Very good standard apartment, brilliant location, easy access to port, beach and pool. I would stay there again. Welcome pack - milk, water, tea, coffee, etc

Ideal position and amazing view from balcony. Unfortunately the sun does not reach the balcony but it is ideal if time is required sitting in the shade. Apartments is very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

fast internet access UK television channels great view door phone did not work and would not unlock front door washing machine door needs to be closed very firmly otherwise it will not start.

Lovely apartment fantastic views

A dishwasher would be an added bonus and put washing machine in outside laundry area. But wasn’t a problem at all. Also I understand the age of the property and it’s a whole building issue but the bathroom at certain times of the day smelt strongly of drains.

A great place

A well situated apartment for the Marina and all the pubs and restaurants of Duquesa. Also easy to walk to both Sabinillas and Castillo in either directions for a wider selection of eateries. Great stretches of beaches in both directions. Good that the pool was open in June which was an added bonus as we were led to believe it only opened July/August which would've been a big disappointment! Apartment was spotlessly clean and a good supply of towels and extra sheets were left. Also a nice touch that an individual starter pack of shampoo and soaps were supplied along with a tea towel, sponge, dishwasher pod. Well stocked with crockery , glasses and cutlery and cooking utensils if you are going to do some self catering. Easy key collection and drop off. Information could be provided on what to do with any rubbish and despite there being a brush there was no means of lifting what was brushed up. Just a small point about a Marina facing apartment is that it can e a bit noisy at fight time as the party goers make their way home!

one week stay, four guests.

Location. Information pertaining to the access to the apartment building could be improved. We arrived by hire car after 10pm but took 90 minutes to figure out how to access the apartment building. There is no access to the marina/port road unless you have a permit. We had to collect the keys from a lock box and then unload the vehicle on the street located adjacent to the third floor of the building then figure an alternate entry into the building that didn't require negotiating down two flights of out door steps with 6 pieces of luggage. Car parking was in an underground car park in a completely different building to the one we were staying in on the opposite side of the port. When I spoke to the staff at the office they stood by the arrival instructions being correct but didn't understand that arriving late at night as we did that these instructions were not as clear as they could be. It felt like we had to first obtain the keys and find the car parking, unload the luggage and walk though the port past all the bars and restaurants to the ground floor entry to the apartment building. I checked the reviews and there was no real mention of this.

La ubicacion,las vistas y la zona en general,con ambiente familiar y muchas opciones en ocio y restauración. Los ruidos por las noches provenientes de un local de copas son insoportables,todas las noches con música hasta las 2 de la mañana.

Sin embargo, lamentamos sinceramente que el ruido proveniente de un establecimiento cercano haya afectado su descanso. Entendemos lo molesto que puede resultar y sentimos mucho que esto haya sido un inconveniente durante su estancia. Aunque esta situación escapa a nuestro control directo, tomamos nota de su comentario y lo tendremos en cuenta para estudiar posibles medidas de mejora en el futuro. Prachtige plek! Het bed, in de verste slaapkamer vanaf ingang, is in zeer slechte staat. Na 1 nacht hebben we de andere 2 nachten met matras op de grond gelegen. Helaas niet veel beter want ook het matras is duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Verder prima, dankjewel! Met vriendelijk groet, H. Hulshof

À améliorer du côté du propriétaire

Belle résidence, j'ai aimé la piscine, beau petit port, bon restaurant dans les alentours. De votre côté le service était parfait, juste peut-être signaler dans l'annonce que c'est des lits de 1m40 et que les appartements sur le port son sujet à de la musique jusque des 3-4h du matin. Nous n'avons pas dormi pendant 1 semaine ! Alors que des vacances sont faites pour se reposer.

Great view

Nice clean modern apartment in central location. The communal areas were clean and well maintained. Weekends nights were a little noisy but we expected that because of location. Pool area was great.

Very nice apartment with great view of the marina and the ocean.

Modern and clean apartment with great balcony. It was even better than on the pictures :) Two big bedrooms and bathrooms. We stayed 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was perfect for us as we had our own "areas". Big kitchen and living room. We used the balcony most of the time and had morning sun (til 10.), the rest of the day was in the shade. That was a perfect place to cool down after the beach. The apartment has a great view of the marina and the ocean. The only thing that can be annoying are the sounds from the bars and restaurants in the evening, especially on fridays and saturdays. We had no problems with that, but if you are affected of sound and go to bed early, it can be a bit disturbing. The area has huge beaches and the water goes from completely calm to big waves. We went to two villages in the mountain (Ronda and Caceres) which were very nice. We also went to Gibraltar (30 min.) and visited the monkeys :). Parking is easily done in any of the free parking lots in the area, there is also a parking garage outside the marina which we never used, is was closer to park in the free area. As a whole we had a great time and can recommend this apartment to anyone going to the area.

Marvellous place

Very nice apartment in a great location, well maintained and with stunning views across the marina. Good communications from the owners. I would recommend to others but maybe not with younger children due to the evening noise from the local music bars. Try out the Italian and Thai restaurants. Most of the bars were friendly and served good food. Beaches are clean, swimming pool was great.
