Mahalo for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that the accommodations were exactly as described and that your family found the space comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for your stay. It's especially rewarding to know the little details, like having the pullout sofas ready to use, helped make your visit more enjoyable. We would be honored to welcome you and your family back anytime! -The 'HulaHideaway' Team

Mahalo Jacob! We take great pride in the comfort of our guests.

We’re sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the dryer during your stay. We certainly wish you had reached out to us while you were here, as we would have sent our maintenance team over right away to take a look and get it resolved for you. We had the dryer checked just now, and it is working well now. Just needed a quick clean out. Mahalo

Aloha Jenna, thank you so much for your review and for the kind words about the condo, grounds, beach, amenities and mostly about how much we at HulaHideaway care. We’re so glad your family enjoyed so much of Honua Kai and gave us a 5-star. It means so much. We completely understood your concern about traveling with a crawling baby, and we truly went above and beyond to make sure you felt comfortable. Our team came back to re-clean the floors and baseboards for your peace of mind. The pest treatment was a routine, mandatory resort-wide preventative service, which is very normal in Maui’s tropical environment. It was completed early that morning, well before your arrival, and was not scheduled because of any pest issue within the condo. We’re also sorry about the dryer issue, and we are so happy the repairman came right away and fixed the issue; this is a brand new dryer. Whenever something unexpected comes up, our priority is to respond quickly and do everything reasonably possible to take care of our guests. Mahalo again for staying with us and for recognizing how responsive our team was. We truly appreciated having your family as our guests. Jill & the Hula Hideaway Team 🌺

So grateful that this stay was everything and more for you! Hurry back :)

Mahalo Thomas! Please do hurry back :)

Wow, mahalo nui for such a thoughtful and heartfelt review. Reading your kind words truly made our day! We're so happy to hear your family had such a wonderful stay and that the condo felt like a home away from home. We couldn't agree more about the location, having Duke's just steps away is definitely one of our favorite parts too! It means so much that you noticed the little details we put into preparing the condo. Our goal is always to create a relaxing, memorable experience, so knowing we exceeded your expectations is the greatest compliment we could receive. Thank you for choosing to stay with Hula Hideaway and for taking the time to share your experience. We'd be absolutely honored to welcome you and your family back to Maui anytime and your returning guest discount. Until then, a hui hou and mahalo! 🌺

So happy that you loved this spot for your family. We couldn't agree more :)

Thanks Sandy that means so much to us! Hurry back you guys were great :-)

AWWWWWW- Music to our ears :-) this is what we strive for- it means the world to us that you get to experience the ALOHA OF MAUI....

We're so glad you enjoyed the location and resort. We do our best to be as clear as possible in our listing about the view as you can see the photos of what the exact view is from the balcony and this being a unit along the side of the resort which keeps things quieter for your time :) We truly believe clarity is kindness so mahalo for your feedback!

Mahalo Kristen, we loved having you!! Hurry back!

Aloha John, Thank you so much for your review, we loved having you guys you were great guests. We do not supply coffee or shampoo due to the fact that so many people have so many preferences. We did and ended up throwing out and wasting so much product. We would have brought you down some, next time just give us a call and were here for you. Hurry back. :-)
