Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Eldorado K203 is the ultimate Kaanapali Maui vacation spot! This bright and airy condo will easily fulfill all your needs for a fabulous stay, highlighted by breathtaking sunset and ocean views from the large outdoor living space of your private lanai. There are two lockable spaces: one side features a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa and the other side features a king size bed. Recently updated in November 2022!

Managed by Maui Paradise Properties, a locally owned and operated, fully licensed real estate brokerage specializing in vacation rentals.

Complimentary Activities, Every Day of Your Stay

Every reservation with Maui Paradise Properties includes one free ticket per activity, each day to some of our favorite Maui experiences—plus unbeatable savings on other local favorites! This exclusive benefit is offered in partnership with Xplorie. Complimentary activities may include: Maui Ocean Center admission including the Humpbacks of Hawaiʻi 3D Sphere Experience, Whale Watch (seasonal), Snorkel and Sunset Dinner Sails, Farm Tours and more!

Limit one free ticket per activity per day, per reservation. Additional tickets available for purchase. Activities offered may vary by home or condo. Activity offer available for stays up to 35 nights.

RESORT FEE: The resort requires all guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a REGISTRATION FEE $65 per stay and RESORT FEE $22 per day. This fee is paid by all guests directly to the on-site front desk.

Experience Maui Eldorado in the heart of Ka'anapali. Situated between the 4th and 6th fairways of the Royal Ka'anapali Beach North Golf Course. Enjoy the only private beach cabana located directly on Ka'anapali Beach, reserved for the exclusive use of Maui Eldorado guests. Perfect combination of functionality and location. Being a family of 5 with teenaged children, the space worked great. We loved being able to walk everyone, convenient parking, and most of all, the lanai.

Wonderful condo! The lanai is shaded most of the time, except for a couple of hours right before sunset, so it was the perfect spot to relax and listen to the birds, drink morning coffee, and watch the incredible sunsets. We found the condo had everything we needed, down to body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The A/C worked incredibly well, but we found most times we didn't even need it if we kept the lanai doors and jalousie windows open. The only issue we encountered was that the A/C was leaking all over the bathroom when we arrived. We got in touch with management and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Apparently someone before us was using the A/C while also having the windows and doors open, so it's important to close all windows and doors while the A/C is on if you don't want to have a lot of water on the floor. We've been visiting Maui for 10 years now and have stayed at many places including the Sheraton and the Ritz, and this is now our favorite place to stay by far. As others have said, the kitchen cabinets, and some other areas are older, but they are clean and functional and the furnishings are very nice and comfortable.

The Maui ElDorado property is very well maintained. The staff is very helpful. We use all of the amenities and always enjoy our stay. The location of this unit is great too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maui Eldorado condo. The location on Kaanapali Beach was very convenient, with easy access and shuttle to Whalers Village. The pool was lovely, and we especially appreciated the amenities at the cabana. Everything was comfortable and well set up for a relaxing vacation. The only thing that would have made it even better was having a boogie board on hand.

K203 Condo

We love this condo. We loved the view from the lanai. The beds were really comfortable and the condo had everything that you would need. You would definitely stay there again.

A perfect trip to paradise

Everything was great! The kitchen cabinets were a little more dated than it looked in the pictures but that was very minor. Great location and the place was decorated beautifully. The golf cart shuttle to and from the beach was great and the amenities/accomdations down at the beach were fantastic.

Affordable paradise getaway!

My family and I had a great time at Eldarado Maui unit K203. Great location at a great price. Got in a ton of snorkeling in the ocean and a lot of pool time at the Whale pool on site.

Perfect Spot to beach, shopping and night life

Property was very convenient. Far enough away from hotels and night life to enjoy the beauty of the island and especially the beach. Yet, super easy to walk to hotels, restaurants, and shopping. Management was easy to reach and the check in and check out process was a breeze!

Great view, wonderful beach.

So happy we ended up selecting this location. The views for this unit are wonderful overlooking the gold course and then ocean. The beach cabana has chairs and towels along with a full kitchen if you want to make lunch at the beach. Easy walking to Whalers Village and resorts to the north.

EXCELLENT

Beautiful location (10 stars!!!), comfortable appartment, nice lanai, excellent swimming pool!!, nice people at reception (thank you Chanel for all your advises and support). Definitely our best location in Hawai'i among the four we tested, although Maui wasn't our preferate island. Thanks to this property, our stay in Maui was a success.

Paradise

Loved the funky old style decor. Lanai view was spectacular. The property was quiet and peaceful. Having the Cabana was a bonus. Would like to come back for a longer stay!
