The apartment was immaculate and the host, Greg, had thoughtfully stocked the refrigerator with orange juice, bagels, cream cheese and other delights. A lovely bottle of Pinot Noir was waiting for us on the table. There was coffee, sweeteners, spices-everything we could have wanted. The apartment was fully and tastefully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, dish and glassware that you could need. The bed was comfy and the towels plentiful and soft. The communication with Greg was excellent and prompt. This is a must stay location and we will be back again later this year.

Gregory’s apartment was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The roof terrace was a fantastic addition to watch the sunsets over the Golden Gate Bridge. Lovely little grocery shop nearby too. You definitely get the full SF experience as the cable car runs right outside the apartment - so much so that sometimes you feel as though you are on the street! Full SF vibes but maybe not the quietest stay if you have little children as the winding mechanism goes continually (apart from about 6 hrs at night). That being said we were extremely comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay.

We entered the property through a lovely foyer and were delighted by what we found when we entered the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with the electric fireplace welcoming us warmly after a late day arrival. Also waiting for us was a bottle of lovely Cabernet Sauvignon, a half gallon of orange juice, coffee, sweeteners, half and half, bagels, cream cheese and other essentials that we would not have had the energy to secure at that hour. It was so thoughtful and so appreciated. The apartment was a delight to stay in. It was equipped with a generous supply of cutlery, first class appliances, dishes, bowls, wine/spirits/juice glasses. The supply of paper goods was abundant-lots of paper napkins, a generous supply of tissues (with six spare boxes in a cabinet in the bathroom along with six spare rolls of toilet paper) a host of spices, along with a supply of olive oil and other cooking essentials. We were amazed at how thoroughly and thoughtfully the apartment was equipped. Greg was so wonderfully responsive to the various questions that we had during our stay and is an excellent communicator. That too was a pleasant surprise as that has not been our experience with owners of other units that we have rented in San Francisco. The apartment was a quiet and wonderful place to stay, and we are looking forward to our next stay there at the end of the year. We cannot recommend it highly enough! Mark and Jane

I stay in San Francisco twice a year for work, and this is by far the best property I've stayed in. Greg was a great host, met us in person to go over the property details, and has crafted a lovely place to stay in the city. I really appreciated all the little details that elevated this property above others. The view from the deck is amazing, and my only regret for the trip is that I couldn't spend more time up there.

Greg’s apartment is easily a 100/10!! From the initial greeting with wonderfully thought out welcome goodies to the view and the CLEANLINESS this is easily a gem in San Francisco. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants, cafes and adjoining neighborhoods. This will absolutely be our go to home away from home when we return. Thank you so much Greg for offering such a beautiful place. See you next time!

SF family trip

Overall, we had a great time at a great property. There were a couple of minor issues with the Wi-Fi, which stopped the televisions from working from time to time, but the disruptions were very short.

Fantastic Frisco View

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful San Francisco Nob Hill area with our amazing property manager, Gregory. The view we had at sunset every day was the best part of our trip, of course with Wine in hand. Any questions we had were immediately answered and great recommendations for us to see things in the city. Wonderful location!

Amazing location and hosts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Greg and Gary’s property in Nob Hill, San Francisco. From the moment we booked, their communication was stellar—they were prompt, attentive, and provided all the necessary details, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The property itself is immaculate! It was clear that Greg and Gary take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. Everything was spotless, from the living spaces to the bathroom, which really put us at ease. What really sets this place apart, though, is the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Greg and Gary went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches and supplies that made us feel right at home. Whether it was a well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets for chilly nights, or local tips for exploring the area, every detail was covered with care. Nob Hill is such a beautiful, vibrant neighbourhood, and the property’s location made it easy to explore the best of San Francisco. But truly, it was Greg and Gary’s hospitality that made our stay exceptional. We can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely return in the future! AMAZING NOB HILL VRBO

We loved our stay at this VRBO. Greg was an amazing host and his place was very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, easy to walk everywhere. Greg offered wonderful recommendations of the local area that were very helpful. We loved watching the sunset from the roof deck. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Die Cable Car fährt direkt vorbei und es gibt Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Rooftop hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Golden Gate Bridge. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung hat der Gastgeber persönlich gemacht, was wir sehr toll fanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Nob Hill Stay

My husband, sister and myself stayed in this wonderful VRBO! We were greeted with “Welcome” treats that made the perfect stay. Gregory was quick to reply to all our questions and was the perfect host. His VRBO was the cleanest place out of all our vacation rentals! There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The remodel and new amenities ( closet unit and shelving) to the place was a nice surprise. My two sons, daughter-in-laws and grandson joined us daily to have lunch or dinner together. The too were impressed with the unit but even more so by the views on the roof deck. Each night laying in the bed was like sleeping in a cloud with the warmth of the comforter and our head snuggled into the pillows. The unit was so quiet that we wondered if there was anyone else in the building. The Buses and the Cable Cars going by was hardly noticeable. We even tried getting a video of the cable car going by that by the time we heard it, it was already past our windows. I cannot wait to go back and stay in Gregory’s VRBO! Thank you Gregory so very much for such a wonderful rental and the extras you provided. FYI the wine and cheese was a hit!

Immaculate wonderful place

This place is very modern, clean and immaculate in every way. Everything provided was of exceptionally high quality and we enjoyed our stay very much. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found it very well stocked. A small local market as well as Trader Joe's were within walking distance so getting some groceries was easy. This property is also located within walking distance of many of SF's well-known tourist attractions. We must mention that Greg was super helpful and helped us carry our bags from our car which was a huge plus. He was also extremely responsive to any questions or anything we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Property & Location & Owner

My new bride and I stayed here for one week in early November for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was very, very nice and within walking distance of several markets and restaurants. Greg was an outstanding host and provided excellent information for area restaurants and recommendations for sightseeing for us being first time San Franciso visitors. We would highly recommend this property!

Charming Convenient SF Apartment

Everything was very clean when we arrived, recommendations to local restaurants were greatly appreciated, some supplies were a great bonus. Rooftop access was great and provided wonderful views when the fog wasn't too thick. Neighborhood was mostly quiet with the exception of the passing cable car but it was a worthy tradeoff for the convenience. Great neighborhood & great host, definitely recommend

San Fran Love!

We spent an amazing week in San Francisco! The building was beautiful and the set up and look of our place made us feel right at home. Greg was such an AMAZING host. He provided a listing of local restaurants, a little starter snacks in the fridge and even offered my son and I his parking spot. The rooftop viw of the sunset and Golden Gate Bridge were breathtaking. 5 stars all around for this little gem!

Work & Fun

We traveled to San Francisco for a conference and chose Greg’s place as home base. This is the best vacation home experience we’ve had. Communication was gracious, detailed, and helpful. Greg greeted us personally and left a lovely welcome package with yummy wine and super recommendations. The apartment was beautifully designed and delightfully outfitted with delights and conveniences. The neighborhood is centrally located and full of amazing culinary offerings. I left my heart in San Francisco. I’d definitely choose this beautiful spot for future SF trips.
