Keystone Kottage West - Emerald Isle Paradise

Smukke 4 soveværelser, 3 og 1/2 bad halv duplex sidder lige på stranden. Intet at gøre her undtagen slappe af og nyd havbrisen fra en af vores 2 dæk. Direkte adgang til stranden og fuld baggård som en ekstra bonus, men fantastisk til værfts spil og at holde de små underholdt, når du har haft nok strand tid.

Øverste etage har fantastisk udsigt fra stort værelse, åbent køkken og stort dæk. Spisebordsstole pladser 8 plus 4 barstole på køkkenøen. Derudover har øverste etage dronning soveværelse med smarte tv og fuld bad med badekar / bruser kombination.

Mellemniveau giver en dronning soveværelse med smart TV, køje værelse med fuld størrelse senge og fælles hall badeværelse med walk in shower. Også på mellemplan har soveværelse direkte adgang til dæk ud mod havet. Master har 2 skabe og tv med kabel. Master bad indeholder dobbelt forfængelighed, badekar med separat bruser. Fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler på anden niveau.

Familieværelse på første niveau giver ekstra opholdsstue med kabel-tv i tilfælde af en regnvejrsdag eller ekstra gæster med en sovesofa og en halv bad. Udendørs bruser, overdækket picnic bord og grillområde, og masser af parkeringspladser runde ud hvad dette hjem har at byde på.

Huset ligger også tæt på butikker, restauranter, akvarium, minigolfbaner og Emerald Isle pier. Don t glip af at bo på denne lille skive af paradis!

Another wonderful beach trip at Keystone West! House perfectly fit our needs with three small children- right in the beach, easily accessible bathroom in the basement, awesome outdoor shower, clean and well appointed, the list goes on. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Memorial Day Getaway

Long Beach weekend with family. Keystone Kottage is clean, great location, super host and on the beach. Amazing views. Easily accommodates 4 adults and 4 kids.

Perfect for families

Owners and property managers were communicative when we had questions or any kind of issues and the house overall is perfect for a family vacation. Would consider staying again if back in the area.

Great beach property

This was our 2nd stay at keystone cottage and the property continues to be very well maintained and a great place to stay year over year. Th owner is great to work with and takes great pride in ensuring that you have a great visit. We will be back next year!

Keystone Kottage was a dream location

We had such a wonderful, comfortable stay! The neighbor was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! The home itself was better than pictured. We will definitely be back next summer!

4th Stay

This is the 4th year in a row that I have spent a week with my family at this house for a week. The owner made a lot of great updates including new flooring and bathroom updates. It’s a great house in a great location directly over the bridge on Emerald Isle! Highly recommend for a family!

Fabulous vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and loved Keystone West. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our 10 family members. The views were stunning. We loved having the yard for activities when we wanted a break from the beach. And the beach is just steps away! House is close to grocery stores, movie theater, restaurants and souvenir shops. Perfect location! We loved it!!

Great House/Location

This was our third stay at this house and it continues to be a great house for our family vacation. We have 8 total people and the house fits our family perfectly. The house is well stocked, is in a great location right over the bridge and near Publix and Swansboro. I highly recommend this property. The owner is great to work with and takes great care of the property.

Beautiful house and great location

Beautiful beachfront home with many amenities. Great views and easy beach access. Large yard (bring a croquet set or soccer ball!), outdoor shower, sun deck and shade deck, comfortable beds. Clean home with updated decor. The house had everything you need for a relaxed vacation. Ideal location close to restaurants, shrimp stands, grocery store, water park, board rental, etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view!

Location and duplex view is excellent! Loved having the kitchen on top floor to sit out on deck and enjoy the ocean. Loved the extra space particularly the spacious room on ground floor. Minor improvement feedback is not enough pillow cases for the pillows and perhaps have one king bed instead of all queens. Enjoyed the gas grill also!

Wonderful House

Keystone West was wonderful! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean. Perfect location - near grocery stores, shopping, etc. Well-equipped and very organized kitchen. Plenty of hangers in closets. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Fantastic Stay!

A group of 6 girlfriends and I stayed here for a few days and loved this house! It is directly on the beach and we enjoyed being able to see and hear the ocean from the balconies. There's a grocery store 1/4 mile down the road, and there are several restaurants near by. The only thing that would have improved our trip would be better lighting over the dining table for evening meals and game nights. Thanks for a great experience - I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Emerald Isle!

