Cozy little Getaway

This was a cute little cabin to stay in for a few nights with just 2 people. More than that would have been crowded. The area around it had a lot of garbage thrown down the hillside which bothered us, and there isn't much of a view from the deck if that's something important to you. We had a good time exploeing a new side of Gatlinburg and it was nice getting away from the tourist side but still being close enough to visit it

Not as advertised and poor customer service

I got only what i can assume was an automated email from the company asking about our stay and it asked to contact them for and issues that would prevent me from giving a five star rating. Well I sent the email reply below, assuming I would get some sort of response. It's been a week and I've got nothing. That tells me the either don't care, or it was as I said, automated. From my emailed response: Thank you for checking in. There are some things you need to be aware of we noted when we arrived. Firstly, the cabin was filthy when we arrived. There was a strong mildew odor and smoke odor. There's mold in the bathroom and soot up the exterior of your fireplace. The floor was dirty and the floor vents need replaced because they are rusted. The oven burners are gross and instantly started smoking/burning since it is apparent no one cleans them. The pillow shams stink like a dirty head. The window in the kitchen doesn't secure with a lock. We know this because we needed to air out the cabin immediately. The grounds need some litter picked up. There are fixtures that don't work as well. The only thing we were satisfied with was the hot tub. No, we do not feel a five star rating is appropriate. But, we are not asking for any assistance during our stay because we do not want to be disturbed. These things should be taken care before a guest arrives. In addition, we found the bathtub drain was clogged and there were no pool sticks to play bumper pool. The description of the property claimed it was romantic and private. Neither were true. The issues above completely took the romantic setting away and the other cabins could look right at the back porch where the hot tub was located. I will note the hot worked fine other than having a torn up cover. Overall our experience with Gatlinburg was good, but not our experience with this cabin or rental company. Won't be staying with them again and would not recommend them.

Nice cabin in the woods

This is a nice place to stay. The email I received prior to the stay said for me to supply charcoal for the grill. When we pulled up there was not a grill at the cabin. I was not planning on grilling anyway so it did not impact my visit. Other than that, this is a great place to stay with a perfect location.

Anniversary 4 2

Prior guest must have started a fire with the fireplace flue shut. The whole living room smell like fire. Whoever claims the property did not leave enough toilet paper or paper towels for normal use. The toilet was broke when we got there I called the office and they were great getting someone out to fix it. No sharp knives and other kitchen items. It could have been cleaner. Other than that we had a pretty good stay.

Lovers Paradise

My wife and I enjoyed our time here at the cabin. It was a great little getaway!! The only thing was that the cabin needed to be dusted very badly other than that it was great.

Neglected, rundown,

There was garbage left in the trash can, mouse poop inside the couch. There was so much dust everywhere it must have not been cleaned properly since it has been built. The microwave had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke every time you opened up the door, or used it at all. The coffee pot was discusting inside, we had to go buy our own because it was gross. The bedspread was all ripped, the rugs in the bathroom were dirty and torn. The back porch was dirty and stuff was littered all over it not to mention it leaked horrible and you couldn’t even sit out there in the rain because you would get wet. There was no broom to even clean it off the debris scartered all over the back porch. The smoke detector constantly beeped, so we took it down to check battery and the battery was taped in, which doesn’t seem safe if the tape were to give way the smoke detector wouldn’t function. The remote control didn’t work unless you pushed the tape against the batteries. There was one lamp in the entire cabin, and it didn’t even have a lampshade? The worst part was when we arrived with groceries, the fridge wasn’t even cooling at all. We had to call and have someone come the very first day to fix it. The whole place just seemed like it was slowly getting destroyed because of lack of proper maintenance. It seems like it hasn’t had a good clean in a very very long time. There was so much dust in the grate of the exhaust fan in the bathroom it was totally plugging it. I actually cleaned it myself because I couldn’t stand to look at it all week it was so discusting. We would not stay here again, and definitely seriously question booking through this company again. Very dissatisfied with the quality of this cabin

Refrigerator doesn't work, hot tub works sparingly, pillows smelled dirty

Very disappoint ed, we contacted the number to call about problems, the person defrosted the refrigerator, and it still didn't work, 3 days without a refrigerator is different, and costs us more to eat out instead of cooking at the cabin, I will not stay here again

Awesome!

Really affordable and a nice getaway home! Would come back in the future. The hot tub was an awesome bonus. The only thing wrong was a ceiling leak on the back porch and the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work. Other than that, I was satisfied.

Nice cabin, but appliances are very outdated. Shower needs updating as well.

Very relaxing

Clean, well maintained and cozy!

Great location - Ideal for two people (bathroom and Jacuzzi in master bedroom) but we made it work for four. We made extensive use of kitchen for breakfasts and dinners which worked well. WIFI was superfast (watched netflix at night - no issues) No cell coverage, but wifi calling worked well. We went hiking each day - left the cabin by 8:30AM and got to trailheads by 9:00 - coming home in the evening was another matter (visited Dec 24-28 - a VERY busy season) I would recommend this property!

My family of 4 stayed in this cabin for Thanksgiving and our cabin was very average.

Cabin could use a good cleaning and some updating. Kitchen didn't have a mixing bowl or a tea pitcher which made it difficult to cook for thanksgiving. Didn't use the hot tub because the water temp was too cold. I think this cabin was over priced but I guess we paid more because of the holidays.

Terrific for Two!

My boyfriend and I rented this cabin for a 3 day getaway during the first week of November and WOW was it a beautiful time to go, not to mention my boyfriends first time to Gatlinburg. He loved it so much and we know the cabin helped make it that much more amazing. Our cabin was very well kept, provided us with all of our needs and was the perfect size for two! We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of walking and hiking and utilized the back porch swing for a great morning view to enjoy with our coffee. It was the perfect distance to Gatlinburg & Piegon Forge and was right down the street from the Arts & Crafts Community. We can not wait to go back and rent through TNT Rentals again. Thanks for the great experience!

Happy little cabin

This place is far enough from Gatlinburg to be quiet but close enough that you can still get food delivered. There is not much to do outside the cabin (except relax in the hot tub on the back deck) but there’s plenty in the area. We went to Cades Cove Loop in the NPS and saw a couple of black bears on that beautiful drive. You can hike, fish, etc. but we came for relaxation so we didn’t do much of that on this trip. Slept great in the dark and quiet bedroom. Thanks for a very relaxing 23rd Anniversary stay.

When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.

Located near the Glades in Gatlinburg, this 1 bedroom cabin is the perfect location for a vacation! Sit on the couch for movie night or take a leisurely dip in the private hot tub on the deck. Spend some time unwinding in your roomy jacuzzi tub, take in the stunning views while enjoying your morning coffee, and then cozy up by the fireplace for a romantic evening. The Lover's Paradise would be the perfect little cabin that is sure to satisfy all of your needs.

This cabin is nestled in the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts community, about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It is located just minutes from the major attractions, shopping and dining. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far out.
