building to unload our luggage. Later she would take us to the car park at 10 minutes walk. Servane had asked us to message her as soon as we knew what time we were to arrive, so that she could be there to meet us. The minute I walked in , saw the wide corridor and the beautiful lit Christmas tree, tastefully decorated with painted white driftwood and gold and silver balls...I knew this was better than good. I was so happy with my decision to have chosen this apartment.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces, des activités et de la plage, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des vacances et de faire beaucoup de choses à pied.L’intérieur est agréable, accueillant et confortable, et l’appartement correspond bien à ce que l’on attend pour un séjour de vacances.Deux petits points pourraient néanmoins être améliorés : la literie est particulièrement molle, ce qui peut être inconfortable lorsqu’on préfère un matelas plus ferme. Par ailleurs, la lucarne de la chambre ne dispose ni de rideau ni de volet, ce qui laisse entrer la lumière assez tôt le matin.Hormis ces deux éléments, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Un appartement agréable et surtout idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la destination.

Perfect location et Très bel appartement!

It's been many years since I was in St. Malo and used to stay at hotels but this VRBO is centrally located and well-maintained. We were two couples and a 13 year-old son who happily had the mezzanine to himself. NOTE that there are two rooms with bath/shower but only one TOILETTE. And you will need to let the owner know whether or not you would like sheets/towels, which come at an extra fee. The main door to the street was always open for some reason, but we just kept closing it when we endtered or left. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Séjour sans-souci

Accueil professionnel et très chaleureux. Rien à critiquer en ce qui concerne l'appartement. Il est comme dans la description, très propre, grand et bien équipé. Les fenêtres des deux chambres à coucher sont du côté d'une cour intérieure et il n'y a donc pas de bruit de la rue qui pourrait déranger pendant la nuit. L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour accéder facilement aux attractions touristiques Intra-muros, aux magasins et aux plages. Et en profitant de l'offre pour un emplacement souterrain réservé pour la voiture, on peut aussi facilement visiter toutes les autres attractions touristiques de la région, sans devoir chercher un emplacement en retournant d'une visite. Lorsque nous retournerons à Saint-Malo, cette location sera notre premier choix.

Great Apartment with Amazing Location!

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Saint-Malo. The apartment is fully equipped and modern. Step out of the front door and you're in the middle of the bustling life within the city walls. We parked our car right outside the city walls and didn't need it unless we were venturing to another city (e.g., Dinan). The entire city within the walls is walking distance. All the surrounding beaches and ferries are walking distance as well. Our family loved our stay and the hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank You!

Un magnifique appartement refait à neuf.

Très bon séjour. Appartement très beau et très bien equipé, super confortable. Situé au coeur de l'intra- muros. Le wifi fonctionne à merveille (l'ado remercie). Et les jeux et affaires de plage ont fait le bonheur du plus jeune. À 2 minutes de la plage ! Que demander de plus ?

Excellent séjour dans appartement super bien équipé

L'un des appartements les mieux équipés que j'ai eu à louer sur Abritel ou Airbnb. La propreté était vraiment parfaite ainsi que le confort des matelas. Notre plus grande crainte en général. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont arrangé à notre arrivée.

Un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien décoré et surtout d’une très grande propreté. L’emplacement est idéal : tout se fait à pied. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
