Winter Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fourth winter stay. and again fabulous! Improvements in attention to landscaping and pool maintenance were noticeable during our stay. Only needed to call the management office to get a new gas canister (brought out 2 extras which got us through our entire 4 month stay) and to reset the pool timer after a storm. Both were handled efficiently and timely. One review mentioned that kitchen towels were lacking so we left the ones we brought.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed house & outside pool area was wonderful. Owner had new lounge chairs & grill. House was stocked with nice beach towels, plenty bath & bedrooms linens, needed kitchen towels. There are plenty cabinets in kitchen & master bedroom but majority had locks & wine cooler that’s shown in photos is locked. Air conditioner in half the house didn’t work for 2 weeks and unit had to be replaced and last couple days refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. Rental company did bring out floor fans that helped some and small refrigerator to get us by. Higgs beach 5 minute drive but seaweed was terrible all month. We went into old town almost daily sightseeing & shopping paying for parking got expensive for a month. Key West was wonderful we will return.

Two tickets to paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the second year in a row we spent December in this home. Wonderful property in a good location. Easy walk to the beach. A couple of items. The grill grates are rusted beyond use and a new grill is needed. (try stainless steel) and the master bed could use a new mattress. Finally upon arrival the garbage and recycling bins (in house) had not been emptied master dusted and toilet (master) obviously had not been cleaned recently.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall loved the house it’s beautiful. No steps anywhere on the property was just what we needed for this trip. We had problems with the pool heat which took 3/9 to 3/22 to resolve which was a bummer as Art wanted to use the pool as a therapeutic pool at high temperature. Only other comment is master bedroom mattress is worn out and should be replaced. That said we are renting the house again next year for Feb and March!
