The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach or to Vilamoura. The pool are was amazing. The gardens well kept and very pretty. The apartment was as good as described. All in all we had an excellent holiday.

Family getaway

Lovely property in a well maintained complex. Good location and can walk to shops and marina. Only downside are the stairs in the apartment. Quite dangerous for young children. We had a lovely stay with our family

Great break in a great apartment - there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. 20 minute walk to the marina or uber anywhere with just a few minutes wait. Check-in and out - all seamless. Thanks

Lived up to expectations

We had an excellent stay! The property matched the photos including the pool and grounds. The only issue (adjacent to the property) was the construction site seen from the balcony, which wasnt mentioned or shown in the advertisement. But on the whole, a minor blemish on an otherwise great stay. Thanks to Isabel, Lanvin and the VIP Portugal team - see you next time

Perfect stay in Vilamoura

Apartment was perfect for our requirements, a lot more spacious than we imagined it would be. The apartment was very clean and had everything required for a family stay. The complex that the property is sited is immaculate with perfectly groomed gardens and one of the nicest communal pools we have experienced. Host provided us with ample information and the booking process was seamless with great communication . I highly recommend the transfer options offered by the host as they were also very professional and flexible to our needs and at a good price. Although a little way out from the marina and beach, both are easily walkable within 20-25 mins but Ubers are cheap and in abundance, (5€ to marina). Locally the apartment is close to a small supermarket that can cater for a family of 5 needs and a few very good quality restaurants within a 10 min walk. I highly recommend Vilamoura old village, again walkable in 20-25 mins, it is stunning and has some very good quality cocktail bars and restaurants. As a resort Vilamoura is beautiful, with a great selection of bars and restaurants and has a sophisticated vibe. There is currently some building work relatively close to the property but this is nearing completion and did not affect our stay at all. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks Isabel for allowing us to stay.

Excellent stay - fun for the entire family!

We can’t say enough on how much we enjoyed staying at this property. It was beautiful, a lot of space, excellent amenities and very close to the beach. We were greeted by Andre who gave us a tour of the house when we arrived and answered any/every question that we had prior to him leaving. I did have to call him a few times, to which he was always very responsive and helpful. We had 0 complaints and would happily recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a stay.

O apartamento era espacoso, com bastante jardim e boa piscina, o grande problema foi a limpeza. Certos sitios a nossa chegada bastante sujos e casas de banho mal limpas mostrando na nossa chegada os copos da casa de banho que nem lavados foram e o Sr Andre viu, pois o esquentador estava avariado e ele estavaa. Com o Covid achei inadmisdivel tal coisa. A cortina da cozinha bastante suja. Pena que a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Acho primordial com o Covid a limpeza seja 100% . Infelizmente fiquei desiludida. Terracas bastante descuidadas. Falta de um aspirador , loicas e talheres poucos. Pelo preco nao fiquei satisfeita

Fantástico

Casa com imenso espaço, quartos muitos confortáveis e o André foi impecável. Sempre muito prestável. Tivemos um problema no forno no primeiro dia e resolveu no próprio dia, não tinha arranjo e colocaram um novo de imediato. Muito bem localizado e muito tranquilo. Queremos repetir sem dúvida.

Lovely Villa in a quiet complex

I stayed here for a week in July 2020 with 2 friends. The Villa is very clean and well equiped. The booking was made late due to a cancellation on another booking. Isabel was fantastic with her communications and accomodating with the late booking. Andre met us at the property and showed us around, he was great with his commumication too. Contacted us eariler in the day prior to our arrival to confirm times and arranged for a late departure too. The property is clean and spacious. The is a washing machine that I don't think is listed on the amenities so that was a bonus. The terraces are spacious, be aware they are sun traps! No shade after midday. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Sadly due to COVID the sun loungers have been removed by the management of the complex, so its towels on the grass. The Villa is in a gated area so very safe and extremely quiet. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Marina, which is down a well presented pathway through the middle of the road. There is a few bars/cafes across the road that are cash only. I would highly recommend this property and would definetly stay again. Well worth the money.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this apartment this year. It’s a great apartment in a quiet but not out of the way location. 20-25 mins walk to the marina/beach and if you don’t want to walk you can call an Uber. The apartment is very well equipped everything you need is there. Pool area is lovely and very quiet.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location but within walking distance of marina

The apartment is very spacious and well furnished although no tumble drier as indicated in details. The gardens are well tended and the pool is very inviting. There were always beds available round the pool no matter what time we went and there were 6 of us - no pool towels provided. The roof terrace gets the sun all day with luxurious sun loungers. Spar supermarket and cafes and restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. Walkway with fitness stations provides a lovely 25 minute walk to the marina. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Very nice condo that has lovely gardens and pool area which are very well maintained. Accommodation is very nice with smashing views across the golf courses and it had everything required to allow us to have a great holiday.

