Eklektisk hjem fra 1970'erne 3 etager beliggende over Agate Beach i Bolinas er det perfekte sted for familier eller par, der søger en rolig, afslappende ferie i et landligt sted Med spektakulær 180 graders havudsigt, en sauna m / havudsigt og et veludstyret køkken, behøver du ikke at forlade. Kun få skridt væk, ned ad en smal sti, venter tidevandsbassiner. Ud over de to soveværelser med havudsigt med dronningsenge og soveværelset med tvillinger er der også et værelse fra skibsføreren med en dobbelt trille. Den fulde / dronning trækker sofaen i tv-stuen kan sove op til to personer. 2 komplette badeværelser, plus et halvt bad. 3 minutters gang til Agate Beach, 7 minutters kørsel til centrum af Bolinas. 1/2 hektar indhegnet have har flere dæk med udsigt, propangrill, stor trampolin og masser af pladser til en samling. Dette er strengt taget NO PARTY og INGEN Kæledyr hus. Hvis lokale venner er forbi under dit ophold og bringer deres hund, skal hunden holdes udendørs og rengøres efter. Sengekonfiguration: 2 dronninger, 2 tvillinger, 1 tvilling m / tvilling trille, udtrækssofa.

BEMÆRK: I nærheden af huset er der en klippe på den anden side af ejendomslinjen. Selvom der er et trådhegn på plads, er det bedst at forhindre børn i at gå uden opsyn på den side af ejendommen, og trådporten skal kontrolleres regelmæssigt for at sikre, at den er lukket på alle tidspunkter.
Celledækning er plettet, og der er en internet-fastnet til opkald inden for U. S. Begge er intermitterende.
WiFi er langsomt og er ikke altid godt til streaming af shows / videoer
Den landlige ejendom er beliggende i slutningen af en grusvej på 0,5 mile i en rolig, beboelig del af Bolinas. Naboerne værdsætter deres ro og privatliv, og vi har forsikret dem om, at gæsterne respekterer dette perfekte, fredelige sted. Alle gæster skal parkere på ejendommen bag porten eller godt væk fra vejen mellem de to indkørsler. Parker ikke på den anden side af vejen, og lad altid plads nok til, at brandbiler passerer.

Our family of 6 spent nearly a week in this wonderful house for our spring break. The property is stunning with lush gardens, wildlife, and incredible views of the Pacific Ocean from the master bedroom, master bathroom and the balconies. The decor was eclectic and well curated. There was ample space inside and out to hang out with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed.Staff at Highway One Properties was super friendly and responsive when needed. The location was peaceful and far enough from the city but close enough for any of our city needs. The views on the drive up hwy 1 are breathtaking. Quick access to SF, the Muir Woods, and a nice drive to Napa Valley. Our whole family loved it and we can’t wait to come back to this property soon.

The roads to get to the house were a lot more country than we anticipated. We were grateful for the cars we brought - lots of pot holes, gravel and dirt. The house itself was awesome, around every corner was a new find. It was clean, easy to be in & the kitchen was amazing. Views were great! The short stroll to the beach was an added bonus. Great please to recharge!

Incredible home. My three friends and I loved our weekend and enjoyed the beautiful home and the sweet sauna so much. The view was miraculous and the walks to Agate beach and the bluff on the other side were so memorable!! A real treat to have it be a full moon weekend as well! Loved the showers and the great water and water pressure. Nice to do yoga on the deck :) The one disappointment was the number of cobwebs around the house and the bird poop on the cushions of the outdoor chairs. For the price, I feel that should've been cleaned off before our arrival.

Great stay

It was a lovely rustic property with spectacular ocean views in a peaceful and quiet setting. We appreciated the funkiness of the house and eclectic decor. It was warm and equipped with everything. The sauna was great, and the walk to the tide pools was very convenient. We very much enjoyed our weekend stay.