Wonderful home, great location

This is a beautiful home with extra attention give to details. It appears fairly recently renovated - new kitchen appliances, fresh clean bathrooms and nicely decorated sitting areas. The kitchen is well stocked and there's plenty of seating areas in the den. Despite being near a public access walkway, that access is only for the neighborhood and we did not feel crowded even during a stay on a holiday weekend. Owner was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with!

Exceptional Place of Stay

The house was exceptional! It was clean, and roomy. The kitchen have everything that you would need. Loved the top floor balcony with the chairs that sits up high to view the beach and the ocean. Very short pathway to the beach. The food stores and etc is conveniently very close by. The Black Pearl Miniature Gulf is down the road on Reed Street. My husband and I had fun there. The employee that works there is very nice to talk to. A very big souvenir shop of Emerald Island merchandise is right next to the miniature golf place as well on Reed Street. My husband and I really liked staying at "Keystone Kottage".

Awesome house, great location!

The house is wonderful, well equipped, clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the location can’t be beat, right on the ocean. Our communication with Sue was wonderful. We were due to arrive the day after hurricane Dorian hit Emerald Isle. Sue reached out to us five days prior and kept regular contact throughout the week. She called us the night before we were due to arrive to say we were good to go. We had an amazing week in a wonderful property. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful vacation on Emerald Isle at Keystone Cottage West. Sue was so great about keeping us informed the entire time and answering all our questions and addressing any of our needs. The home was absolutely lovely and so spacious. The location was great and so close to the grocery store and restaurants. The beach is not crowded at all which was a huge plus. We often had the beach to ourselves. We would highly recommend this property! Don't forget to get up early to watch the sunrise--it's worth it! And the sunsets are just as dreamy! Thank you Sue!

Perfect Location on the beach

Perfect location close to restaurants shops and ON the beach! The home needs a little TLC (Freezer door broken, sinks clogged, toilet running / deep cleaning would be preferred. Property manager was super responsive but all of the items were not resolved. Check in was late - we were not able to get into the home until 4:30pm when we were told 3pm. Management offered a gift card for our inconvenience, but we didn't receive that until Thursday and some of us were leaving on Friday. Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes / pots / pans. Grill access was wonderful also. Puzzles and games provided was fun for the kids. Overall great location, and charming beach house.

Another fantastic stay at Keystone West!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Keystone West and it did not disappoint! Sue is such an amazing host and the house was even better this year with noticeable upgrades (new flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, etc..). We arrived as the cleaning crew was wrapping up and they were so gracious, asking us to approve each room for cleanliness before they left. Our group consisted of my husband, 7yo son and father-in-law. We truly enjoyed every aspect of the house, particularly the easy beach access. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with every cooking utensil/dish/pan you could need. The living area was spacious and outdoor areas plentiful with a choice of upper and lower decks, as well as a first floor patio with picnic table. My favorite was the upper deck with large captain chairs overlooking the ocean! Between the house itself, super friendly neighbors and close proximity to groceries, shopping, restaurants and a cute water park, it was the perfect Emerald Isle vacation home. All in all we love this place and can’t wait to return in the future!!!

A lovely property and stay but…

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this home for three nights in April. The house was wonderfully stocked with everything one could need from boardgames to kitchen, cooking supplies and lots of camp chairs, and beach toys. It is a perfect family getaway, and the below items do not change that! Yet, there are a few things that could have been better: The quality of the mattresses was low. Hand in hand with that, the sheets and towels provided, which are cleaned through an external laundry service, were very poor quality. Working in the hospital setting, these had the same harsh and over bleached feel of our hospital bedding and sheets. This also resulted in quite a mix of quality. Some of the towels were worn, so then we could almost see through them while others were sparkling white hotel, quality towels. These are not major dealbreaker, but when paying this much for a house, I have certain expectations. Lastly, the house is accessible through a digital keypad. Throughout the entire state, we had exceeding difficulty locking the front door. I did call the property manager, who walked me through the process again to no success. I did not pursue the issue further at the beach, but I think that this needs to be addressed.
