Denne nyrenoverede havnefront ligger på en stor græsklædte knoll med 3 andre hytter, der overser naturskønne og fredfyldte Lincoln Pond; som faktisk er en lille sø. Hytterne er spredt ud på ejendommen, som giver mulighed for individuel privatliv. Du vil vågne op for at nyde din morgenkaffe, der kigger ud over søen fra det møblerede skærmrums komfort. En meget kort gåtur ned ad en lille bakke bringer dig til vandkanten, hvor du kan nyde at svømme eller fiske i søen. Du er velkommen til at bruge padlebåd, kano, robåd eller kajakker til din nydelse, og vi har et væld af redningsveste at vælge imellem i den nærliggende opbevaringsbeholder. Hvis du vælger at medbringe din egen båd, kan du starte den ved den nærliggende gratis offentlige lancering og knytte den til vores dock under dit ophold. Off-site kan du opleve nærliggende vandrestier, klatring og de nærliggende steder i Keene Valley-15 minutter væk, Whiteface Mountain og Lake Placid-30 minutter væk, Lake Champlain- 15 minutter væk, og den omkringliggende skønhed Adirondack High Peaks Region. Fishing Weekend

Nice location, very friendly and attentive hosts. We fished for three days on the lake without ever getting in the car to go anywhere. Looking forward to next year already, we will book it again.

A wonderful retreat

Jackie and Brad were excellent hosts who were friendly while giving us our space. The views and setting are so idyllic and the lake is dreamy for late night dips, morning kayaking, and afternoon paddles. The cabin has everything you need and more! Thank you so much for an excellent, rejuvenating weekend.

Tranquility & Family Fun

We enjoyed the sunsets over the water, star gazing by the fire, exploring the beach and woods, as well as cooling off in the water and taking kayaks out on the lake. A great location for relaxation as well as daytime activities with the family. The hosts were wonderful! Everything was clean and well supplied for our stay. We'll definitely be back :)

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time! The cabin was very clean and the property was perfect. We enjoyed the beach and the kayaks. My children had the best time fishing and going out on the pond. Sitting by the fire pit was a perfect end to every night. We could not have asked for more and can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous get away.

Jackie and her husband were amazing hosts! The cabin was cozy and clean. It had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The grounds were beautiful! Perfect place to relax, swim and explore with our girls. We will definitely be returning! Thank you, jackie for all the wonderful memories!

Summer vacation

Simple, clean, relaxing - just what we needed for a vacation. Great beach for little ones as it is shallow for a good way out into the lake. Boat selection and fishing were fabulous! Roughly 45 minutes or less in any direction will take you to lots of family friendly activities for all ages. Thank you Brad and Jackie!

Wow! GREAT place to visit

My family spent 4 days at the cabin and we had sooo much fun! The pond was so beautiful, warm and clean! The cabins was beautiful, clean and quite perfect. Jackie and Brad were wonderful hosts. Always quick to answer any of my questions and they gave us great advice. The many varied water crafts were in excellent condition, very clean and terrific life vests. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Relax, Relax, did I mention relax?

What a beautiful cabin and gorgeous setting! The rafts, kayaks and canoes were the frosting on the cake! My husband and I and college kids had a GREAT week, hiking, swimming, having camp fires and paddling on the pond. Jackie and Brad are wonderful hosts and putting such care and detail into the property, we can't wait to visit again and see the growth. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Escape

We absolutely loved our trip to Lincoln Pond and the Adirondacks. The hosts were super responsive and helpful without being intrusive. The lake front area had everything we needed to enjoy the water: chairs, floats, kayaks, a canoe, a paddle boat. The grills and fire pits were perfect for dinners outdoors. The cabins were simple but clean and comfortable. We vacationed with another family who rented another cabin on the property and it made for a great stay. We will be back!

a little cabin, very clean and cozy

We spend memorial day weekend at the cabin and had wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Jackie and her husband were very warm and welcoming. They responded quickly to all of our requests and inquiries before, during and after our stay. The first day we arrived, we caught beautiful sunset over the lake, it was breathtaking. Me and my husband hiked Cascade-Potter Mountain trail (6 miles) and my son and daughter did peak on Mount Marcy (15 miles). We compared pictures taken on the trails, both had incredible views. We also visited Ausable Chasm and the Olympic Village. Because of the weather we didn't go onto the lake. That was left for next time. If there was one complaint, the mattress on the queen size bed was kind of too soft for my back, but that was a very individual preference. My husband had good sleep on it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Late Summer Getaway

Everything about this camp was perfect for our needs. The cabin was cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed. And the big windows made for wonderful views of the little "neighborhood" of cabins and of the water. On our last evening we had a memorable sighting of some mergansers dancing on the water. They were funny. We had neighbors staying in nearby cabins for a few nights, but that was nice, to have some people to say hello and wave to. The cabin is also very well located for anyone who wants to explore or hike in the high peaks region, and, of course, the driving was incredibly scenic at this time of year. Last, but not least, let me just say how wonderful Jackie was to communicate with. She was friendly and was incredibly gracious and accommodating in all of our interactions. I wish we had been able to meet in person. Maybe next time! I highly recommend this property to everyone.

