Loved having access to the beach. Had a small problem with Cable and Internet, but that was resolved the next day. Overall a very nice place to stay! Just bring some toilet paper with you. 🙂

The place is in a perfect location I’ve stayed there before and I have to say the same thing floors where dirty as hell I washed them on my hands a nee s the bathroom is nasty rust all over the door and bath curtain I bought a new shower head put it on and painting needs to be done and needs all upgraded fixtures and couch needs replaced needs a new fridge same old coffee machine nasty toaster nasty no ice cube tray’s nothing done since my last visit. Sorry but had to let someone know

Tropical Isles

Our stay was great! The property has a laundry room, a pool, and beach access. The small convenience store across the street was very nice to have so close by as well. My only complaint was that the listing pictures show a dining table, and during our stay that table was not there. Having a 2 year old sit on a bar stool to eat was difficult. I assume the table may have just been damaged from a previous visitor and not replaced prior to my stay. That was not a huge deal though and the pros definitely outweighed that con!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location has very convenient access to the beach. The decor and furniture were great. I do, however, share the same negative opinion of many other reviews of this property....the occupant should not have to supply their own toilet paper and trash bags. These are necessities, not luxuries. There was a partial roll of toilet paper and only one trash bag. We were there for 4 and a half days. There were multiple days worth of dishwasher soap, which was a luxury. Not sure why the toilet paper and trash bags aren't stocked. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Très bon emplacement

Très bien situé, à 2 minutes de la plage. Secteur tranquille propre et agréable pour la marche. Grand condo avec équipement nécessaire. Peinture, fenêtres et déco à rafraîchir. Grille de ventilation à nettoyer ou remplacer. À recommander. Merci

Close to beach

Tropical Isle is an older building and interior is also aged but it did the job for what we intended our trip to be about and that was being at the beach! It is a great location and beds were comfortable for us. Would stay here again.

Very nice. Steps to beach and convenient store next store was nice for kids.

Very pleased and exactly as listing showed. Only thing that could have been better was a lock pad on bedroom door so didn’t have to walk around for beach access. Would highly recommend adding that. Most all other units had this

very dissapointed

after checkin there was no key to the back door. I contacted.the owner, and they refused to get us a back door key. they just said if we wanted to go to the beach, we would.just have to leave the back door unlocked. We will never, ever again rent this unit. we have stayed in tropical isle on many occasions, and never been treated like this before. we are done! customer service was terrible. we give it an F-.

Cute little place

The property was very cute and convenient. We have stayed in Destin quite a few times, so thought this would be the same. Okaloosa island is the “lower income” side of Destin for sure. But it is a lot less packed and not as much traffic

Cute and very convenient.

Although pricy for the building. This was a clean and fresh feeling condo with nice amenities and great towels. The beds are comfortable and the shower is strong. The back door would be better served with a combination lock like the front door for convenience as the beach is right across the small back parking lot and just over the sand dunes. There is a convenient board walk for easy access to the beach. And a pool as well. We loved the place and location. This is our second condo to book in this building and the association does a great job maintaining the place. We will return.

Love Okaloosa Island

Adequate for our short stay. Having read the reviews on this property, we knew to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and a hair dryer. Very short walk to the beach. Always enjoy the restaurants in the area.

Anniversary Getaway

We celebrated our 24th year anniversary and had such a great time going to the beach right across the street and cooking fresh seafood in our room.

Good, not Great

Everything was good but not great. Very dated furniture but very spacious and close to the beach but beware, don't leave your beach items on porch as it will get stolen. Even the owner's items were stolen during our stay.

End Of Summer Vacation

Property perfectly located on the fringe of the beach. Best suited for 4 people, not 6. Clean and comfortable. Loved the pool onsite.
