Vi byder dig velkommen til at tjekke vores nyeste fortegnelse i hjertet af det historiske distrikt med den BEDSTE veranda i centrum. Denne placering er det ægte centrum for alle handlinger fra Main Street \ City Dock-områder. Parker din bil (et medfølgende pas) og gå til alt - USNA (ejer er UDNA grad - GO NAVY). AYC, kirker, festivaler, bryllupsmottagelser eller bare hænge ud på verandaen med et par glas vin og folk ser på. Denne ejendom har alt hvad du har brug for og intet du ikke har til en rimelig pris.
Denne ejendom har 3 soveværelser (på øverste etage) og to fulde bade (et på første sal og et på sekund) og en ekstra plads nedenunder med en udtræksmulighed for overløbets gæster eller et hængeområde for kiddoer. Åben grundplan med fantastisk udendørs plads på verandaen eller i baghaven komplet med en stor gasgrill. Splinterny Mitsubishi mini split heat \ A. C. Systemer og varmt vandvarmer \ kedel installeret i 2018 for ultimativ komfort året rundt. .Tak for at tjekke vores fortegnelse og nå ud til eventuelle spørgsmål. . Great location

We loved the location of the house and there was plenty of space inside for all of us. We had a great time. My only comment is bc of the location, it can get loud at night.

Girls’ Weekend

The girls and I enjoyed the location of the house. It was so close to shopping, parking and restaurants. The house was clean and checking in and out was easy. The only feedback I’d give is that we struggled to relive the front door using the key pad, but we just locked the door and went out the back door. The other issue we had was the traffic in the early mornings and the delivery trucks were pretty noisy. I don’t think this is anything the owner could do to prevent this.

We had five friends with us, and we loved the location and the property. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful property

Wonderful property in downtown Annapolis! Easy to get around town and a quick walk to the Naval Academy. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Excellent location!

What a great place to stay without the hassle of parking in Annapolis! Super convenient to walk everywhere. The only negative is it's a little noisy so close to downtown but overall would highly recommend!

A great stay!

Our stay was fabulous. This was a perfect location to visit our midshipman. It is much bigger than it looks in the photo. Convenient parking. Cooked dinner for 20 mids in the kitchen which was well equipped.

Weekend in Annapolis

We were in town to do some planning for my son and his fiancé‘s wedding in September. The location was perfect. We were walking distance to their venue, restaurants, and shops. House was very comfortable for the six of us. We enjoyed the front porch and people watching.

Perfect Location for Annapolis Vacation

Can't say enough about how great the house and location are for visiting Annapolis. House has plenty of space and per description, you will spend a lot of time on front porch (weather permitting). Walking distance to everything. You parker the car and don't need it again until you leave.

Easy

Great location and owner was great to work with! We arrived very late in the evening and Megan had left the lights on. To welcome us. Very accommodating with a few requests. We stay in Annapolis pretty frequently and this location was great for ease of access to the Naval Academy, Main Street, the dock, anything you might want to do while here.

Great Location. Wonderful House & Location. Needs some fixes!

The house is a lovely throw-back to victorian times. With some great updates. The location is absolute perfect. But...the price was outrageous (now listed at half what we paid). That being said it has all the potential to be a great place to stay. And we will at the new price. We're not going to nit pic too much but a couple things such as a broken fan, dirty floors, inconsistent AC throughout the house and finally a not so inviting back yard made the visit just a little off. On the positive, the kitchen is inviting and new and we spent our time there cooking and laughing. The house couldn't be more charming. And the porch is as advertised albeit it needs fans and a few more chairs. Just a great house. It says it is a new listing so I hope the owners take this review as positive criticism. I would recommend a stay here at the $300+ price. What a location!!

Nice house, great location

The house itself is nice. It's an older house, but clean and well appointed. The location is amazing - just a block from historic Annapolis shopping and the water. Despite being that close to all the activity, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and feels very safe. Exterior walls/windows are thin, so when there are people outside (ex. coming home on a Friday/Saturday night), you can hear them pretty clearly. Given that it's mostly single family homes in the area, though, there just aren't that many people walking by. We were there the night before Thanksgiving, and there were huge crowds out at the nearby restaurants, but we only heard one or two groups walk past. Only downside is there's no parking at the house. There's usually a parking garage a block away, but it was being rebuilt while we were there, and the next best we found was a 10-minute walk away (felt perfectly safe to do this walk late at night). So, if that's too far, you might want to confirm if the closer garage is open yet for your stay.

Friend reunion

This house was the perfect spot!! The home was very clean and has a great layout. Downtown Annapolis is extremely walkable as well which made for a perfect weekend to explore with our group.

Awesome stay in Annapolis!

We so enjoyed our stay! In an amazing location, very central and less than 5 minute walk to the water and downtown restaurants. The house itself was great, nothing too fancy but had an open concept and was clean, bedrooms were good size and comfy beds. Our favorite spot was the outdoor porch. The fridge stopped working our second day but the host answered us right away and ended up refunding us some money. Great stay!

Can't beat the charm and location.

Very charming, spacious historic house and in a perfect location. Room for everyone and having a second full bathroom that was a little more private was very useful. Loved the porch, too! There is a surprising amount of street noise, though (revving engines up Main St, trucks loading/unloading) and the older windows in the front bedroom make it noisy in there when sleeping. I recommend bringing a portable white noise machine to help you sleep! Also, we noticed all the smoke detectors in the house were removed or not operating which made us feel uneasy... Overall, we would definitely come back again!

Spacious home

The property was just as described and super close to the Main Street. Unfortunately the first evening there was someone across the street yelling (late) for about 20 mins and then a couple screaming at each other for quite some time in the wee hours of the morning. Would highly recommend but not if you’re looking for quiet nights.

Fantastic Stay

I had an overall great experience at this place. It's was exactly as described and pictured. Great location. Everything was clean. All of the house information was available. Having parking passes was clutch. The host was excellent! This was an ideal vacation rental experience.

This property was very comfortable and convenient. It was a busy weekend in Annapolis so parking was a bit of a challenge even with a permit.

Working hard

Great house. Fabulous location. I just wish I didn’t have so many chores to do upon leaving. stip the beds; take out the trash; text the cleaners. It is expensive and seems that these things should be included.