My teenage daughters and I came up for a week of hiking, kayaking, cooking, and relaxing.

Beautiful property in a great location. Jackie went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. My daughters and I all hope to stay again.

Beautiful!

This cute cabin was an absolutely beautiful get away weekend for the kids and me. So quiet and peaceful! Jackie was right there to greet us when we arrived and made us feel comfortable from the start. Loved taking a morning stroll to the pond (which is more like a small lake) to enjoy the scenery in the Adirondack chairs and catching the sunset in the evenings. The whole outdoors smelled like pine and cedar! The cabin had everything we needed for making meals and was clean and comfortable. Would absolutely plan another longer trip to this property.

Outstanding!

My partner, my two teenage sons, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Lincoln Pond. Brad and Jackie were delightful hosts. The cabin was the perfect size for four people. It was also immaculate. We spent everyday hiking for 2-4 hours at one of the many nearby hiking trails and then kayaking for an hour or two in the afternoons. In addition, we had several great campfires. During our stay, we shared the beachfront and watercraft with another group but never had a problem kayaking when we wanted to. Overall I cannot recommend this propery highly enough.

Amazing

My family and I had an amazing week here. The cabin was beautiful and the beach was perfect. The owners were wonderful and made you feel like family. We loved swimming, fishing, kayaking and paddle boating. We enjoyed a nightly campfire, making s’mores and star gazing. We made lots of memories and would definitely return, thank you Jackie and family for your hospitality!

Fun beach cabin

We had a lot of fun at this cabin playing on the small beach, catching fish and snails, and swimming in the lake. The swimming area just beside the beach is perfect for small kids; older ones or adults can swim in the whole lake (although on weekends one would want to be careful about motorboats.) We also loved taking out the boats and exploring the lake, which was a perfect size for our family. The cabin is well-located, not too far from the hikes in the high peaks regions as well as from Lake Champlain, and close to several climbing areas. The owners are really friendly and helpful. I would note that we were slightly surprised at first that there are several cabins quite close all sharing the same yard and beach -- this is not the impression you get from the pictures -- this turned out to be not a problem because everyone was really friendly and respectful, but it is something to note if you are looking to get away with just your family. Overall, we were very happy here, and would love to return!

Your statement expresses you "were slightly surprised at first that there are several cabins quite close all sharing the same yard and beach -- this is not the impression you get from the pictures -- this turned out to be not a problem because everyone was really friendly and respectful, but it is something to note if you are looking to get away with just your family." I wish to clarify that the pictures do show a cabin, and the ample space surrounding it!! In the expansive view of your cabin's photo, the fire pit (which is not shared) is not even in view, as it is spaced so far from the cabin! In fact, the cabins are NOT close together! My written description further clarifies that the "cabin is situated on a large grassy knoll with three other cabins that overlook scenic and serene Lincoln Pond. The cabins are spread out on the knoll which allows for individual privacy." I further state the cabin is "one of two cabins available" and a third (the one we currently stay in) would be available next year. The fourth cabin is not yet renovated, and is in the furthest corner of the property barely seen and hidden by woods. I am at a loss for your surprise at sharing the yard and beach with others, given my detailed description on the VRBO site. "A very short 1 minute walk down a slight hill brings you to the waters edge".... where you may enjoy all the free amenities; is not meant to lead a reader to believe they will have their own private beach. My husband and I commented how amazed and happy we were to see you and your family swimming in the lake morning, noon and night, knowing you were all having such a wonderful time, even in the rain!! I wish to assure that motor boats are few and far between on this extremely quiet lake, and they never zoom into our cove where you were able to enjoy a safe swim. However, a few small boats will quietly meander into the cove now and then due to the excellent fishing!! Again, I'm sorry if you felt the pictures were misleading. It is truly my hope that the description given on the site, offers a visual to enhance the photos. That being said, we are thankful you were happy here, and wish to return!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I came here for our 15th anniversary. We just wanted to get away and relax together. This property was perfect! We loved the cabin, its refinished and furnished so well. We also loved the water access and use of all the kayaks, canoe, paddleboat! We caught a ton of fish out on the pond! It was a great stay! Thank you to Jackie and Brad for their kindness and generosity!

Beautiful location!

This was an amazing property and the owners were very polite and helpful! We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Can’t wait to go back!

We purchased this property in June, 2016. This is our ninth year working on the property. My husband Brad has used his outstanding carpentry skills to renovate the three cabins being used for rentals. We cleared brush, removed trees, improved the walkway down to the waterfront and cleaned the beach area.

We chose this site because of our love for the Adirondacks. Lincoln Pond is a quiet and serene lake that also is accessed easily from I87. It offers great bass fishing, swimming and boating of any kind. Although the lake is motor boat accessible, they are very few and far between, lending to the quiet charm of the lake.

We feel confident that you will appreciate the beauty of our renovations, and the comforts provided within each cabin. Outside you will enjoy the scenic view while sitting or walking throughout the property, exploring the babbling brook, swimming, fishing and kayaking.