Fabulous apartment

Living and dining room is very large leading onto a lovely large balcony perfect for dining out and drinks in the evening. Kitchen is very well equipped, although we never ate in. An enormous terrace upstairs with table and chairs, also sun loungers and private. The bedrooms downstairs were lovely. Very roomy apartment. Pool area and gardens are very well looked after. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and the marina 15 minute walk. We used Uber when we didn’t fancy walking and never waited more than 5 minutes. Andre from VIP was our meet and greet person, and was very helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely be going back here.

Well kept, spacious, great views from all (three!) balconies.

The pool was relatively quiet as only shared by the 3 apartment blocks. Walk to Vilamoura was about 20 mns so when going out in the evening we got a taxi there and walked back. Same with the beach (which was fantastic!). Taxi was only E6-8 which was well worth it. Roof terrace was very popular if you like to sunbathe. The apartment was in a quiet area and had lots of privacy.

Disappointed that maintenance work in progress during our stay

This was our second stay in Condominio do Golf II but a different apartment. We had such a fantastic experience last year we rebooked. The location is perfect as only a 20 min walk to beach or marina (5 mins in the car), the apartment internally is beautifully fitted and well stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen/bbq. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and the gardens are well maintained. However, on arrival, we were told by our neighbouring apartment (a resident) that we should keep away from the balconies as they were rotting and a safety hazard and were being replaced. We were not notified about this in advance or on arrival. Then when sunbathing on the roof terrace the maintenance crew came up the side of the building and onto the terrace to commence work without any warning or notice. The agent advised that they had no control on this but that they would not enter the apartment. This made us very uncomfortable (with 2 teenage daughters) and we did not use the apartment to sunbathe for rest of holiday even though we had 2 terraces. Then in our second week we came back at lunchtime to find the pergola on the terrace had been removed! Our overall concern was the safety aspect which was not advised in advance. Our other disappointments were more minor but we wanted noted nonetheless:- 1. In the past 4 years in a row when we arrived in any apartment in Portugal (or in Spain at Easter) we had a welcome pack - simply a bottle of water, some bread nothing fancy but very convenient before we get to supermarket. There was nothing at all by way of a welcome pack. 2. There was no safe in the apartment. We didn't check this in advance but again as this had been standard in the 4 years previously we didn't think to ask. 3. We were there for 12 nights so discovered in the information booklet that we didn't qualify for a mid way clean as we would have had to be there 14 nights. Again we didn't check this in advance but as this had been standard in the 4 years previously we didn't think to ask, even for 11 nights in other properties we would have had mid way clean/change of sheets/towels. 4. Finally, the lever in the shower unit to change from tap to shower head was broken and needed a pliers (we used a scissors) to pull the lever to release the shower - we advised agent who said a maintenance person would come to fix it but that didn't happen. Overall this was not the luxury standard as advertised and we had expected from last year.

Luxe appartement met een zeer complete inrichting en prachtige omgeving!

Het appartement is heel luxe ingericht en verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. Het was heel schoon. Het ligt op de derde etage van het complex. Ruime en zeer complete keuken en er is een apart toilet. Ruime woonkamer met heerlijk dakterras. Op de benedenverdieping bevinden zich de drie slaapkamers met prachtige inbouwkasten. De badkamers zijn zelfs voorzien van een bubbelbad! Met de trap naar boven voor een heel ruim dakterras met Ligbedden en een eetgedeelte! Het complex ligt in een prachtig aangelegde tuin met een groot zwembad. De temperatuur van het water was zelfs nu begin mei al heerlijk. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig om de omgeving te verkennen of om je boodschappen te doen. Vilamoura heeft een ontzettend leuk centrum rondom de haven met vele restaurantjes! Leuke sfeer!
