Wonderful vacation

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this condo and I can’t say enough good things. The owners were amazing and easy to communicate with. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We seen dolphins every day, a sea turtle and I think, manta rays jumping out of the water a couple times. We definitely hope to stay here again and will recommend to all of our friends.

Awesome deck view of beach with great deck furniture. Condo was wonderful. Love Tropic Winds location and cleanliness. Host very informative and friendly.

Spring break at the beach

The property was great for our family of five. It was located a short distance away from the busiest areas of Panama City beach which was great for us. Things were quiet and access to the beach was perfect. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed Tropic winds so much! This corner unit had great sunset and ocean views. Very clean and so hospitable. We will rent again.

Great Condo!

Beautiful Condo and the owners, Scott & Leigh Ann are awesome too! Loved the new swivel rockers on the balcony. Easy check in and clean. Highly recommend for a week vacation or just a weekend getaway!

Beautiful, clean condo. Great views. Would definitely stay there again. Scott sent emails detailing everything we would need for parking, locks, beach service, check out. We had a lovely visit. Beach is beautiful too.

Absolutely Perfect Place To Stay in Panama City

The condo is the perfect place to stay in Panama City. It is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The condo is very clean, decorated beautifully and furnished with all necessities. The deck is so spacious, with the best furniture and allows for the best views of the gulf and the stunning sunsets! We are already excited about our next visit!

Amazing Condo, Amazing Deck, Amazing Beach, Amazingly Quiet, Amazing Owners!!

This place truly speaks for itself, but you have to experience it in person to understand just how special this condo and the PCB area really are! We absolutely love it here, making it a point to return every year, and every trip consistently earns a 5-star rating! Scott Knight and his entire family are exceptional hosts, ensuring everything is perfect from booking to the end of a fantastic week in one of their units. Units 1309 and 1109 offer stunning views and are definitely our favorites!

Awesome experience

The condo was awesome, the views were amazing and Scott and Leigh were very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had. The booking process, communication and follow through was thorough, easy to work with and really provided us with a great family experience. We will will absolutely stay with them again in the future!!

Awesome!

This condo was above our expectations. Lots of amenities. Clean and beautifully decorated. The huge balcony had lots of seating. Never heard a neighbor or had any problems. You can’t go wrong with this condo!!!

Clean corner unit, beautiful views, great communication

Second time in this unit. It’s great. Huge balcony, very fast elevators, Scott sends all info you need. What’s not to like. Beach service is wonderful with the new company this year. LDV gentleman were so polite and on the ball. Especially Alex, putting in 11 hour days, be sure to tip them. It’s a nice relaxing vacation spot. Definitely recommend.

Sit, Sip, and Relax! 🌊🐬🌅

1st timers and we will absolutely stay here again! Perfect patio situation! Too many rentals we have stayed in have the crappiest furniture. Thank you for making that space a priority to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings, lounge in the sun when you are over the gritty sand and watch the sunset while having dinner! The patio furniture is the literal best! The rest was amazing too. Clean, comfy beds, and a well cured kitchen. Can’t wait to come back!

Tropic Winds 1109

The booking directly through Tropic Beach Getaways is really easy. The condo is in a great location and easy to get to. Not a ton of traffic. The beach is clean. The beach chair service is convenient and nice. The elevators have been upgraded and are fast and work well. They added cornhole boards since last year near the grills. The condo is clean and really well decorated. The new swivel rockers on the patio are fantastic. Most of all Scott and Leigh are easy to work with and make everything enjoyable.

Best Vacation

Our stay in this condo was absolutely amazing! The furniture and beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The patio was a true highlight—the glider chairs were perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.The beach was just as incredible! The water was clean and clear, and it wasn’t crowded, making it a perfect alternative to busier spots. There was plenty to do, yet it never felt hectic—just the right balance of relaxation and great people-watching. The chair service was super easy, and communication throughout our stay was excellent.Everything was super clean and beautifully updated, making it one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts made everything effortless and welcoming, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend—this place deserves all the praise!

Vacation July 15th - 21st 2018

We absolutely loved this condo. The owners, Scott and Leigh Ann were very nice to work with and responded to any questions very quickly. When we arrived we found our unit to be spotless and very nicely decorated. The views from the balcony are amazing but even better were the new furnishings that were recently added. Inside the condo the living room furniture is very comfortable including a couch with dual recliners. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom was very roomy as were each bathroom too. Last but not least, the location of Tropic Winds is very nice as well. It's close enough to Panama City Beach (the Strip) and Pier Park but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic and congestion. We will definitely be back for sure! Thanks again for an amazing vacation.

Beautiful condo, great location

We've stayed at many condos in PCB but this was one of our favorites. Scott was great to work with and was extremely communicative. We loved the size of the complex and closeness to the beach. The condo we stayed in was decorated beautifully. They did not go cheap on furnishings or finishes. The west end balcony was large with amazing views and higher quality furniture. The reserved parking spot so close to elevator was a bonus. Having free beach service was also a nice perk. We appreciated the little things like having liquid hand soap at all sinks, night lights, and toilet paper that wasn't paper thin. The beach and complex were quiet and not crowded, which is one of our favorite things about the west end. I would definitely recommend renting from the Knights!
