Dette hjem er helt nyt til lejemarkedet fra 2019 sommersæsonen! Vær den første til at nyde de nye helt nye møbler, renoveringer og de reducerede lejepriser! Mens der vil være en VRBO gebyr ved kassen, vil der ikke være ekstra gebyrer fra ejeren for sengetøj, rengøring, krybbe eller høj stol.

Smukt anlagt ejendom med en meget privat baggård, varmt vand udendørs bruser, stort dæk og gas grill. Solrum med udsigt over baghaven. En historie, så ingen trapper at klatre! Master suite har en konge seng og privat bad, dronninger i de andre 2 soveværelser. Hampers i hvert værelse, separat vaskerum og udendørs tøj linje.

Inkluderer adgang til en privat havnefront gated parkeringsplads med en udendørs bruser og gangbro til stranden! Ingen grund til at gå fra huset! Vores private strand adgang er kun en blok fra Bogue Inlet Pier med offentlige toiletter, en dagligvarebutik, tackle shop og fremragende fiskeri!

Roku TV er i hvert soveværelse og stue med et Hulu abonnement på hvert tv til et stort udvalg af tv-shows og film! Blu-ray i stuen, højhastigheds internet, moderne møbler og indretning, mange spil at lege, fuldt lager køkken, masser af retter og bestik til sidste dag.

Beliggende i hjertet af EI, så du kan gå til mange butikker og restauranter. Gå til lyden foran Cedar Street Park i slutningen af gaden. Det er også ideelt til cyklister ... 11 km cykelsti. Tag dine cykler! (udlejning til rådighed på øen).

Sengetøj inkluderet (sengelinned, tæppe, 4 puder per seng, håndklæde sæt, som inkluderer et bad, hånd og vaskeklud per person samt et bademåtte vil også inkluderes). Gratis første skraldespand, 1 rulle toiletpapir i hvert badeværelse, en rulle papirhåndklæder og salt, peber og krydderier for at få din afslappende ferie påbegyndt. Gratis krybbe og høj stol til rådighed.

Second stay at this cottage and it was as wonderful this time as it was the first time. The cottage is so well equipped and it is really comfortable. The beds were excellent and everything was in working order. We didn't cook as much this time but what we used was nice. There is even a drawer of spices and coffee and tea bags. Clothesline is perfect for hanging suits and beach towels. Grill outside worked great and so did the outside shower. The newer reclining couch in the sunroom was quite comfy too. Location is convenient and the private beach parking made it easy to get to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Heather for a lovely vacation cottage!

My family of 4 adults had a wonderful Emerald Isle vacation. This house was beautifully updated and clean. The beds were so comfortable that it was often difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that one might need to prepare meals. The private beach parking and wash station made going to the beach a breeze. The location of the house is also perfect. Close to the sound for beautiful walking/biking paths and walkable to food and markets. We will definitely be back!

Our host was very responsive when we needed to connect and the home was larger than I envisioned from the photos. We were not there often but the location was ideal. We could walk a short distance for donuts or pizza and subs at one end of the road and to the pier on the other end for amazing sunsets without a crowd. We spent most of our time exploring other islands accessible by boat so we did not visit the main beach as much as I had expected but the gated parking was a dream. So convenient and hassle free. It was a beautiful home that was very comfortable -- and very well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen and more. And the location was only about 30 minutes from the ferries and charters serving the more remote areas. We found sand dollars and shells, saw the banker horses, soaked up plenty of sun and hiked miles of sandy beaches. Great memories were made.

GREAT PLACE

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped home away from home. Great location to the beach, the Sound and the shops. The host has thought of every aminity you would need. Nice privacy fence, outdoor shower and patio area outside as well.

Awesome vacation home!

Wonderful stay!! The house had all we needed plus more and was extremely clean and comfortable! We loved the location as we could walk to the pier at the end of the street to see the sunset or drive to the private parking area for visiting the beach! The lot was private and quiet with a nice deck in the back with an outdoor table and grill. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. 100 percent would recommend! Hope to return next year!

Lovely stay at this vacation home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially enjoyed having meals outside on the deck and walking down the street to the cute donut shop. The private beach access was really great to have as we could just show up and park without having to drive around endlessly looking for a spot. The little closed in sunroom was a nice surprise as it made a great spot for my toddler to hang out with his toys while still being in eye sight. Would definitely rent this home again or recommend to friends!

Fantastic home, fantastic location

We love this place!! This is our 3rd year staying here & can’t say enough good things. The house is setup really well to accommodate our group of 5 adults & 1 child. The outdoor space has a great deck w lots of shade for hanging out & meals, plus a great outdoor shower. The house is all one level & super clean. It’s in a quiet area and the beach is still easily accessible w the included parking access. This home will always be our 1st choice when vacationing in EI.

Great location, great layout. Loved the private beach parking. Unfortunately, the house was dirty. Toothpaste spray on the sink, dust everywhere, dog hairs in the couch, filthy oven.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our first time visiting EI, and our first time not staying on the beach, and we honestly didn't miss it. The beach is just down the street, and the private access was amazing. The sunset at the dock just down the road was gorgeous. Heather was excellent with communication, although we didn't need to bother her one bit during our stay because we had everything we needed, and more. My only suggestion would be shaded parking... and that's just being petty because we went during an insane heat wave and I have black leather seats We would not hesitate to book this home again!

