Wish You Were Here er et moderne, hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende i det nye Vineyard-distrikt.  Den åbne grundplan og komfortable, farverige møbler skaber et varmt miljø for familier og venner.  Huset har en overflod af naturligt lys hele dagen lang.  Ønske du var her. Børn og kæledyrsvenlige med trægulve på første sal og tæpper ovenpå.     
 
Nedenunder er det åbne køkken, spisestue og stue.  Køkkenet har alle de faciliteter, der gør din ferie problemfri, herunder en gasovn, kaffemaskine og Keurig.  Spisebordet indeholder to blade, der passer perfekt til alle gruppestørrelser.  Spisestuen har også et gåteholder til let opbevaring af vin (op til 10 flasker).  Den farverige stue har et HD-tv med kabel, en Blu-ray-afspiller og Bluetooth-lydbar.  
 
Skulle ønske du var her Komfortabel søvn 8 i de tre soveværelser, inklusive et køjerum til børnene. Med den ekstra sovesofa har du muligheden for at sove 10.  Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, rigelig opbevaring og et eget badeværelse.  Køjerummet har to sæt køjesenge, hver med deres eget lys og masser af opbevaringsplads.  Det tredje soveværelse har en queensize-seng og et indbygget skab for nemheds skyld. 
 
Udenfor finder du ekstra plads til din perfekte ferie, inklusive en stor grill forbundet til husets gasledning, så du aldrig vil løbe tør for gas midt-madlavning samt et stort bord til udendørs spisning og underholdning.   Der er masser af kroge til at hænge våde håndklæder fra dagen ved søen.  På verandaen er Adirondack-stole til afslapning.  
 
Gå ud af hoveddøren til det nye grønne område i Vineyard Park, eller tag den korte gåtur til The Lookout's fælles pool og centralpark komplet med legeplads, legeplads, pickleballbane, stor udendørs stenpejs og fællesgrill.  Ring til Lookout-betjent for at få adgang til søen, hvad enten det er den private strand eller marina.  Dette hjem er perfekt beliggende til en familieferie, to familieferier eller en sjov tur med venner. 
 
Gratis Wi-Fi leveres, og det har kapacitet til at håndtere en komplet familie af enheder.

Great Family Vacation

The kids were very comfortable in the bunk room and the grown-ups in their own rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed; crockpot, kitchenaid mixer, electric kettle and two styles of coffee machines. We made almost every meal at the house and we were there for 10 days. The home is set up perfectly for having the main entertainment downstairs and sleeping upstairs. I also appreciated that the bathrooms had stools for the kids and we found baby gates and a highchair seat. All in all, this was a great stay and we will be back.

Our group consisted of parents, 4 teenagers and two large dogs. The house has a good floor plan with gracious spaces, comfy furniture, a well appointed kitchen, and a great location on the green. It is lovely to sit on the front porch in the morning and evening looking out at the parklike setting.

We enjoyed the front porch, the back patio with hot tub and the various amenities in The Lookout -- pool, pickleball, parks, etc. The only problem we had was that the door lock wasn't unlocking properly. It was quite inconvenient as the after hours maintenance people were difficult to get in touch with due to their voice mail inbox being full. The staff seemed to be aware of the problem, but they had not properly informed us.

Hot tub code wasn't given until I reached out, but they were super fast to service the hot tub and get us the code for use. We love all of the amenities and the growth of the Look out! Wish you were here was a sweet home to stay at. I didn't recieve an email with our vacation dates and payment information immediately, I had to call and request it. Might have been a glitch.They had dog bowls set out for our dog and some toys available. They had a playpen for our baby and a baby gate. We were super close to the pool and the shuttle to take us to the lake to take a second shuttle down to the beach. We will be back!

We also appreciated the wireless speaker, cozy fireplace and swivel chairs in the living room. It's location on the green space was perfect for our pups!

We have 2 toddlers and a dog and felt right at home staying here. The home was as described and the decorating was lovely. The location of the home in the Lookout community is centrally located which made it easy for us to go to either pool, walk to the playground and the swings. The home was also very clean and well-maintained and had a well-stocked kitchen for cooking at home. However, when we did want to go grab food in town, it was only a short 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. We'd love to visit again and this location would be our first choice.

We had a few small problems that were taken care of in a timely manner.The only real bummer was the Easter Egg hunt, there were just not very many (in our times spent looking).A little surprised by all the construction, but we were told to expect it ahead of time. Cute Home But Bad Construction

This home was very cute but unfortunately the green lawn in the front was completely torn up due to construction. This was not noted in the listing and we purposely chose this home for its location with our kids and dogs. Owners should update listing to specify that the there is currently no lawn even with the pictures showing it and the listing specifying it.

Not really a view of anything but we did like the grass for the kids.
