Your family will be close to everything with this centrally-located home. 5 miles from TBK sports complex (Bett Plex), a few blocks from the bike path. I-74 within minutes. 2 private bedrooms upstairs and a 3rd bedroom in the basement. 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms. Workspace in the basement and fully stocked kitchen. Outside has a covered dining area.
The space
You have access to the entire home and yard. The garage is not available but you are able to park in the driveway. You have 2 private bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. The basement is finished with a desk living area and queen size bed. Also a bathroom and laundry room in the basement. There is a fully stocked kitchen you are welcome to use. As well as the outdoor dining area. The third bedroom is in the basement and is separated but not private.

The house was nice and everything was clean and comfortable. A space heater in the basement bedroom would be an excellent addition. It was considerably colder down there.

Nice Gem in Quad Cities

This cozy ranch home was perfect for a family trip to see my aging parents. The house is spotless and has everything that you need including thoughtful surprises like snacks and bottled water. 4 adults and 2 children under age 5 - Basement was perfect for mom and the two children. Beautiful wooden floors and likely recently remodeled bathrooms with a separate bathroom and shower downstairs.

A Comfortable Place to Stay

The house is well-maintained and in a nice neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the biking and walking trail 2 blocks away. The house has a couple of quirks in the way it's electrical wall switches wired but its air-conditioning system is excellent in the 95 degree heat. The owner is very accommodating and an excellent communicater. We had a problem with the coffee maker and she replaced it with a new one within 24 hours of our telling her. We would stay there again.

SAU Graduation

Came into town for a college graduation and opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel. The house was super clean, great location not only to the graduation venue but anything you need is a short 5-10 minute drive. Owners were VERY responsive and accommodating. We have one more graduation out there next year and without hesitation would rent again. Thank you!

I recommend this place for everyone to rent. Cammie was a great host if I had any questions she was right there to answer them. We had batteries go out in the remote I messaged her and told her I was going to pick some up and she said I will run some over and she did. The outdoor seating area was great, the house was clean there kitchen had everything you needed and more, like I said above great people to rent off of and the house was in a great location and neighborhood a lot of stuff to do around there with in a few miles. Thank you cammie, we will definitely be back to rent off you again in the future

The best in Bettendorf

This was a perfect property for us! The yard was beautiful hostas in full bloom. The patio was perfect for morning coffee. House had all the basics you need for a enjoyable stay. Basement was a perfect getaway for the kids to enjoy time away from parents! Ha Perfect area to watch local fireworks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was probably the best rental we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was exactly as listed and more. Beds were comfortable and the complimentary snacks and coffee were a nice touch. It snowed while we were here and I woke up to the owner shoveling snow for us. So nice!!

A Gem

Four girlfriends & I spent one night at this lovely house. After spending the day browsing the shops & wine, beer, and cocktail tasting, we returned to the house for an evening of apps & games. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The house was exceptionally clean & well cared for. We plan to return to hike Wildcat Den & Maquoketa Caves State Parks in the spring.
