Perfect for one or two adults on vacation. 5 miles to Anna Maria Island beaches. 1/2 mile to shopping and local restaurants. Walking distance to Palma Sola Bays. Quiet area with a large backyard that abates acres of natural Florida woods. Fruit trees, Butterfly & Hummingbird garden. Includes gorgeous private screened pool. Steps to the inground pool. The suite & pool is private for ( 2) reservation adult guests only.
The Suite is a sunny bright large 32 x 12 suite with Blue black-out draperies, a Queen size bed, living room, twin reclining loveseats, a small non-cooking Kitchenette & your full private bathroom with linen closet, bath, beach towels, and toiletries. TV streaming with Alexa Fire Stick. Prime, Disney+ Hulu, local news, and weather. Private parking on the property for reservation guests with lighted entry to your private entrance. Convenient (5 -10 minutes) to Anna Maria Island Gulf beaches. Rod & Reel Pier with the restaurant on top of the water & Mote Marine Educational Center, Convention Center, IMG Academy, 600+ acre Robinson Preserve, rentals nearby for Kayaking and water horseback riding. De Soto Park, Theatres, Arts, Farmers Markets, LeCom Pirates Baseball Stadium, Hospitals, GT Bray Park, Pickleball, downtown Bradenton Riverwalk, Jazz Music Festival, Golfing, Fishing, Sunset Boat Tours, Cortez Fishing Festival, Vast Restaurants on & off Anna Maria Island, most restaurants are within 1-10 miles.
The suite is not set up for cooking meals. The KITCHENETTE is set up for light pre-pared meals/microwavable meals sandwiches, and salads, No cooking inside or outside. No cooking or cooking appliances are allowed. There are vast restaurants on Anna Maria Island and close by locally. Due to insurance & code regulations No visitors on the property, Registered Guests Only.
No children under 14 years of age due to code, pool safety, and code occupancy limits of 2 registered guests.
The pool is private for our registered guests only during their stay here. The pool is not heated.

Guest(s) in violation of these rules will be exited & charged a minimum extra fee of $ 2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) to remove Cigarette/Vaping or Cooking Odors by Pro Clean of Tampa Bay a professional odor-stain removal cleaning company.
Check-In 4 PM- 8 PM, Late arrivals are not allowed unless arriving from outside the USA and Hosts is notified when booking.

Could hear through walls. Host lives in it also. Could not bring guests to visit. Host hung laundry outside our door every other day. Dog cried loudly when host left.

This reservation was for a single room in a host-occupied home, as clearly stated in the listing and House Rules. These rules specify that the room is for two registered guests only. After several requests you confirmed reading and understanding these terms, yet we had to address a violation during your stay. Although renting a room, we accommodated your request for additional storage by clearing space in the shed for your bicycles and hitch. After checkout, we found that patio furniture had been moved out of the pool cage area, a coffee cup and a decorative expensive nautical statue were broken and left on the floor in broken pieces.The tea cart appliances, household linens,floors, refrigerator and private full bathroom were all left in unpleasant conditions that they required an extensive deep clean after checkout. Although heat is not listed as an amenity, we provided a room heater to ensure your comfort. We also observed an attempt to open the kitchen slider door, which is not part of the guest space. You also made daily use of the clothesline for your clothing, beach wear & towels which we were happy to offer. Our goal is to provide a very clean and pleasant peaceful stay and we have blessings of 5 Star reviews from great guests and welcomed guests who return. We highly recommend you rent a VRBO condo or house that better suit your needs.

Barbara was wonderful to us. We came from Michigan for the week and the weather did not comply but she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could want or need. And because of her we were able to make the absolute best of our week. We like to travel all over Florida and to different areas, this was our first time in Bradenton but will not be our last and we will definitely be staying here again.

Close to Anna Maria Island. Very nice place.

It was very comfortable and had all things that would be needed. Barbara is super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable staying at her place in that lovely neighborhood.

Another wonderful visit to Barbara's place

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. Barbara is the perfect host, there if you need her and always thinking about your needs. The property is so close to AMI and is located in a lovely estate. We can't wait to return.

Clean quiet peaceful

It was the perfect place for us. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and very relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it and we go back to that area, we will definitely try to stay there again.

Nice Place

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Host!

The studio is super clean and has everything you need including a nice pool! The host, Barbara was wonderful and very helpful if we needed it! The location is great too…so close to the beaches and lots of restaurants!!

Cute studio near Anna Maria Island

What a lovely little place. Just perfect for my husband and I for a short stay. Comfortable, clean, and extremely well stocked. Just as advertised!

Christmas Family Gathering

We were there to share Christmas with our 3 daughters and their families who were staying in a near by rental. We certainly enjoyed our time and the Host went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Our only regret is that we did not get to say good-bye to her when we checked out.

I made extra efforts for your comfort by providing heating which is not listed in the amenities and as you are aware heat is expensive in tropical Florida, at no extra charge. I supplied you with a heavy comforter, despite the typically cooler weather in Florida where you reside and celebrated your birthday with a few unacknowledged surprises to welcome you and wish you a happy birthday. You advised me that you would not be homebodies and would spend most of the daytime visiting with your family. I sorry that did not work out as planned and hope you enjoyed your stay here. Private, clean guest room

Barbara is warm and welcoming. She delights in taking care of her guests, yet is not imposing. She offers a sweet, guest room with a very well-maintained private pool. The neighborhood is quiet yet the property is close to a grocery store, restaurants, post office, and the ocean. We felt safe. We enjoyed making lemonade from lemons from her trees!

Great Clean room!

Great clean room with clean pool. The owner was so sweet and kind. We weren’t there much, but the bed was comfortable and it was a relaxing place to stay. So close to island beaches.

Wouldn't change a thing!

I had a wonderful stay at Barbara’s private suite. It was immaculate, peaceful (pretty gardens!) and hosted by a lovely woman who cares that her guests are comfortable and at ease.It was serene and private. I loved having my morning coffee watching the butterflies in the garden and sitting by the pool.The location was perfect. A close drive to Anna Maria Island to watch the sunset as well as a short drive to golf courses.A 10 out of 10 and will be staying here again:)

Lovely and relaxing

This is an awesome stay! Barbara sees that you are comfortable and can always be reached. Property backs up to a wooded area, hearing all different birds, seeing butterflies while listening to the waterfall in the private pool area. We will definitely stay again.

Birthday Treat

Just had 5 fabulous nights staying at Barbara's accommodation. We were in the pool every evening, lovely comfortable bed, perfect location and spotlessly clean. Barbara is a wonderful host. What more could you ask for!

We are Christian and retired from the education field, and we enjoy meeting people from around the world and welcoming back our wonderful guests. We have one small pet, though he’s not allowed in the room due to allergies. We’re non-smokers, and our entire property is smoke-free. We’re proud of our 5-star reviews from happy vacationers and tourists.

The Kitchenette is set up for light meals or preheating take-out foods from the vast restaurants on & off Anna Maria Island. 3 restaurants within 1/4 mile, Italian, Japanese and Chinese and Publix grocery store.
Fenced in for privacy. Parking space close to the room.

The room accommodates two registered adults and includes a small kitchenette for simple non- cooking meals, perfect for those who prefer to explore the area’s vast diverse dining options. From casual beer spots to upscale champagne venues, there’s something for every palate. Many Anna Maria Island restaurants offer outdoor seating right on the Gulf, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with stunning sunsets over the beach to enjoy while dining.
