Good place at a good location.

Property is located at very convenient location to Horseshoe Bay Resort. Easy to to and parking is close to entrance. Plenty of room for my family. Very good communication from renter.

Great location

Located a short walk from the Resort & Conference center. Place was mice and clean. Host was always available when I called, also very accommodating. Would rent again.

Very clean, super nice. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Having 3 bathrooms was wonderful!

Check in and out was easy. Had an issue with AC upon arrival, but Marshall was very quick to respond and resolved the problem ASAP. Great place!

Lovely property, owner communicated with, easily.

We had a reunion with old friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed the property. The owner was responsive to our needs. It was a great location. The neighbors of the property were also friendly welcoming. Highly recommend it.

4th of July fun!

Marshall the owner is very responsive to any messages and very sweet. We enjoyed our time at Horseshoe Bay. Enjoyed meeting the friendly neighbors. Spent two days in the lake playing volleyball and relaxing.

The best Host I’ve ever had

This property was exactly what was listed. It was amazing, nicely decorated, waterfront, but the best thing was the Hospitality of the owner. I’ve never had better communication, and someone so accommodating than him. I will for sure be back, and I will urge anyone and everyone to rent from him.

Horseshoe Bay

The property was very spacious and in a great location- just wish it was on the water. We had a few issues but we made it work. Beautiful master bedroom with a great bed. We had a good time with our friends and enjoyed our stay very much. Marshall was great to work with and responded quickly to my questions .

Thanks for the review Thomas. If you had any issues with the property, it would have bee courteous of you to call, text, use the app and advise me of any issues you were having, as I would have remedied them promptly. I had a plumber over at the property this morning and there are no issues with water. The shower requires you to pull out and twist, which may have been tricky for you, so I will add that to the check in instructions for others. The maids cleaned the property on Thursday prior to your arrival. Would have appreciated any specific issues, with only a blanket statement, I'll talk with them and share your comments.

Stay in Texas Get Away

Decided to plan a close to home vacation with my daughter, 2 of her friends & a mom of one of those 2 friends. It was great. This condo is very close to the lake. There is a unit of condos on the lake & this condo is in the units behind those. Restaurants were within a 10-15 minute ride. The girls rented Jet Skis on the other side of the lake. Loved our time at the condo.

Excellent Location, wonderful stay

Three story with each floor has its own large bathroom. Master was comfortable and the kitchen is great had everything we needed to include a washer and dryer. The place was large, 3 beds downstairs, 2 Queens and a pull out sofa in one room. 3 patios to sit out on. There’s a grill on the patio. The location was right in the center of close to everything. We walked across the street twice too 2 different restaurants. Comfortable, clean and location is excellent. Nice kitchen and bathrooms!!

50th Birthday in HSB

My wife and I went to Horseshoe bay after having to cancel a trip to England because of COVID. It was to be a dream trip for her Birthday. I looked for weeks to find something for us to do to celebrate this special occasion. I came across this great 3 story Condo and it was awesome. Easy access to the water and shouting distance to the Horseshoe Bay Marina. Day docks made it super easy to get on and off the rented boat. We are so glad we came across this unit. It made my wife’s day special amidst the craziness we are all going through right now. SO THANK YOU! For allowing us to spend a couple of days in your Condo!!! If anyone is going a great choice for sure.

Better come prepared

Nice that we were able to check in early and unload our stuff rather than have it sit in a hot car for several hours. Back door had a large pile of broken glass at the entrance, had to step over it. Front door was inaccessible/blocked from the walkway due to the neighbors removing the flooring. Went to clean up but realized NO soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Only shampoo and dish soap. Dead cockroach in the master bath tub, looked like it had been there for a few days. TVs were not easy to use and no written instructions provided. Nice that they had a Keurig, with one selection of coffee but need to bring your own creamer for your coffee.

Thank you very much for the review, they are always a gift to my improvement, and this one is no different! I'm happy to add little context to Marshall P's comments. First and foremost, you are very welcome for the early check-in, happy to save you time, money and your food wile providing the most accommodating experience I can. Next, I actually drove over and responded personally to the items mentioned in this note...within 1-hour. I assisted these gentlemen with how to turn on/off the television, change channels and manage the volume...using the ROKU seemed a challenge. True that the maids missed refilling the body wash in "1" bathroom, which again, I promptly took care of. There was construction near the front of the property, which has been completed and I am sorry for that inconvenience, however, it was dangerous and needed replacing promptly. There was also a bad storm and it broke the storm door glass and some pieces remained, which I was happy to clean up for their safety. I'm sorry about the dead bug, but with 30+ days of temps over the century mark, they like the cool indoors too :) And finally, we are happy to provide coffee for our guests and I'm sure it's not to everyone's taste, just like the creamer would be specific to any guest. Although we will likely not meet again, it was a pleasure hosting you and yours...Godspeed!

Nice place for our short visit

This was a very nice older property. Check in and check out was easy. The furniture was comfortable; the rooms were nicely decorated. The Owner was very responsive to our requests and the unit was conveniently located near the Resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Property!

Our short stay was great. The check in/out process was very simple and the house was clean. It was exactly as described with no surprises. The location was great for the wedding we attended at Horseshoe Bay Resort as it was within walking distance to everything.

We're a husband and wife team and we love Horseshoe Bay and all that it has to offer. It has been an amazing refuge for us, our children and friends for years. We enjoy spending time on the lake whether fishing, lounging, participating in water sports or golf...it's our passion. We're excited to be able to offer our residence to others that love "lake life", the outdoors, peace and tranquility and the opportunity to bond with friends and family. We continue to update the property to make it even more comfortable for those that stay.

The location is what sets this unit apart. Since the property is just off the water, it takes but 1-minute to walk down to the docks to either jump in your boat, sit down for a beverage and enjoy the sunset, do a little fishing or go for a swim. Whatever your pleasure, we feel as though this location will be the jumping off point for enjoying your stay at Horseshoe Bay.

If someone is handicapped, disabled or simply needs to be on the street level, there's a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom on the main floor to accommodate that requirement.
