Clutter free, clean, and comfortable house in a great location. Beach chairs, towels and tent are provided. Great beaches in walking distance and the beaches are dog heaven off season.

Perfect location!

Thanksgiving Beach get away.

House was amazing, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The hosts took care of everything and just allowed us to enjoy our stay completely. Easy walk to town with great food and nice shops.

Loved both location and accommodations

Wonderful!

My family and I loved our stay! What a special place to spend the Thanksgiving holiday! The house was very comfortable and the pictures were all accurate. And the location can't be beaten. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying at this lovely beach house. It is minutes by foot to Gooch Beach, elegant and airy, and has beautiful views of the ocean. The host is thoughtful, quick to respond, and accommodating. We hope to visit again!

Kathy and David’s beautiful oceanfront home was everything we hoped it would be—and so much more. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. One of my favorite memories will always be sitting in an Adirondack chair on the porch with my morning coffee, listening to the ocean and taking in the incredible view.Kennebunk Beach has held a very special place in our family’s heart for decades. After losing our longtime family place nearby, I wasn’t sure we would ever find another home that could feel as meaningful. This house gave us the wonderful gift of returning to an area we love while beginning a new chapter of memories with our children and grandson.The home is beautiful, comfortable, welcoming, and clearly loved and thoughtfully cared for. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, reconnect, laugh together, and simply enjoy the beach and one another.Kathy was an exceptional host—warm, gracious, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. Our communication with her made an already special experience even better.We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this home and cannot recommend it highly enough. We have already asked to return next year and hope staying here will become a treasured family tradition for many years to come!

Lovely house by the ocean!

This was a lovely home base for a family vacation - very clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The house was bright and airy, catching nice ocean breezes. Nice and quiet at night. Great communication with the owners.

Magnificent location and beautiful house.

Perfect location with great views and an unbelievable view! Definitely recommend this one for a family or a couple of couples! Queen downstairs and Queen master upstairs along way to 2 more double twin rooms.

Great location for a family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in Kennebunk. The house was set up with all the necessities for our family to enjoy a long weekend away. It's walking distance to town, a local playground and a great beach. We enjoyed having three of the four bedrooms with ocean views, a great front yard to play in, and great off-street parking. The house itself was large enough for everyone to spread out while enjoying our time together.

Our wedding

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation/wedding getaway. We loved waking to the sound of the ocean and took many long walks along the beach. The house was exactly as described and you’ll love the quint beach house feel!

Beautiful beach home

My sister and I really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. The proximity to local shops and restaurants ensured we made the most of our first visit to Maine. Amazing ocean view and exceptional host!

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive and the home is clean, well appointed with an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful Kennebunkport Maine. The owners allow pets, which was wonderful as we love to travel with our dog. Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home, and the hosts are! Will definitely be returning again.

Perfect location - great home

This home was perfect for our family. The location is perfect, right on the ocean. We reached out to the owner with a small issue and it was immdedialely resolved. Owners were very responsive and I couldn't have asked for a faster response. I would definitely stay here again.
