Awesome time at the Beach

Really great view from this place, loved the easy beach access from balcony down stairs and then boom your toes are in the sand. Well stocked kitchen, loved the tiny dishwasher and place is clean. Bathrooms were also clean, came with toilet paper and towels and linens included

There were dirty linens on the bed when we arrived. The wrapped sheets were the wrong size. The bathrooms obviously had not been cleaned. There was a dirty pan still in the oven. However, we did make the prompt phone call and she came and replaced our linens and cleaned the bathroom,

So close...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would have been an excellent experience if it wasn't for two problems. First and foremost, the dresser in the bedroom with twin beds reeks of a musty odor, presumably from mold. It was dreadful, causing headaches and sinus problems whenever we were in the condo. The dresser needs a thorough cleaning or simply dispose of it. It alone is the one reason we won't be able to return and we left a day early simply to avoid sleeping there one more night. Second, the couch is awful. It's the main place I like to sit, but it was so low to the floor my knees were up to my chest when sitting, giving an instant backache. Laying on the couch isn't any better because for some reason it slants down, making you feel like you're going to slide off of it. Everything else was wonderful, and one might think these two problems wouldn't be so bad. Well, they were.

Only recommendation is have larger beds in second bedroom. Beds seems to be bunk bed size, smaller than standard twins,so not adequate for adults' comfort in your group, could use full or standard twins instead.

Reviewer Comments: 2024 was our third year in a row staying at this condo!!Each year the owner's have remodeled a different area which has helped bring the condo more up-to-date. Our main complaint is in reference to parking. When staying for a week there are times when another car is needed and allowed to be parked in the condo building's lot, not a mile away. Please, Garden City Realty, take this into condsideration. The inside of the condo was clean & orderly, as always. One suggestion we have is to consider updating the sleeper-sofa. It is getting rather uncomfortable from regular wear & tear. The side bars are also becoming more prominent under the armrests on both sides. While no one in our party uses it for sleep, if it sits uncomfortably, then it sleeps just as bad. I also suggested this in the owner's guest book. Once again, we have reservered the condo for 2025!!

We have been coming to the area for several years now and this is the best condo we found so far. Wonderful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this wonderful condo 1 1/2 weeks ago. We have already booked it for 2 weeks next year. The condo was very clean. Garden City Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with. The building only has 9 units, so not a lot of people. The master bed was very comfortable(I am very picky). The balcony is huge and it has direct access off the balcony to the beach. No going around the building to get your toes in the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. They recently did some updates and they did a good job. If I have anything negative to say is that the corner turn style cabinet smelled very musty and I wouldn’t put anything in it (again, I’m picky) I do wish they turned the broom closet into an actual pantry with shelves. It would have given us a little more space to store things. I’m the second bathroom cabinet could use a little updating as well. It’s located not too far from the pier and we were able to walk to it with no problem. We can’t wait to go back next year.
