Our time at the beach was nice, but the price we paid for the room wasn’t reflected in the quality of accommodations. There were mold and rust in the shower, a broken couch and the pullout was not flat resulting in having to sleep on the couch not the sofa bed. We had to buy batteries for the tv, and the ac unit would not turn back on until the morning we left after the building unit had to be serviced the day before our stay ended.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the concerns with the shower, couch, sleeper sofa, TV batteries, and air conditioning. We understand how frustrating these issues must have been, especially during a beach vacation. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so they can be addressed with our team. We hope to host you again soon.
