Beautiful location

This place was exactly what we needed! Beautiful location, close to the beach, and quiet neighborhood. Only thing missing was a TV, but we just enjoyed the views instead of watching the news!

Perfect little condo! Great location. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and pool area. Beautiful views of the little harbor/landing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Mostly quiet, but the bedrooms are next to the street side of the building. The numbering of the units are small. We had an unexpected visitor banging on our door at 2AM that scared us. He was yelling "let me in", we turned on the porch light after exchange of a few words and he decided that he had the wrong condo! They were college age young people. That was the only incident. Also, water dripping in the master bathtub. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

We brought a 26’ boat. Great accommodations for folks with a boat. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Great location

Was close to everywhere we were wanting to go and the pool was great! Can walk down to several restaurants right next to the condo. Only downfall to the place were the two queen beds. They were not very comfortable because you can feel the springs in the mattress.

Good location in town. Close to everything. Only complaint is that the bedrooms are next to the main highway that is very busy on the weekends. Would still recommend though.

A great find!

The location is great! We took walks around the marina and San Roc Cay. A short drive to most of our favorite spots. We love the size of the complex. So much better than giant condo woes. The unit is just the right size. It's clean and comfortable! Hoping to return soon.

Great Location

Upon arrival we discovered the a/c wasn’t cooling properly. The owner was quick to have servicemen out and had it repaired the next day. (Which was the 4th of July) We had plenty of room for 6 people. The beds were firmer than I prefer but not unbearable. We didn’t do any cooking but there were plenty of supplies to do so. There were 3 lounge chairs and 2 folding chairs in the master bedroom closet we were able to use at the beach since we couldn’t bring any with us. There were also several nice restaurants within walking distance as well as entertainment. The pool was just a few feet from our condo and the beach was a short drive. Walmart and Publix weren’t far either. We had an enjoyable stay!

Orange beach

Great location ! Loved access to the pool. The facility itself needed some upgrades. The dishwasher was broken which I was informed of the day I checked in. The biggest thing was the beds. The mattresses were like sleeping on plywood. Very uncomfortable. My 6 ft son ended up sleeping on the couch the whole stay.

Great weekend getaway

Stayed here for a quick weekend fishing trip with a few buddies. The location is unbeatable! Walking distance to 5 restaurants and bars and a short drive over the bridge to the beach, less than a mile. The condo is a little worn in the bedrooms, but nothing that is truly troublesome. I would highly recommend booking here for convenience alone and the location on the marina.

Loved the location

The location was away from the hustle but close enough to dining, shopping and beach. The boat slips are first come first serve and is only 2 spots. Overall we would stay here again.

Fun location but needs updating

We were looking for a place to stay on the Bay because we wanted to take our seadoos down there. It was a nice complex that had everything we needed to be comfortable and easy to access the bay and restaurants and live music was walking distance. The condo just needs updating, The carpet was in really bad shape with lots of stains and the tile in the bathrooms looks as if the paint is finally starting to come off the tiles.

Awesome place to stay. My crew was all adults but it would be a nice place to bring children also. Only complaint is hot water heater needs to be bigger especially when you have 6 women showering lol

No beach across road

We loved our stay here. Unfortunately the wording describing the beach location being across the street is not true. There is water across the street but no beach. You have to drive to the beach. I wish this had been made clear. The condo itself was lovely and we thoroughly enjoy the pool. The beach was just to much hassle with having to load up three kids in the car.
