Lejligheden har plads til 2 personer. Efter en dag med sightseeing kan du genvinde styrken på sofaen i vores spisestue og se tv, brusebad på badeværelset eller lave mad i vores køkken udstyret med køleskab, ovn, vaskemaskine, mikroovn, redskaber og alt det nødvendige redskab til Tilbered en god morgenmad eller middag. Og om natten hvile i dobbeltsengen i hovedrummet, hvor du kan efterlade dine ting i det store skab eller i kommoden.
Vi leverer jern, håndklæder, sengelinned, gel og shampoo til dit ophold i badeværelset. Derudover tilbyder vi en indgang til lejligheden ved indgangen til lejligheden.
Hvis du vil være i centrum af Valencia og har næsten alt hvad du skal besøge ved døren, er dette din lejlighed.

I loved this apartment and wish I could stay longer. It’s exactly as described and it’s very convenient to walk to everything. Communication was excellent and there were nice touches like coffee, milk and soda available, and he lined up my taxi for an early morning trip to the airport. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Valencia.

Wonderful! Manuel was an incredible host, greeted us, gave us info about the city. We really appreciated the water, soda and juice when we arrived. He really made you feel at home. Great location and very comfortable apartment.

Great experience

The stay was spot on from start to finish. The host met me at the property, ran me through how everything worked and gave some recommendations on best things to do in a short stay.The property was clean and tidy, with everything working and has a good elevator to access the third floor.Close to everything in the old town and also nearby supermarkets if needed. Highly recommend.

Great central location

Beautiful Valencia

The two weeks in this apartment were perfect !The location of the apartment is ideal for sightseeing, all the interesting monuments are on walking distance.Also plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood!Manuel the host is very sympathic and welcoming in case of problems he is available and helpful.Marianne

Property was very clean. Manuel had provided some basic drinks in the fridge and recommended grocery stores near by for additional supplies.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful part of the city

Manuel’s apartment felt like home from the first day. A lot of care is taken to ensure things are clean and organized and there information left to guide you to good places to eat, how to get around, etc… the location really could not be better as most everything is walkable and if not, the bus system is so easy!! You will not regret choosing this apartment!

Perfect Old Town Valencia Stay

This quaint little apartment had everything I needed to enjoy my first vacation to Valencia. It's incredibly ideal location made getting to know the area a breeze. I had no issues finding places to get the necessities and the set up of the apartment made for a very peaceful sleep in an area of town that is happily busy late into the night. Manuel has many great recommendations and made himself available for anything I'd need. Looking forward to coming back - there is so much more of Valencia to explore!

Apartment in center of old city València

The owner Manuel met us at arrival and went over everything to know about the features of the unit.. he also gave us some good tips on the central market and some of the restaurants in the are..He was a pleasant man and answered al our questions…the apartment itself was spotless and the location was incredible overlooking a square on a quiet street.. there are so many cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.. We loved our stay in Valencia

Wonderful!

Manuel likes to travel and bases his philosophy of hosting on how he likes to be treated whilst away. It works. He met us at precisely the arranged time and patiently talked us through how all the equipment functioned. The apartment used to be his home and is of a lovely quality as well as being immaculately presented. The living room is to the front and faces onto an attractive street with the bedroom to the rear providing an unexpected level of peacefulness, as well as having a sumptuous bed. The location is perfect, too. Manuel works close by and was cconstantly available should any issue have arisen which, fortunately, didn't. He is a delight to meet and I cannot recommend his property highly enough. Thank you Manuel: your thoughtfulness and generosity in providing the little extras was much appreciated. Our holiday could not have been better.

Excellent amenities

We really liked this apartment. Everything had been so well thought out to ensure that we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was spacious, light, clean and comfortable and very well equipped with nice touches such as cakes and chocolate to welcome us and a warm blanket in the lounge for cooler evenings. Every item - door keys, TV, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, shower etc. worked perfectly and were easy to use. The lounge had the advantage of an attractive open view, whereas the bedroom gained from being quieter. Manuel was most friendly and helpful, both with the booking and check-in process.

A lovely stay and lovely host

We finally got to have our 2020 las Fallas family reunion this year! All three sons traveled from all over the USA to be in Valencia together. Our son whose wife could not attend stayed in Manuel’s apartment for the week, which really suited him because he could enjoy the Fallas late night dancing from his perch on the balcony. It was wonderful because he was the only one whose spouse wasn’t there. Manuel dealt with my need to change our meeting time to get the keys. He showed us all the essentials and quirks of the place. Very grateful.

Don’t Skip Valencia

A smaller, but very lively city, and the old town is the place to be. The apartment looks out over a courtyard and exquisite smaller church. You are minutes away from all the main plazas, and could spend days exploring the winding streets crammed with endless interesting shops, and restaurants. I did venture out from the fortress walls to visit the Modern Art Museum. Again, just a short walk away. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. The bedroom is located at the back, away from the street. Even this normally quiet street was filled with people on the Saturday night, but sleep was no problem.

Impeccable apartment, perfect location, exceptional host

We have stayed in many rentals, in many cities, and this is by far the best ever!First, Manuel- the host. Many rentals have you pick up a key somewhere, or give you an access code, and you have to figure everything out on your own. Manuel, on the other hand, met us at the apartment and gave us a 10 minute walk through of everything : Heat/Air conditioner; washing machine; keys and entry protocols; kitchen appliances, etc. We then kept him longer, asking tons of questions about the neighborhood, the restaurants and the events. He was in no rush and was more than happy to answer them all. He also responds to text/WhatsApp within minutes! Best host ever!Next - the apartment. Impeccable is the only way to describe it. Immaculately clean. Well furnished. Well appointed kitchen. Tons of cupboard space in the bedroom. Beautiful floors. Quality linens. Everything you hope for in a rental.Finally - the location. Right in the heart of old town. All the major attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. Restaurants and bars galore. A beautiful little balcony to watch the activity below. For Las Fallas, the parades and the evening shows are right across the square and can be viewed from the balcony.The fact that I have written such a lengthy review says that we absolutely loved everything about our stay here. Next time we’re in Valencia, this is where you’ll find us!

Logement très bien situé au coeur du quartier El Carme. Très propre et confortable.Plusieurs des monuments, restaurants et sites historiques ne sont qu’à quelques minutes de marche. Hôte présent et à l’ecoute. Seul bémol, la chambre étant située près des balcons de l’immeuble derrière, les nuits peuvent être bruyantes.
