On the old side but super clean and well kept, modern where it mattered - the Alexa automation was extremely convenient (especially the disco ball lol)!! Hot tub was clean and hot, plenty of towels and blankets, and hot water, lots of heating options, heated floors, the list of cozy things goes on... oldest son was thrilled to discover the extra sleeping nook above the bunk beds, too :) Firm and comfy beds... and having a toilet upstairs next to the bed was sooo convenient. Steep stairs (we just made the little kids stay down). Brought a family of six and loved it!

A very cute cabin! We loved it. I only wish we had a longer stay! Kitchen was fully equipped and the living room was cozy.

We got engaged here!! The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The cabin was super cozy and had everything we might have needed. The cabin was well equipped with tech, there were tons of board games available, and the bed was super comfy!

Compact and clean. Only struggle was a smaller water heater than we’re a custom to at home. Host was kind and attentive, and prompt with responses.

I am sorry the hot water caused you an inconvenience. The cabin has a 50 gallon water heater which is considered a large water heater and we keep the temperature set pretty high so we have never had any issues. We will investigate if the unit needs service as we are surprised by this. Thank you for sharing your experience and we hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable.

We love this cabin! Modern, thoughtful touches (all charger models provided, towel warmer), amazing updates (heated floors & disco lights!) and spectacular host - Great communication before, throughout & after stay - no complaints, already planning our next stay 🙂 Great jumping off point to Mt Rainier, conveniently located, did not want for anything 💙 Just what we needed - Thank you!

Mt Rainier

Property was as advertised, convenient to Mt Rainier park entrance, Crystal Mtn and the cute town of Enumclaw. The home is well built, well equipped and in a nice setting. Perfect for a few nights stay. Everything you need.

Great spot!

The house has all the amenities, but still feels like a cabin. Despite neighbors and a nearby road, it’s super private and cozy and tucked away in the woods. You’re close to a great tavern and of course the national park, but we spent several days just relaxing there and that was awesome, too.

Beautiful A-frame in the woods

We feel so lucky to have found this place! It was such a beautiful and relaxing home to come back to after hiking all day in Mount Rainier NP. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the hot tub felt great, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area and would love to stay again in the future!

Lovely property that is even more gorgeous than the photos depict. The host was very communicative and gracious. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning after hiking hot days. Beds were comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. This enchanting A-frame has everything you could ever possibly need for your vacation, and its location can’t be beaten. Would come again!

So glad we stayed here

The kitchen was the best-equipped we've ever encountered. Soaking in the hot tub after hikes on Mt. Rainier was divine. The house accommodated my husband, me, and my husband's brother and wife very nicely. It's a treat to have a half bath in a loft. We felt we had everything we needed, including a huge supply of cards and board games.

Nicely updated little cabin.

Enjoyed our stay in this nice little A-frame. Modern electrical components and appliances, private setting, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and an older (but functional) hot tub. My wife, 2 year old and I had a great time here and would stay again. One item to be aware of is the open staircase can be a hazard for little ones. Otherwise a great place and close to Crystal and Sunrise.

We loved it!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It was a great place to relax each day after hiking at Rainier, and so comfortable we weren't in any rush to head out each day! Plenty of hot water, games to enjoy, and a fun atmosphere! There were many signs of elk in the backyard, though we did not see any elk on the property. We loved the architecture and the light fixtures. Although we didn't need them, the details the owners have provided, such as boot warmers and heated floors, will also make this a fantastic winter rental. For our family of six, this was a great place to unwind and reconnect with each other!

Absolutely fabulous gem in the woods close to Mt.Rainier

This is a hidden gem in Seattle area - hikes all around. Relaxing but still high-tech cabin. Cabin can easily sleep up to 6 people. Everything you need is there. A/C, fridge, fireplace, jakuzzi, high speed internet... If you need to work during your stay - no issues with Connection. Communication with owners is also top class. they will provide everything you need. Again - absolute gem... we will be back soon!!!

Great location and comfortable beds!

We had a ladies long weekend and had planned on hiking up at Sunrise and over to Paradise. This cabin was in a great location and we enjoyed the hikes close by as well as in the National Park. After a very long day of hiking we headed over to the Naches Tavern to get some dinner and cold beer. It was perfect weather for sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air. Afterwards we headed just down the way to the General Store to pick up some ice cream. The hot tub was especially pleasant after a day hiking. The kitchen met all of our needs and the air conditioning was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to questions and very helpful with information about the area. Everything was very clean. We would definitely stay there again :)

Really lovely cabin

Very cozy inside, absolutely loved the layout of it. So much that I hope to build my future home based off of it!! Seriously, just a gorgeous space. There is a larger cabin that is next door/visible from the porch but not the hot tub area or the back yard. It still feels like you are secluded though! They had everything we needed and more. We traveled with a group of 5 and had more than enough space (two young kids, 3 adults. The cabin was also very clean which i greatly appreciated. Kitchen has pots, pans, crockpot, etc so bring stuff to make meals if you want! Large dining room table too. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

This was a beautiful place to relax after a day of hiking. There is a well stocked kitchen filled with all you need for preparing a meal including condiments and spices. The home is clean and a bottle of wine greets you. It's a great, comfy place to come home to.

Loved the A-frame house. First time for us. Lots of room in living room / kitchen / dining room area. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. AC worked great. Area was nice and safe. Great location. Greenwater (5 miles north of the house) has a great restaurant, several quaint souvenirs shops, and a gas station / convenience store. Crystal Mountain is less than 20 miles away. We took the gondola up one afternoon... little cloudy that day but still a special moment. Sunrise is 30 miles away. Great home base!

Such a unique and fun house with an awesome owner. The only two fyis which are openly communicated: 1) no washer dryer at property. 30 min to Enumclaw if you need a washer dryer. 2) nearest restaurants and grocery are also about 25 min away in enumclaw. Would definitely stay here again. We all loved the place.

Nice little cabin , well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host, simple checkin process.Two minor suggestions: perhaps the electric blanket in the main bedroom should be optional, not default ( especially in the summer); the yard could use some attention too, there were 2 little ponds full of mosquitoes, we couldn't enjoy the outdoor terrace and fire pit because of that. But overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the property without reservations !

Great Home for Mt Rainier

We had a great time visiting Mt. Rainier for the first time. This A-Frame was perfect for quick access to the Sunrise area of the park and reaching Paradise with a little longer drive. The house was well-equipped, so we had everything we needed. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of hiking and greatly appreciated. Giles was helpful in offering suggestions for things to do in the area and answered questions quickly. Overall, an excellent experience and we highly recommend this house for anyone looking for access to Mt. Rainier National Park.