This is one of those unfortunate listings that you REALLY have to read the fine print and then assume the worst. If it’s non-refundable, run away. First off, once you book it through VRBO, the management co will send a contract separate from VRBO that leaves you with no leg to stand on if anything goes wrong. The house itself looks as if it had been dusted and new sheet put on the beds, but that’s about it with respect to cleaning. Dishes and flatware were dirty in the cupboards, the coffee maker had grounds spilled inside, and the tea pot still had water in it. The grounds look like they haven’t been touched in months - Weeds are growing out of the rain gutter, and there is a 4” carpet of leaves on the lower patio. All plants lean into walkways, and the separate deck has no stairs or railing, which is great for unintended hospital stays.The proverbial straw is the heater does not work. When I called to ask about it, I was told “Yeah, it’s been giving us trouble for a while. Why don’t you use the stove or space heaters.”Using the stove as a heat source is, if not illegal, flat out stupid. Not to mention to bedrooms are on 2 and 3 - The stove is on 1. And there were no space heaters. So the 50 nights were frustrating to say the least. Someone loved that house at some point. With the amazing art work and unique furnishings. Now, it’s just an old house that is waiting to fall down.The location is nice, but you can find better maintained properties in the area.

Relaxing Retreat

This place was perfect for our mother/daughter 8th grade girls retreat. Super clean and super pretty. The views are spectacular, the neighborhood is quiet, and there is so much natural beauty around to explore. Morning coffee on the upstairs deck was my favorite part of my stay. Will be bringing my own family back here soon!

Beautiful location

Such beautiful views from every room! Lots of balconies and a spacious yard. The house was gorgeous and as listed. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was remote with dirt roads and lots of potholes, but we made it in a minivan. Still just 13 minute from "downtown "Bolinas, and 20 from Stinson. A 3 minute walk to Agate Beach that had great tide pools. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Funky House - World's Best Shower?

Wonderful/Funky house on the outskirts of Bolinas. Truly remote, fun dirt road to navigate with ample pot holes, but not intimidating. We got incredibly fortunate with the weather - fog sat off the coast and was able to enjoy eating outside overlooking the ocean. Primary has ocean views, open the windows and listen to the waves crash, bathroom has an extraordinary view as well. Management company provided us a BBQ and Charcoal preemptively due to malfunction on the gas grill. Wonderful stay.

Be forewarned many roads in the small town of Bolinas are gravel and extremely rutted, and the most direct route to the house is treacherous so you will have to acclimate and figure out the best roads to take to get there. The management had a circuitous route all texted out, and was very helpful, but we figured out a little less tedious way to travel as our stay progressed. Overall this is a great house and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was not clean the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see the beautiful view had so much dust and cobwebs on them that it was really disappointing. The only way we could see the ocean was to go outside or open the windows which unfortunately let in mosquitoes That kept us up most of the night . The morning we were scheduled to leave the window cleaners arrived at 8:30 and wanted to start work and waited outside the gate until we left which made it rushed and stressful. Not only that knowing that they knew about the windows didn’t offer to reduce or discount or stay in anyway made us feel like just a number

The house is off of dirt roads with very limited wifi and no cell service. Once we adjusted to this reality, the house was great and well-equipped. Beautiful views and lots of stairs. Short hike to tidepools and just a short drive away from the beach. The markets in town are fun. The Bolinas library has DVDs you can borrow. There are toys and books for kids. We took day trips to Stinson Beach and Point Reyes. Overall I would recommend!

Perfect place to celebrate my 50th! Had my whole family stay with us for a night and it was a perfect size accommodated all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed daily walks down to the beach, after consulting tide tables, and can’t wait to come back!

The house so beautiful and well equipped in all rooms but having all you need to cook & entertsin real plus. Loved the style of home , the art, the coziness. Very clean and bery spacious. Enjoyed the deck at the front to simply hear ocean and birds. I loved being away tucked on hill .. took planning but I made great trip to market before arrival. Loved having music available , games, books. Nice to have BBQ too. Thankful to have had time with family and have such nice home to recieve them in very comfortable.
