I have stayed here many times Love being able to see Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa and Huapala’s in the mornings and walk across the street in the evening to watch the sunset

We had an excellent visit. Host was flexible and responsive. House came as described which does not always happen in my experience. We will be back as the setup and location are perfect for our family of 4 with 2 very active young boys.

What an exceptional place! We had such a magical time. We stayed as a family of four including our kids ages 9 and 3. We all loved being able to walk right across the street to the gorgeous ocean and see the sea turtles eating in the tide pools. I even came across a monk seal sleeping on the beach - (and gave it plenty of space). The kids especially loved the backyard and we all enjoyed the swing so much! From the unobstructed views of Mauna Kea to the star gazing, it’s a lovely property you can enjoy at all times of the day or night and we made sure to do so. The furnishings are beautiful and the home was very clean. Everything we possibly needed was there, and the outdoor shower was a huge plus. This home made our 30th anniversary vacation so special! Thank you so much the lovely stay!

What an amazing location! From the beautiful sun rises over Mauna Kea, the gentle crashing waves you can hear from the bedrooms. This house is perfect. We stayed for a week and the house was perfect for our small family with small children. Puako is a charming community, it feels safe, and the beach across the street has gentle waves for the littles to enjoy.

Location, location, location. Great view of Mauna Kea from private back patio, marvelous snorkel access 5 minutes walk down the road. Very well equipped kitchen, beautiful local art on the walls, comfirtable seating i side and out.

We love Puako, and this home offers the perfect location to watch sunrises over Mauna Kea and sunsets over the ocean across the street. The home is very private and offers a floorplan where the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the common areas. The host is a delight to work with and very responsive to insure that your stay goes smoothly.

Beautiful place!

Wonderful place equipped with everything you could need. It was clean and the beds are comfy. Close to a number of great beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Amazing views, great location, great stay

Great location close by amazing beaches. Walk to see sea turtles and incredible sunsets. Well stocked, clean, easy check in and out, and great communication.

Lovely respite

Wonderful house and a great location

The house was perfect for our family. Close to great beaches and food. And we all enjoyed the swing looking out toward Mauna Kea.

Relaxing stay in Puako

Lovely stay in lovely setting. Private quiet area with wonderful views. Complete with one fabulous swing in the yard that I thoroughly enjoyed and I am an old man!!!

Great location, highly recommended. Very comfortable house for three of us. All you need is in place. The best beaches are 10 min to drive, snorkeling around the corner. Shopping and eating very close. We are very lucky having spent a week in December here. Very nice and efficient communication with the host, thank you so much, Sandi. We will come again, for sure!
