Beautiful Area

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sufficient condo and decor was perfect. Enjoyed quite wooded balcony and looking over gold course and water. VERY PRIVATE. Finding the building and where to park was a nightmare - gaining access to parking, pool, Village, TRAM instructions - drop off and pick up locations was also beyond aggravating as well as time consuming as we had to call for each individual thing. Not to add we had NO wifi and couldn't get in touch with ANYONE for clear directions. They wanted to send someone out the next day to check the condo for wifi issues...If communication on the property management side had been clear it would have made the trip more enjoyable. Just the cleanest. Cleanliness of the unit was not very good when I got there. It had so much dust and dirty in general.

Destin Reunion

The unit was clean, safe, and had good amenities. The covered parking garage was a perk and made parking easy. The location was great. It was close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The pull-out sofa was not ideal. Overall, this vacation rental was good for our family. We enjoyed our Destin vacation.

Last Minute Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this quiet unit for a last minute getaway. The unit was very clean and accurately described. We enjoyed bay views and bay sunsets from the secluded balcony on the backside of Elation. The pool was close and not very crowded. Walking distance to Baytowne Wharf and the Marina was convenient. We didn’t receive check-in instructions until we were onsite, but owner was very quick to respond and took care of us right away. We would definitely book this unit in the future.

Synes godt om: Området
Our overall stay was good, and the property itself was beautiful. We especially loved being so close to Baytowne Wharf, which made everything very convenient and enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and the oversized bathroom was definitely a nice feature. That said, we did feel the unit could use some updates and maintenance. The unit had a damp/musty smell upon arrival, and several pieces of furniture in the living room appeared quite worn. The chair cushions or springs seem worn out, as sitting in the chair sinks you very low. The couch also showed noticeable wear, and the coffee table appeared to have water damage.Outside, the patio furniture looked weathered, and the patio area could use a good cleaning. We also experienced a few maintenance issues during our stay — the bathroom outlets were not working, and the shower head could definitely use replacing.Overall, we enjoyed the location and our stay, but with a few updates and repairs, this unit could be amazing.

Clean one bedroom.

The unit was nice. It was clean and had the essentials. Right off the elevator. Stayed for 34 days and enjoyed the quiet. Had a small blip getting into the parking garage, since we arrived on January 1st, it was difficult to get help. (Just a tip. Get right on the bumper of someone going in and the gate will stay up). Nevertheless, the folks at Beach Blue did all they could to help. Other than that, everything was great.

Great Location and Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elation is in a great location. Very family friendly. We enjoyed the short walk down to the Bayside village to visit the bay, eat at one of the many restaurants, shop and play. The views from our condo were stunning. To the right, we had a view of the golf course and to the left was a view of the bay. It was stunning at sunset! The pictures don’t do this condo justice. I’m going to miss sitting on the patio as well as looking out the large windows from the living room and bedroom. The condo itself was a great size for our family of four. One of our boys slept on the sleeper sofa and we brought a blow up mattress for our oldest son. There wasn’t any hot water at the kitchen but it wasn’t too much of a problem for us since there was a dishwasher. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella at the beach. That was an added bonus I hadn’t counted on. The tram ride to the beach went much smoother than I had imagined. We plan on coming back to Elation in the future.

Hi Miriam I’m glad you enjoyed your stay but I wished you would have notified us by our on call number to address the cover situation. We would have immediately sent our housekeeping crew over to address the issue. I do agree with you about the parking. With it being the busy season it is always hard to find a spot even for the owners. I have heard they are working on this in the near future. Thank you and we hope you visit again soon!
