Hi Katie. I am so sorry for your inconvenience. There should have been dish detergent ( at least a start up). For the coffee maker trouble, there are no excuses for that not being clean. I am so sorry, help there is just not 100% on top of things. I am so so sorry again. Please don't let that be the image our place left on you. Come back again and I will make sure everything is how is supposed to be.

Hi Nora, I am glad you guys had a great time. Sorry about the thermostat but it s the only way we can control the utilities as people will remember to keep the outside doors closet to keep the area cool. Hope you come back next year to stay with us again.

I am so sorry for all the inconvenience. As I mentioned, when people leave the fridge open for a while to unload and then come in and load it to the max, it takes time to stabilize; this happens. I first thought it was a problem with the fridge, but after reading several articles about it, it seems to be a common issue. I never know about a clogged sink until someone tells me. I am sorry again. I had the HVAC service before the beginning of summer that should not happen.

I am sorry for the inconvenience with the dryer but I didn't know it wasn't working until Friday before your arrival as the previous renter went to do laundry and found out. I put a call in to get it fix asap but the people weren't available until Thursday to come and take a look to find out the problem. They had to order the part and unfortunately, it didn't come until the following Tuesday. I am so sorry for your inconvenience.

I am so sorry for your bad experience. We try to make everyone's time here as enjoyable as possible. I am not sure how you were given the wrong code I rely on the cleaning crew to let me know if there are any issues with the house or anything broken that needs to be fixed after every guest leaves. Sometimes they don't get back to me on things, and without knowing that there is an issue, I can't take care of it. I try to be as responsive as possible. Yes, I was disappointed that the sheets weren't delivered on time, and I couldn't have anticipated it would take two days unless you told me. As per the stain sheets, it is beyond my control that the sheets were stained. I have to buy a few sheets every summer because people are not careful and sheets get stained, but they were definitely clean, as I promised. As for the code, we did not give you the wrong code. The door lock was disconnected from the wifi, and that's why your personal code did not work. I am sorry we did not get back to you about that on time.

Hi Shannon, I understand your frustration. I was only informed that the dryer wasn't working right before your arrival and with this pandemic, it was very hard to get someone there on a timely matter. As far as the pool goes, it is unfortunate that it didn't open all summer but it was for everyone's protection and completely out of my control. It was a community decision and we just following the state guidelines. I am working diligently to make sure the cleaning crew is on top of their game and I apologize again for your inconvenience..
