Armando , I am sorry you felt you had to give me a bad review because you shattered the stove top .. the repair man and Home Depot appliance department said it was not a defect it was caused phenomenon called thermal shock. Thermal shock occurs when a rapid temperature change happens on a surface like glass, leading to stress within the material. When the cold pot is placed on the hot stovetop, the hot glass expands, while the section suddenly cooled by the pot contracts, causing a rapid temperature difference and potentially leading to cracking or shattering. .. in this case it shattered in 2 burners on glass top as I showed you the paperwork.. I never seen anything like it .. so please be honest I keep my property updated and every year do more and more as you can see year to year .. I want everyone to have wonderful memories and do my best to give everyone a wonderful experience.. I understand it was an accident but I can’t replace appliances that aren’t even covered under the warranty because damage was a human error .. plus your deposit didn’t even cover the stove .. so it cost me too sorry you felt you had to give me a bad review

This group was a group of 3 families -Stephanie friend ( couple and 2 little children staying in basement) called me about the ac not working in basement .. she started screaming at me when I told her it was a dehumidifier not ac she then complained about water coming in below the floor in basement bathroom and there was a bug on her bed and one of the couples almost left .. I wanted to come down ASAP but she said No she had to put kids to bed I explained I had a long work day the following day and might not make it down she still said No not to come so I asked her to send pictures please which she said she couldn’t get the pictures of bathroom because it was to dark in the basement but did send a pic of a bug on a bed but WAS NOT the bed in the basement OR in the house .. - Stephanie who booked property called me and (I was out of town ) she said the dryer was acting up I decided at this point to unlock the cleaning room which is a good size room with a washer and dryer and 4 shelf units full with all supplies back up sheets, comforters, cleaning supplies, toothpaste, toothbrushes,gallons of shampoo conditioner ect. Stephanie was very nice when I explained the phone call with her friend she pretty much blew it off and i FT her and unlocked the room -When they left one of the other couples were waiting they were upset said they didn’t have any involvement or any part in the others .. they said they had a great time and loved the house they talked to both me and cleaning company - Thry were scammers I sent all the pictures Stephanie friend sent me and the pic I took of damage that was caused and all missing items list cleaning company wrote also they also put all the extra sheets,in laundry trying to maybe make it harder to prepare the house for next guest they Lost their deposit and that’s why I got this horrible review There is a NO SMOKING on property or a $500 fine So clearly the house did not smell like smoke - I try so hard to make sure everyone as a great time and a great experience as you can see in my reviews Please see reviews before & after this date with 5 star ratings thank you so much Michelle