Fun despite Hurricane Debby

We have never been to Emerald Isle. We had a great time exploring and seeing what the area had to offer. The house was perfect for our needs. Our daughter brought her best friend and they loved having their choice of rooms and all the amenities. Hurricane Debby cut our stay short because of my worry about all the rain. I highly recommend this house. So comfortable and well equipped. We will visit again!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this beach home in Emerald Isle. From booking, communication, to check-in, our stay, the weather, and check-out, we had an excellent experience. The house was clean, well-stocked with essentials, spacious, and comfortable. Heather has thought everything! She didn’t just have the basics, like salt and pepper, but other spices (think red pepper flakes).We appreciated the private parking at the beach front. The deck walkway made it an easy walk to and from the car. Plus, at the end of our beach time, there were spigots so we could leave the sand at the beach, not in the car.On the sound side, there is a nice pier that leads directly into the water. My boys enjoyed paddle boarding on the sound. There wasn’t really a good place on the sound side to sit in a chair and read, like I wanted to do. However, there were built in deck benches at the end of the pier where I could enjoy the nice breeze off the water.There are some great places to eat, within walking distance.We have already booked our trip for next summer!

Private, quiet, comfortable

We usually stay beach side but we are now rethinking our priorities. This property was very clean, well-equipped, and so peaceful. We love to cook and the recently updated kitchen was perfectly apportioned for big dinners and quick lunches. The updates in the master bath were thoughtful and convenient. The double cherries on top of it all was the private beach parking and beach access, and the super-fast responses to any and all questions we had (which were very few) thanks to the clear communications from the owner. We look forward to booking again!

Great property and loved the location.

We had a great vacation at Emerald Isle and a big part of the reason was this beach house and easy access to the beach. We normally stay oceanfront, and we were a little hesitant. While no need to be. The location of the home is in a great neighborhood and the parking at the beach was easy and always available. The home was clean, with modern/updated bathrooms and kitchen. We loved the back deck. With all the shade from the trees, the deck was always cool and relaxing when getting back from the beach. Heather was great to work with and always got right back with answers to questions. I would recommend the property and we plan on staying again when we return to Emerald Isle.

Best vacation in the books

First of, this house was beautiful and super spacious. Towels, kitchen essentials, etc were all provided and ready when we arrived. Walking to the beach is easy, as well as driving to the beach. Stores are close, mini golf nearby, go karts, perfect for your kidsos enjoyment 😌 The outdoor patio was also very nice, along with the outdoor shower to wash all the sand off after beach travels. The air conditioning in the home itself was superior and would freeze you out, so it was nice coming home in the super hot weather to cool off. The owner has good communication and is nearby to respond to messages. We had an amazing time, and would most definitely book this stay again. Thanks heather for such a great vacation and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! 💙 See you next year!

Love this place!!!

First, don't be worried that this property isn't on the ocean, because the house, location, and owner are awesome!!! A short walk to the sound area, with a pier and benches are great for watching the beautiful NC sunsets, another short walk to the highway and you're at the best breakfast/coffee place on the island, as well as a great donut shop! As for the beach, this neighborhood has a dedicated beach access, and even there during the 4th, there were plenty of parking spaces, a great, well maintained walkway to the beach, which is close to the pier, but without the crowds! The house itself is wonderful, plenty of space, and lots of updates, and one of my favorite things is the outdoor hot shower! If you stay, please be sure to give this a try, believe me you'll be sold! Heather is awesome, and even on a holiday is always accessible to help with any issues you might have! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Clean home, conveniently located

This house suited the needs of my family of six perfectly. The clean, spacious bedrooms and additional sun room with futon allowed for room for us to spread out. We definitely used the new TVs after sun-drenched days at the beach (sometimes simultaneously!) The private parking lot with beach access was very convenient and never crowded. Our kids loved using the extensive bike paths with a tandem bike that we rented (Heather, the owner, had a great recommendation for bike rentals that were inexpensive and delivered to the house). Finally, the food highlight for the kids was the Polish Water Ice store at the end of the street which they walked to once a day. My food highlight was Captain's Kitchen Food Truck - unbelievably fresh and delicious seafood. You can find where they will be parked each day on Facebook and it is definitely worth it to track them down!

The house floor plan and accommodations were perfect for us! The house was spotless when we arrived. The owner has thought of everything from a nice Keurig coffee pot to a drying rack in laundry room to use of Disney and Hulu on the tv to spices in the kitchen. We enjoyed the use of private parking at the beach which was a real plus for us. We will definitely keep this house on our favorites list if we should ever be in the area again! Wonderful week in Emerald Isle

Property was wonderful. Spacious, clean practically new. House is warm and inviting plenty of room inside and out. We had a wonderful week and hope to rent here again!

Great stay!

We loved our time at Heather’s house. A lot of thought had been put into what guests might need - fully stocked kitchen with updated/well-kept cookware and appliances, comfortable beds, and a guestbook with lots of helpful information. The outdoor shower was wonderful, as was access to private parking at the beach, which wasn’t super crowded and very close by. Great communication from Heather as well! Highly recommend this house! We look forward to coming back!

I grew up in Morehead City, NC and moved to the capital for school and work. I finally fulfilled a life long dream and purchased a home ON the island! I am so excited to share my beautiful, lovingly renovated home and incredible beach paradise!

Privacy is a rarity on the island and you will forget anyone else is on the island when you relax in the back yard.

Ocean front parking is quite rare. Our private gated lot with outdoor shower and bike rack is perfect! Just a block from the pier means, bathroom and convenience store facilities are close by. Walking on the pier is free!

The Cedar Street sound front park is a short 0.2mi walk from the house and is perfect for sunsets against the backdrop of the EI bridge.
