Dette hjem blev designet med det formål at være vært for en familie med alle de nyeste ammentier. Sommerhuset vil helt sikkert imponere dig og din gæst. Hjemmet er meget indbydende, og dets hovedformål er at få dig til at føle dig godt tilpas i dit eget specialbyggede landsted!

Sommerhuset sidder på tre hektar, som værten deler. Grus indkørsel deles også. Proximaty for hvert hjem er omkring 250 fod fra hinanden. Sikkerhedskameraer er på værtshjemmet, og en KUN er placeret på træet over indkørslen til hytten. DE ER IKKE KAMERER / OPTAGELSESANORDNINGER INDEN I BOLIGET.

Amazing PET FRIENDLY!! Cottage

This place was a perfect place to stay after my wedding in Mandeville! It was super clean and the decor is SO CUTE! I really really appreciated how they were pet friendly so that I could bring my pups with me and have peace of mind. The outdoor area is such a vibe and the owner is super friendly! My family and I will be staying here again in the future!!

The Coziest Cottage Ever

The home was a 10/10 in every way: It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need including baby highchair, lots of games and toys, very clean, very well maintained, nice pool and playground too, very private and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Worth every penny!!

Fantastic stay all around!

We had a great stay with friends and family at this property. Everything was as described and the host went above and beyond with accommodations. Lots of amenities and small touches were greatly appreciated and the house had everything you could ever want. Well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom essentials and many toys for the kids to enjoy. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Cute Cottage

Loved the rental! They had everything you could want. We were in town for a soccer tournament and didn’t get to spend a ton of time at the cottage. The pool was great, even though it was cold. After a long day in the heat a polar plunge was just what we needed. Will stay here again, even for a little staycation

Quaint

This cozy cottage is so beautiful. We love staying here when we are in Louisiana. The hosts are on-site which is great and we had the pleasure of meeting them both. Very nice people and accommodating. The pool is a new addition and we just enjoyed ourselves outside by the pool as the weather was amazing. The cottage is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again in the future.

Very comfortable, homey cottage!

It's a very nice and comfortable property. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it's less than 5 minutes from our family reunion location! The road leading up to the cottage needs some leveling out due to potholes. Other than that, everything was great!

Stayed for a wedding.

Needed a nice place to stay while attending a family wedding. Alex and Kimberly were super thoughtful and kind. The place was super nice. Super clean. Nice shower. . Nice bbq area… patio….w/ fire pit. Perfect place for an evening campfire.

Granddaughter's graduation

This cottage was a perfect place to stay so we could attend all of our granddaughter's graduation functions. Our son and his family flew in, and it made a great family gathering location. The cottage is very clean and nicely decorated. Our 5-year-old grandson enjoyed the playground found on the property. I recommend this location you are looking for a great home away from home.

Great place for a family visit

The Country Cottage was perfect for our get together! It was in a convenient location for us and the house was perfect. It was clean and well supplied. We went out to eat and cooked in the well appointed kitchen, we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. Next time we’ll have to come in the spring so we can enjoy the porch more! It was a great week and hope to visit again. Louise B

Keating Wedding

This home was wonderful, it has everything to make your stay the best. We booked it for our sons wedding. With lot of change in plans amid the covid-19 the owner was great and understanding of cancelling and rebooking for the same weekend. He is very nice and wants you to be comfortable like it was your home. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!

We traveled in from Texas to celebrate my nieces high school graduation and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Cozy Country Cottege! Our one complaint is that it wasn’t long enough. 😀 We are already planning a repeat stay! The cabin is perfectly located for a quick trip to NOLA to explore all that New Orleans offers. We are also avid mountain bikers and the cabin is perfect for a day of riding at Bogue Chitto State Park. If you prefer a staycation- the cabin is a quick drive away from the quaint town center of Abita Springs. We also enjoy pickleball and got to enjoy a fun evening of family fun at Pelican Park which has fantastic courts!! Thanks so much Alex and Kim for sharing your fantastic property with us!

Amazing Cottage in Abita

I came to Abita Springs for a music festival and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Cozy Cottage. The home was immaculate and so comfortable. I forgot the pillow I usually travel with and didn’t miss it. All the bedding, mattresses, and pillows were high quality and felt like home. The house is easy to find and on a great property. It’s also perfectly set up for families. They had everything you need for young children and I look forward to coming back one day with my son. Thank you to the gracious hosts for everything. You have an amazing rental property!

Wonderful Home & Very Relaxing

My wife and I are ardent travelers and have learned much in our journeys. We realized that terms like "charming" and "quaint" have different interpretations for guest versus the rental agents. In the quest to meet occupancy goals, artistic license is sometimes stretched to the point of breaking. We also acknowledge that the new breed of entrepreneurial agents and brokers sometimes forget that the experience is what drives revenue and not the perfect framing or lighting of a photographed room. It is with this understanding that we write this review. It is difficult to write a review for this property. We usually start by listing the failings of a unit and add a few lines about the positive aspects of our observations. In this case, we were overwhelmed with so much positive that finding fault became counterproductive. First this is a jewel for experienced travelers who understand that great care has been taken to make the stay the focus of the experience. The place is clean, well designed and thoughtfully and tastefully built. The master bath became almost an obsession as its unique shower and bathtub layout mandates special praise. The host was courteous, non-intrusive and made my wife and I feel sincerely appreciated. It is seldom that we cannot find flaw. But in this case, the flaw was ours. We wished that we had booked our stay longer. We will visit here again and recommend this area for a non-stressful get away.

Porcelain floors thru- out, Heated Pool, Granite & Marble counters with under mount sinks, LG Stainless Steal Appliances, Samsung Smart TV's, Custom Master Bath w/ walk-in his & her shower,18 feet vaulted ceiling in the common area, WI-FI, Cable TV with all the Premium channels, Samsung Washer & Dryer, On Demand Water Heater (Never Run of Hot Water), Whole Home GENERAC GENERATOR. 30 feet of Custom Wrought Iron & Wood Front Porch w/ rocking chairs, 850 sq. ft. of exterior Patio along w/ a resort style pool.
