Helt renoveret! Spektakulær havudsigt, en kort gåtur til alt

Vi gennemfører blot en hel renovering af vores strandpromenade med fransk grå interiør, nyt gulv og ombygget badeværelse.

Se delfiner svømme ved at sidde på sofaen og inden for 10 minutters gang er du midt i Hilton Head 's centrum Coligny med en række butikker og restauranter. Den berømte Tiki Hut Beach Bar ligger lige ned til stranden, hvor der er daglig levende musik, og du kan spise eller nyde en kold drink på stranden mens du ser eller spiller beachvolleyball. Der er dusinvis af gode restauranter, butikker, købmandsforretninger og cykeludlejning. Du behøver ikke en bil, da alt du behøver er lige uden for din dør.

I højsæsonen forsøger jeg at holde uger i overensstemmelse med at leje fra lørdag til lørdag med et 3 dages minimumsophold.

Wonderful place to stay! Lots of little touchs that really make me feel truly welcome, landry detergent, dish soap, towels folded together, toiletries, etc. The condo was clean, and well taken care of. They had appsolutely everything I needed to cook, different sized pots and pans, all the utensils you could ever need. All the appliances, oven, stove top, toster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and a fridge of course.The property itself was nice, clean, good parking, and gated. You had to enter a code to drive in. To get beach access you also had to enter a code to get out the gate, and then use the code to get back into the property. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely recommend to a friend. And I'm sure I'll be coming back

It was a great stay! I enjoyed the location and glad it was nearby shops and the beach access was wonderful! Me and my bf absolutely enjoyed this condo and already discussing to come back next year!

Check in process was confusing. It said we needed a key fob for the gate, it was in a lock box beside our room, there was no key fob in the lock box. I reached out to owner, but no response until next morning, if it hadn’t been for another resident giving us the gate code we wouldn’t have been able to get in the gate.

Great location, perfect for a couple!

SeaSide Villas is a great location - Maybe the best on the island. It’s the reason we have stayed at this complex 5 summers in a row. This particular condo was priced very affordably for a week - Probably the best deal of any of those during the 5 years. With that being said, my few complaints were that it was a little dirty upon arrival (that was likely due to an inadequate job on the cleaning services part), it was not very spacious, and there was no dishwasher. Can’t beat it for the price though. It worked well for me and my wife, but I don’t know that any more than 2 could stay comfortably. The owner, Mike, was very good to communicate with and work with both during the booking process and when I had questions during our stay. This a great, affordable summer getaway option for a couple on HHI!

Just the right size for me!

This condo was small but cozy. It was the perfect size for me and I loved the location. There was an issue with the air conditioner, Michael was super responsive and had someone out right away to fix the problem. AC ran great for the rest of my stay. I would stay there again.

RBC Heritage

Good location that worked very well for our stay. Information from vrbo was old and incorrect causing problems with property gate access and wifi use. Overall good stay.

Great location and value

We loved the location of this place the most. It's proximity to Cologny Plaza and the beach were huge draws for us. The place is small, but my wife and I don't need a ton of space when we're traveling, so it was just right for us. There's a laundry room just three doors down the hall, which was very convenient. We would stay here again.

Can't beat the location!

What a fantastic location! The condo was the perfect place for me to stay for vacation. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for making meals and enjoying them on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

October Hilton Head stay 2023

The location of the condo is perfect for walking or riding bikes to everything. The room needs a new bed, not comfortable at all. The sleeper sofa is also in need of replacing, very uncomfortable and kitchen utensils and pots and pans are lacking. The condos price was cheaper than other condo’s making it a good value.

Hilton Head Island

The location is perfect. The condo is much smaller than the pictures show. You would not want to have 6 people. There is a queen size bed, a sofa sleeper that would not be comfortable for adults and two very small bunks that are in a converted closet.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

While the condo is small, it was perfect for me and my husband. For the price of this rental, I had no complaints. We were able to get a nice vacation in a clean condo without breaking the bank! Walking distance to Coligny shops and a very short walk to the beach!

Great Location

This was perfect for my two daughters (ages 6 & 8) and I. The walk to the beach is literally a couple minutes and so easy. Restaurants and shopping are all minutes away, you really can’t beat the location. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, Good for couples, Reasonably priced

We have stayed at this condo complex numerous times in the past due to great location. First time in this unit. The price was very reasonable most likely since the unit is a bit dated (bathroom is updated). No dishwasher. Within walking distance to the beach and not as many people on this portion as there are to the east at the public beach. Really appreciated the combination door lock (no need to carry a key around or open a lockbox). This is a one bedroom with a bunk bed in the bedroom so really best for couples or people with two small children. It was perfect for the two of us for one week since we were mostly outside.

Nice place on the beach

Had a great time there. Location is only .2 mile walk on the beach to two beach bars, and far enough away from the crowds. It was perfect!

You are beachfront at the best part of the island, within walking distance to everything you need so you don't even need a car for your stay.

It’s all here. Championship golf. World-class tennis. Sportfishing. These are the biggies that bring in thousands of visitors each year for tournaments both professional and amateur. You can golf on two of the finest courses in the world from the Sea Pines Resort (Harbour Town Links and Heron Point). As for tennis, Hilton Head boasts 360 courts, though many of them are private. You can’t go wrong at the Van DerMeer Tennis Center with its indoor and outdoor courts and teaching professionals available year-round.

Fishermen love Hilton Head for its vast fishing opportunities from drop line, deep-sea, sport fishing, surf fishing on the beach, and even fly fishing in the marshes. Fishing boats leave from several locations around the island and charter boats are plentiful. If you only like watching sea life, rather than fishing it, you can take a dolphin excursion to view the dolphin who visit the waters of Hilton Head year around. Sailboats can be chartered or rented to capable sailors. Like to waterski? Take out a ski boat for an afternoon.

If you’re not into one of the big three mentioned above, never fear. Hilton Head is a veritable playground for active people. Explore the waterways and inlets around Hilton Head in a kayak; take to the sky in a parasail; rent a jet ski to skim across the sound; paddle board, surf, or swim.

Cut throughout the island are walking and biking trails connecting beaches to the island center, through woods, marshland, and housing plantations. You can rent bicycles at several locations throughout the island, or if you like the feel of the earth beneath your feet, rent inline or roller skates.

In 2012, ZipLine Hilton Head opened its first course, taking visitors on a two-hour zipline experience with eight lines over and through trees, across waterways, and above the canopy.
