SF family trip

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the apartment. The extra attention to the little details went a long way to making it feel like home. The amazing view from the roof deck was a great bonus!

Fantastic Frisco View

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful San Francisco Nob Hill area with our amazing property manager, Gregory. The view we had at sunset every day was the best part of our trip, of course with Wine in hand. Any questions we had were immediately answered and great recommendations for us to see things in the city. Wonderful location!

Wonderful Stay

The apartment and building itself were beautiful and had incredible views. The neighborhood was wonderful as well with great walking distance to markets, restaurants, etc. Can't recommend it enough!

Overall, we had a great time at a great property. There were a couple of minor issues with the Wi-Fi, which stopped the televisions from working from time to time, but the disruptions were very short.

AMAZING NOB HILL VRBO

We loved our stay at this VRBO. Greg was an amazing host and his place was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, easy to walk everywhere. Greg offered wonderful recommendations of the local area that were very helpful. We loved watching the sunset from the roof deck. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

All was great. But the rooftop patio with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge was the icing on the cake.

An Amazing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, and found that Gregory was very accommodating and helpful. The space itself is beautiful, and has every accommodation you need for a long or short-term stay. Public transportation was easily accessible. There were also plenty of dining options in the area too!

Museum tour in San Francisco

We had a great time staying in Nob Hill. The unit was clean and well-equipped for the 3 of us to stay for 5 nights. We ate dinner at home most evenings and watched the sunset from the roof deck.

Great rental

We loved staying here. It was in a great neighborhood with lots of delicious restaurants and an excellent market nearby. It was easy to get everywhere from here using public transportation or walking. The owner, Gregory, was so friendly and always responded right away to any questions. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay!

Greg’s apartment was great! Well stocked kitchen and thoughtfully furnished space in a walkable location. Greg was so helpful and gave us suggestions of nearby restaurants to try. The apartment was very clean and great attention was given to every detail. The rooftop view was amazing. Highly recommend!

Best Place Ever!

We absolutely loved the apt. It was so fun to stay right in the heart of San Fran and be in walking distance to awesome local restaurants. We used the Trolley to get around when we could and just enjoyed the atmosphere. The view from the roof was awesome and the location was perfect for Touristy stuff along the Embarcadero and a work conference in the financial district. We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful stay in San Francisco

This is a great property. It is close to many restaurants and shops. As I did not rent a car, I walked to many attractions. There is a roof top, where you have a wonderful view of the city. Greg is a great host, the apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures online. I would definitely come back.

Charming Convenient SF Apartment

Everything was very clean when we arrived, recommendations to local restaurants were greatly appreciated, some supplies were a great bonus. Rooftop access was great and provided wonderful views when the fog wasn't too thick. Neighborhood was mostly quiet with the exception of the passing cable car but it was a worthy tradeoff for the convenience. Great neighborhood & great host, definitely recommend

Great and lovely place to stay !

I highly recommend this appartment, close to all and very well equiped. You can do all by foot and close to the flat, really good restaurants. The typical cable car is on the Jackson street, so you can take it easily. Gregory is really nice, attentive and facilitator. Thanks to him !

Gregory was an excellent host. His new apartment was very well organized and in a good location for walking to all major sights. The neighbourhood grocery stores and restaurants are good. The apartment is on the cable car line. Would recommend.

San Fran Love!

We spent an amazing week in San Francisco! The building was beautiful and the set up and look of our place made us feel right at home. Greg was such an AMAZING host. He provided a listing of local restaurants, a little starter snacks in the fridge and even offered my son and I his parking spot. The rooftop viw of the sunset and Golden Gate Bridge were breathtaking. 5 stars all around for this little gem!

Great San Francisco Location

My family and I had a great time visiting San Francisco and staying at this apartment. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Most tourist attractions are a 20-25 minute walk away, and if you are tired, you can catch a cable car up the hill. Even though we were adjacent to a track, with the curtains drawn, I did not hear street noise. The host left a list of restaurants, and recommendations for our stay. We had plenty of room, even with 2 teenage girls, and would highly recommend this property.

Jackson Street Love

The property was great. Greg was a great host, very helpful with suggestions for the area and also providing items when needed. The cable car travels right out front of the apartment which is nice if you plan on riding it but can be loud if you’re trying to sleep. A USB charging station or power strip by the couch would be helpful. The fold out couch bed was comfy with the mattress topper. Nice view from the rooftop!

Work & Fun

We traveled to San Francisco for a conference and chose Greg’s place as home base. This is the best vacation home experience we’ve had. Communication was gracious, detailed, and helpful. Greg greeted us personally and left a lovely welcome package with yummy wine and super recommendations. The apartment was beautifully designed and delightfully outfitted with delights and conveniences. The neighborhood is centrally located and full of amazing culinary offerings. I left my heart in San Francisco. I’d definitely choose this beautiful spot for future SF trips.

Amazing location and hosts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greg and Gary’s property in Nob Hill, San Francisco. From the moment we booked, their communication was stellar—they were prompt, attentive, and provided all the necessary details, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The property itself is immaculate! It was clear that Greg and Gary take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. Everything was spotless, from the living spaces to the bathroom, which really put us at ease. What really sets this place apart, though, is the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Greg and Gary went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches and supplies that made us feel right at home. Whether it was a well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets for chilly nights, or local tips for exploring the area, every detail was covered with care. Nob Hill is such a beautiful, vibrant neighbourhood, and the property’s location made it easy to explore the best of San Francisco. But truly, it was Greg and Gary’s hospitality that made our stay exceptional. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely return in the future! Super Nob Hill Stay

My husband, sister and myself stayed in this wonderful VRBO! We were greeted with “Welcome” treats that made the perfect stay. Gregory was quick to reply to all our questions and was the perfect host. His VRBO was the cleanest place out of all our vacation rentals! There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The remodel and new amenities ( closet unit and shelving) to the place was a nice surprise. My two sons, daughter-in-laws and grandson joined us daily to have lunch or dinner together. The too were impressed with the unit but even more so by the views on the roof deck. Each night laying in the bed was like sleeping in a cloud with the warmth of the comforter and our head snuggled into the pillows. The unit was so quiet that we wondered if there was anyone else in the building. The Buses and the Cable Cars going by was hardly noticeable. We even tried getting a video of the cable car going by that by the time we heard it, it was already past our windows. I cannot wait to go back and stay in Gregory’s VRBO! Thank you Gregory so very much for such a wonderful rental and the extras you provided. FYI the wine and cheese was a hit!
