Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest issue was the location information. Better communication about the property’s actual location would be very helpful. Providing the correct address or clear landmarks for the unit would make check-in much easier, as the address listed in the booking details directed us to a completely different gated community. The bathrooms are noticeably outdated and could benefit from some updates. Additionally, the unit had a strong odor upon arrival, which affected our first impression of the property.Addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience for future visitors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you had an overall okay stay, and we appreciate your suggestions for improvement. We’re sorry to hear you experienced confusion locating the property. Our check-in information email includes both the property name and the physical address, but we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re reviewing all of our guest communications to ensure the arrival instructions are as clear and helpful as possible. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bathrooms and the odor upon arrival. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue to make improvements and provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
