As owners we are convinced that we ask a price that is reasonable comparing the quality and accomadation that we offer with this villa. Extra services or higher standards means higher prices.

“Dont know why they had kitchen unites in one of the bedrooms.” That is correct. In the past, this bedroom was part of a studio and it needed kitchen. The kitchen will be removed in the near future. “There was chairs and a setee in the bedrooms which were not needed, and no draws.” We will look into it and see what we can remove from that particular room to make it more orderly, clear. “The bedlinen and towels (which we hired) need to be replaced, so do the pillows.” When the pillows are used it is obligated to use the pillowcases. The bed linen and towels are not worn-out. “There was no property manager.” That is correct. We do not work with an agency, we rent privately. Of course if we have to work with a manager, the price has to be adapted and we still want to offer a reasonable, affordable price.
