Turquoise place was fantastic. Location was great and condo was spacious and comfortable. We had a freezer issue that was resolved and was a minor inconvenience, but no problems otherwise. Pools, etc were great and cleanliness around the property was on point. The only “complaint” we had was the prices for food and drinks at the tiki bar.

This property was beautiful, clean, and the check in process was smooth. We enjoyed the two parking spots, the amenities, and most of all, the beach view from the balcony. The management was helpful and patient, and especially efficient since we had power outages (not the fault of the property but the local power company) that meant some things had to be reset. It was a fabulous vacation in a fabulous property.

Stayed for spring break and everything was wonderful! Kids loved the pools, waterslides and so on. Liked being in the orange beach area, we drove to Gulf Shores and Flora-Bama a few times and the drive wasn’t bad. We plan on coming back.

Unit was excellent and as described. The balcony furniture is different than pictured but is actually better than pictured. Communication was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Just Lovely

Beautiful condo! Super friendly property manager and a very honest trustworthy person, which means a lot in this day and time. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!!!

Dream Vacation

Spent 10 days at The Turquoise Place. Let me just say that it was one of the best experiences our family has had. Between the location and accommodations we could not have asked for more. Highly recommend this place for everyone looking to stay in an upscale property.

Grandkids fall break

Gorgeous property! Wonderful amenities! Corner unit, large balcony, private hot tub that grandkids used every morning. Floor plan very spacious, bunk room was a hit! Lot of windows for beach viewing.

Our week at Turquoise Place

We enjoyed our family vacation immensely. The condo was clean and very spacious. The pools were very nice and the beach was beautiful! Our only problem was the keys would frequently stop working and we had to replace them several times due to being locked out.

There were crushed chips under the coffee table and the margarita maker had mold in it. Apart from that it was great! The view was amazing and all the other amenities were great. The Lazy River was a great peaceful float.

Our only problem was that the cleaning crew did not do a good job of preparing for us. Bedrooms were dusty and dirty. One bedroom had personal items either left from crew or prior renters. Condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated and had all we needed for our stay. Enjoyed grilling on balcony. Plenty of room for our large family inside and outside. Easy access to the beautiful beach. Pools were beautiful and well kept. Definitely a great place to stay.

Excellent balcony

Check In was not good at all. We were told check in was after 4pm and we arrived at 4:45 and were met at the gate by a man who said unless we received a text the unit was ready. This was a huge problem, because we just drove over 10 hours and had children with us. I did contact the property manager and she responded very quickly and we were in the unit after dinner. This was a large unit with plenty of space for 10 people. The bathrooms were large and the bedrooms very comfortable. The property could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived and the unit was lacking in some basic supplies, like kitchen towels and kitchen accessories. The balcony is what makes this property. Awesome view and very large for the entire family. Overall, excellent stay.

Stay

The condo was good, but we did have a couple of issues with the property. It took four days for someone to come clean out the moldy bathtub for my children to bath in. And then the upstairs bathroom flooded into our bathroom so it was unusable for the remaining stay. The property manager wasn’t accommodating at all. Didn’t return phone calls or emails at all. She was rude and unhelpful and we will never rent from them again. Left a very bad impression

Thank you for your review. A couple of points to clarify. You reported the "moldy tub" the night of your arrival and maintenance was there the next day to address which they did.. removed old caulk and caulked. Secondly the condo above us had a leak and then leaked into that one bathroom. There is nothing we could have done to prevent this but what we did do was give you a hefty refund due to the inconvenience. So to say that the property manager wasn't accommodating is a bit misleading, perhaps you were talking about the staff at the resort specifically. We are sorry the leak happened but tried to make sure you were taken care of the best we could do.

quick Trip

This trip was a last minute get-away for a couple of nights. Our condo was great. The only small complaint I have would be the sick faucet as we did cook and wash dishes every night. The grill on the balcony was definitely a plus, as well as the hot tub. As far as the grounds are concerned, we enjoyed the lazy river the first afternoon we checked in. It is a little small and I would recommend putting speakers with some music. Spent the 2nd day by the pool - if you are going to splurge and get an expensive drink from the bar - I do not recommend the bushwacker, however, I Do recommend the coconut mojito. Our last day we spent on the beach and rented the chairs. Company running the chair and beach rentals are super nice. They even come around and pick up your trash every so often. I gave all 5's for the review except check in. This is only because of the personality of the young girl who waited on me. She was not helpful or friendly but the young man next to her was. He actually found my reservation when she questioned if I had the right room. The next day, I stopped at the table again to inquire about the chairs rentals and she was very rude and dismissive and once again not very helpful. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again. But I did learn if I would have booked through Spectrum to stay at the Turquoise, I would have saved money and received free breakfast each morning - something to think about before booking. Enjoy!

Brandi was always available and very responsive when we questions or AC issues. I do believe AC is fixed now.

We liked the outdoor furniture with the benches. It’s great for children. The paper towels and toilet paper was very cheap, just like last year. For the price we pay, we should have better quality. Overall a great place to stay
