A Great Experience!

Super comfortable beds, nice large bathroom & enjoyed time on the cute patio and the hot tub at the pool.

Quiet in excellent location

We enjoyed the quietness we had while staying. The place is in an excellent location and very clean. Great communication, in a timely manner, before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this lovely property for nearly three months this winter. It is well-furnished and very clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. The beds are very comfortable, and there was an abundance of towels and bedding available. The complex itself is very nice and the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. In most cases, when we had any issues, the management company quickly resolved them. One challenge that we had was the inability to receive mail at this property. Note: This is only an issue for long-term stays. We had to have our forwarded mail sent to the management office once a week (approved by the management company as the way to receive mail) which was not only inconvenient but the staff there were not always helpful in locating our mail when we did go to retrieve it. All in all, this is a very nice unit especially for short term stays.

Wonderful townhome, great, quiet location.... loved it!

Had trouble with internet & tv, someone was out that day to show us how to fix the problem!! Great service!

Family Christmas

Our family had an excellent time visiting Scottsdale thanks to this cute condo. Beds were very comfy. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. We loved having a garage to park in. This rental is very secure in a gated community. Everything in the unit was easy to use. The community pool and hot tub were also well maintained.

Quik 1 week getaway

All was good except could not get hot water in the kitchen sink, even after several minutes waiting. It was checked after second dayband told it was working. Never got hot water in the kitchen.

Very convenient

The property itself is in a great location and fits the bill for a nice place with a great price. Feedback for the property management is the amount of communication and paperwork was overwhelming. I just counted 23 emails that were sent to me. Including an email the night before checkout telling us we cannot have a late checkout - which we did not request. Felt a little negative. Overall we would rent again.
