Centralt beliggende på Virginia Beach's resort. 2 blokke fra Boardwalk / Oceanfront i det meget ønskede Vibe District of Virginia Beach. Også 3. 5 blokke fra konferencecenterkomplekset.
Denne store tre etagers strand condo har 4 soveværelser (det 4. soveværelse er forbundet til Master Suite). Første niveau har 2 soveværelser og et komplet badeværelse: 1. værelse har to fulde senge, 2. værelse har 1 queensize-seng. Tredje niveau indeholder en luksuriøs Master Suite med (1) kingsize-seng og har det 4. soveværelse forbundet til det med to (2) enkeltsenge. Ejendom har en stor 2. niveau gårdhave fra hovedbygningen, perfekt til at nyde strandsolen og salt luft. Tredje niveau har dæk fra Master Suite.

Huset er fuldt udstyret med alt hvad du behøver for at have en dejlig ferie. Det har premium-kabel, der giver dig adgang til over 300 kanaler og alle filmkanaler (HBO, Showtime, Cinnemax osv. ...). Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med tallerkener, sølvtøj, glas, vinglas, mikroovn, Keurig kaffemaskine, blender, brødrister, opvaskemaskine.

Minutter gå til nogle af Virginia Beachs mest trendy restauranter, barer, caféer, kunststudier og endda et destilleri. Stranden ligger lige nede på gaden. Alle billeder af stranden blev taget ved det 18. gade adgangspunkt til stranden (2. 5 gader fra huset).

Enheden har også nogle af de bedste tilgængelige parkeringsmuligheder ved havet. Kan let monteres på mindst 4 biler i lang indkørsel. Har også stor 2 garage til at opbevare din beach cruisers cykler, motorcykler og strandlegetøj.

Great place to explore Virginia Beach

This was the perfect place for our 2 families to explore the area. With 9 people, the property was a great fit!

Excellent Location!

My extended family traveled for a graduation at the nearby Virginia Beach Convention Center. We were thrilled to be within walking distance of the beach. The house had all necessary amenities and more!

Nice house

The owner was great to communicate with. Nice house. Could use some TLC. But overall good place for a small family gathering. Close to restaurants.and quick walk to the beach and boardwalk

Va beach vacation

Everything was great. The only drawback was all the construction near our house which made the direct line to the beach and boardwalk impossible. We enjoyed our time there

Extended Weekend Stay

Great location (Vibe District) and the house was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive and provided thorough details for check in and property information. We will definitely stay here again the next time we got to Virginia Beach.

Wonderful property and host

Wonderful house for our party of 9! Had everything we needed… clean, comfortable furnishings, great location, amazing restaurants, quiet street. Plus the host is super responsive. Looking forward to renting again.

Quality issues not portrayed in the photos

I rented this place for myself, my wife, our two young kids (10mo. and 3y/o), and my brother and his fiancé when we were all in town for the weekend for my grandmother’s 100th birthday. Before we even checked in, contact and responses with the owner, Josh, was prompt and detailed. Lots of mention of following the multitude of rules required for them to maintain their short term rental status with the city. I figured with all these rules and the pictures on the posting, the place would be well-kept. The carpet throughout the house is covered in stains and just generally looks filthy. In the upstairs room, the bed frame is pulling apart at the joints and honestly looks like it’s about to fall apart. The blinds in that room are barely hanging on and there are many places throughout the room and in the bathroom where there are small holes in the wall. In the kitchen, I don’t know what happened to the counter by the sink, but the granite has been completely cracked off and is held together by packaging tape. There is mildew in the caulking all around the kitchen sink. In the downstairs room when you first walk in there was trash under the beds. We were only there for a couple nights and spent very little time in the actual house so everything mentioned above was manageable for our stay, but we spent time at another Vrbo rental the rest of our family stayed at literally around the corner on Mediterranean Ave that was the same price and so much nicer.

Wonderful place

It was an easy process to rent and perfectly equipped for our needs. The walk to the beach was a bit long but doable. 18th street is a good spot. My favorite shops are on 21st st and up. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Great Experience

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Josh was friendly and made sure the home had everything we needed. All we had to do was bring ourselves and some food of course. We hated to leave. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach, restaurants and other activity. There was enough space for our family group of 10 to be together and have privacy too! Clean and well equipped kitchen and laundry. Plenty of bath and beach towels made the extras I brought unnecessary! There were even beach toys for the kids and sand chairs too! Josh and Kim quickly responded to my inquiries. We had a fantastic time!

Great Space for a Family Weekend at VA Beach!

Great place

This place was great- location was perfect just 2 blocks from the beach. This made it easy to walk back for lunch or if anyone needed a break from the sun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were so nice to have. There were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance so you didn't have to drive to much. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious for the 7 of us that stayed there. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home we rented for the weekend. It had a very large kitchen and living room with plenty of space for everyone. It’s convenient location is just blocks from the beach that worked out well for the family. There was plenty of off street parking for our cars. The lovely large deck off the living room Overlooked a landscaped garden. We highly recommend this home.

Great Beach House

Clean and neat.The property was well equipped and had every thing we all needed. All the way down to a spare propane bottle for the grill. Working with Josh was a pleasure.. I will stay there again!

Great house in a great location

The house was great with room enough for adults, teens, and kids. Lots of parking and it was nice and quiet in the evening. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (just a short two block walk to one of the least crowded areas of the beach) and the up-and-coming Vibe District which boasted coffee shops and breweries. The owner was in constant communication from booking to checkout and took care of any issues and answered questions promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend staying here with your family if you’re in Virginia Beach!

Spacious but needs some updates

The house was close to the beach and spacious. The street is quiet. Located on the edge of the Vibe District which is still a work in progress.Josh was very communicative and helpful. Lots of beach towels and equipment. Clothes washer and dryer are new.The unit is older though the outside has been redone. The front porch shows the wear. The small lawn is weeds and dirt. The furniture is worn. Not comfortable seating for our group in the LR.There are only two table lamps in the unit in two of the bedrooms. The living room light has only a dim ceiling light that only operates in tandem with the ceiling fan.The upstairs views are mostly vacant lots and a car towing lot. There are some guest adds and maintenance that should be addressed. The lower level bathroom is small and could be used for up to 8 pp. There is one towel rack, no hooks, no shelves for toiletries. The Keurig is a nice touch but not practical for a group of 6 adults who drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning. The stair carpet is very dirty. The dishwasher detergent container flap does not latch. The kitchen sink does not have a stopper (not everything can go in the dishwasher.)The table on the porch is rusting and was spray painted over without proper surface prep. Our 2 year old spent a good amount of picking at the paint flecks.

Great location 2 blocks from beach

House was the cleanest we've ever rented. It was well equipped without having a clutter of mismatched dishes and lots as I've seen in other beach rentals.. We appreciated having sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. All in all a great stay.
