My family and I had a great time when we stayed at the cottages. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of the time we were there. We spent most of our time at the cottages. Thankfully, the rooms were spotless, the hot tub and pool were clean and in great condition, and the host provided board games and a list of nearby things to do to keep us entertained. We loved the cottages and are looking forward to staying there again. We’re already talking about booking our trip for next year! Thanks Marc and Dave!

The place was perfect for our group! It was a lovely quiet location with easy access to the beach. Very walkable and convenient! The host was amazing! We had a fabulous time!!

Excellent location. Blocks from the beach and shops. Pool was great for the grandkids and the Manager Save was very responsive. We rented two of the cottages that share a pool. Highly recommend based on our stay

Dave was efficient, and very responsive to our needs. The very few issues we experienced were handled promptly. Great location with easy access to the beach and the free trolly. The property was fully stocked with household items, beach accessories, grilling items, multiple pools/ hot tubs, games and more that will be a great asset to group trips at this location. We would definitely stay here again, the space was more than adequate for our large group.

This property was perfect. The cottages look just at pictured. The hosts were amazing. So easy to work with, answered all of our questions, assisted with multiple things as we were part of a bigger group. The cottage is very close to everything you could want/ need, the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. We will for sure be back this fall when we have another tournament in the area

We had a great time staying at 2 of the units attached to each other. The close proximity made it easy to visit and get together. Units were very clean and stocked well with necessary supplies. It was a bit further from the beach than I expected. The young adults were fine with that. The seniors had a more difficult time walking that distance in the Florida heat. So we stayed cool at the pool!

The cottage was clean and the little yard outback was perfect if you have a dog. It was very peaceful and felt cozy. Dave was super nice and made sure I had what I needed. The were only a couple of negative things. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the backyard area. The private beach area had a large amount of dried seaweed that smelled very fishy along the water line. I ended up driving to another beach. Overall, a very nice place.

The cottages were clean, comfortable and newly updated. Dave was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The pool was just right for relaxation. We will certainly be back.

Great location

The cottages are located conveniently on the south end of Siesta Key, which makes traffic less of an issue. The beach is a short walk and the food in the area is amazing. We will be coming back next year.

Quiet Beach Getaway

This was great for a family get together. Walking distance to the beach with beach chairs and activities provided. There's a small pool great for winding down and ending the evening.

A perfect holiday location!

Our large group rented all cottages and had a wonderful trip! The ease of going to and from the beach was perfect and the pool areas allowed for us to be outdoors together once the sunset. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great place right near the beach!

Highly recommend. Fantastic location and has all beach amenities, as well as bikes. Property manager is super responsive with lots of tips for a great trip. We will be back for sure!

Perfect stay

The Cottage was amazing and so was Dave! The cottage was stocked with goodies and beach supplies. Beach and restaurants were steps away. We will be back next year!!
