Villa ved havet "Campeche" er en villa på anden sal (poolhøjde på øverste gårdsplads) ved udvej "Villas San Miguel" ved havet med spektakulær havudsigt.

Villaen har et komplet køkken med alle faciliteter plus et separat soveværelse med en stor privat balkon med udsigt over det spektakulære krystallinske vand i den mexicanske Caribien. Denne villa har et meget rummeligt interiør (800 kvadratmeter) med soveværelset ud mod den store balkon med havudsigt.

My stay at Oceanside Villa "Campeche" was great. Our directions were easy to follow and the entry to the Villa was easy. The house was well stocked with water and coffee and plenty of towels. The view from the oceanside patio was excellent of the morning sunrise and the Caribbean. The location was good for walking to Playa Norte and many great restaurants a couple of blocks away. I would stay again,

AMAZING rental!

HIGHLY recommend this amazing villa. Our stay was perfect in every way. Location is ideal and close to several incredible restaurants, shopping and a quick walk from the ferry. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We already booked our next stay here!

Awesome 1BR on the Water Downtown

This place was just as expected based upon a friend’s recommendation. Balcony overlooking the Caribbean, walk out into downtown shops and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, cold a/c, full kitchen made our stay a comfortable and convenient one. Additional benefit of being 2-3 blocks from the main taxi stand and the ferry, so easy access to everything.

Best place in the island!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Villas San Miguel is not only straight out from the ferry station which makes it easy to walk across but it’s right in the heart of Isla Mujeres. The best part is that is facing east so all you see is the ocean from your villa and you don’t get the noise and craziness from here he opposite side! You can walk everywhere, the plaza, convenient store, restaurants, etc. are just out your door! The villa itself is not only beautiful but spotless clean and sitting out on our balcony to enjoy the sunrise (we could also watch it from our bed) was a big plus! The pool right outside our villa “Campeche” was very convenient, the bed and couch were extremely comfortable, the kitchen has e everything you need, including bottled water and the personnel was extremely friendly, flexible and helpful throughout out 3 nights stay! A real GEM!

Perfect villa for a vacation

I had a great experience at Villas San Miguel. Everything was exactly as described - if not better. The view from the balcony was perfection and I spent many hours out there reading to the sound of ocean waves. There are actually two pools, which I didn’t realize at first, and the pool area was very quiet and rarely occupied. A nice change from the sandy beach, or an option if you prefer to be closer to ‘home’ (eg have little kids). This was my third stay on the island and it was by far the best location and nicest place that I’ve stayed. I will be back!

Great stay in Islas Mujeres

Great condo! Great ocean view! It was perfect for us. Very nice clean quiet well cared for property. "Campeche" at Villas San Miguel was perfectly located on the water front just a block or two from great dining. Just far enough out of the fray to be quiet while being a short easy walk to great restaurants and beaches. The condo and pool areas really are as nice as the pictures show!

Wonderful Experience

We loved our stay at Oceanside Villa "Campeche". The villa's bedroom patio had the most break taking view of the ocean in the morning & evening. The unit is close to many restaurants/shopping and less than one block from the super market. The staff that worked on site were helpful and Keith was great at responding to all of our needs. The water pressure in the shower was really soft, so it did make showering a bit longer than normal, but that might have more to do with the island and less with the unit. I would suggest renting a golf cart, as north beach is an 10 minute walk and it can be a tough trip if you are carrying beach towels, a cooler, etc. There are plenty of spots on the street around the villa where you can park the cart. I would def return, our trip was amazing.

Absolutely love Isla Mujeres and Villas San Miguel!

We have stayed on Isla Mujeres many times, but this was our first time at Villas San Miguel. This property is a real gem! The location, view from our deck overlooking the Ocean, pool area and condo itself are all spectacular. My 40+ year old daughter slept on the futon, which gave us our own private areas. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The service was wonderful too. We have already booked for another week in November.

Our new getaway place

Spacious and spotlessly clean apartment, an ideal location for us. We don’t like to be right in the middle of nightlife but close enough for easy access. The view from our room was gorgeous and we had easy access to beautiful beaches.

Even better than the photos!!

We got so lucky finding this place. Had every single thing we wanted or needed. Photos don’t do it justice. Super comfy bed and pillows. Lots of space. Cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. Lots of amenities including blow dryer, large beach towels, stand up mirror(behind sliding door in bedroom.) And the most beautiful view you could imagine from just about every which way you look. We were up to watch the sunrise almost every single morning bc of how beautiful it was, The pool right out our front door was so perfect to start or end the day and we had it to ourselves the majority of the time. Location was also exactly what we wanted. 5-7 minute walk to north beach but not right in the middle of all the action. Grocery store just around the corner and we were able to walk to the ferry even with all our luggage. Great wifi that supported us watching netflix on our Apple TV we brought(wasn’t actually needed bc it’s a smart Tv that has Netflix already signed in.) Recommend this place x10 and we will definitely be back.

Living the dream

This place is what I always dreamed of when coming to Mexico! I love the traditional feel, yet very clean and new. The views are breathtaking! Perfect location from everything!! Just walk straight out of ferry couple blocks! Very helpful and friendly staff! Thank you for a most excellent stay!! I most definently would come back!!!
