Dette smukke strandhus inkluderer udendørs bruser. Hjemmet er bosat i et super ret kvarter uden reel trafik, som det er i en domstol .. Første niveau har to soveværelser og et badeværelse, andet niveau har stue, spisestue og køkken. Master suite med master badeværelse og enorme skabe. 3 dæk, størst på andet niveau, men et dæk på hvert niveau. Hoveddækket har en ny gasgrill. Nyt flisegulv i badeværelserne. Hvelvede 20 ft lofter i stuen. Ildsted, brugerdefinerede møbler og lys, fulde af antikke sandstrande. Sid på bagdækket for at se solnedgange i sensommeren og efteråret. På en klar dag kan du høre bølgerne bryde sammen. Dette strandhjem ligger i nærheden af 70 vingårde og smageværelser. Sjovt for alle! Vinsmagning, kaffebar, fabelagtig Resturant, almindelig butik, surfing, solbadning og ophold i et smukt brugerdefineret hjem til din komfort.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed our time at this house. As noted in other reviews, it is clean and the location is fantastic because the beach is so close. (note: this is not the Santa Cruz beach. It is south of there, but this is a less crowded location, which we preferred). We really enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the back patio of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a couple of cute restaurants nearby. This may just be my sensitive nose, but the home had a bit of a lingering pet smell. The air movement from opening a window or two helped with that though. My recommendations for the owners is to include some basic beach items (mats/towels/bag), and to include more bath towels for guests to use. Also, the check-out information should be more organized in the packet of information provided (a checklist with all requirements rather than the info spread out through a couple paragraphs). I was worried that I would miss something because there were fees attached to forgetting each specific thing.

Beautiful home near beach

This home is quite nice - 3 bedrooms, adequately furnished and we had everything we needed. House doesn't have view of beach and is more than "steps away," but still pretty close to walk to. We liked the area - close to Monterey and Carmel. Only thing I would say needs to be improved is to get a new door lock! A regular lock with a code would seem to be much easier than having to send instructions by you tube. Also maybe just a list of what to do when you check out instead of all the monetary threats would have been nice - these are minor complaints - all in all I would recommend this house to others.

Family Coastal Vacation in a Great Home

Our family of six (3 generations ages 9 to 76) spent four nights in this beautiful home. The house has the space we needed and is configured in a way to provide both privacy and together time. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very clean and exactly as shown in the VRBO listing. The owner/agent was very helpful and accommodating. He sent detailed instructions for the door locks, check in and out, and care of the home. This was much appreciated. The house is on three levels and there are also stairs to the front door, so it is a consideration if there are mobility issues for any renters. Still, the rise on the stairs is gentle and did not present issues even for the oldest member of our party who has had a knee replacement. The area is beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It's a short drive to other Aptos restaurants. We went to Monterey Bay Aquarium as well as to Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk. We walked on the Cliff trail in Santa Cruz. Altogether, it was a really nice getaway- and this rental was a perfect place for us to stay.

Beautiful Beach House

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and well stocked. Lovely, inside and out. We would like to vacation there again next Summer.

Golfing Getaway

How wonderful it was to be on the coast! The house is walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to Seascape golf! The layout of the house offered privacy for the 3 of us and the kitchen was quite well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, etc. to make meals. The neighborhood is tight and we did hear some partying but nothing that kept us up. Overall, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you David!

GREAT HOUSE

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Very spacious and stocked with anything you would need. Beautifully decorated with such a "homey" feel. The balconies throughout offer a peaceful place for coffee in the morning with privacy and space. Beautiful landscaping & the "fence" of tall bamboo is gorgeous off the large balcony from the main floor with plenty of seating, shade & a BBQ. Home is very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for those wanting to adventure in any direction of the coast. Owners are amazing!!! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you guys for having my sister and I stay in your lovely home. BTW the mattresses are super comfy! Thanks you guys for caring about your guests.

Margaritaville

It has a great tropical feel with privacy. My family loved how comfortable the 3 level home was, with the kids having there own private area. We love walking five minutes to and from the beach and local restaurants it was very convenient. The Margaritaville sign inspired us to go there for our first night and was a lot of fun.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of ice made by the freezer. Nice grill for cooking. We had a great stay.

Birthday for Dad!

We found this amazing house while looking for a place to stay visiting family in CA and celebrating my dad's 75th birthday. We found the house extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our five days. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies along with a really nice gas grill that we used for dinner one night. The location is great with access to the beach, a coffee shop, a mini mart and a couple cool restaurants. The house is also very close to several shopping areas including a supermarket, drug store, liquor stores and many more. We will definitely consider returning on our next trip!

Great Get Away

We loved staying at the property. The house was very well equiped and very comfortable to stay at. David reached out to us several times to make sure everything was just right. On top of the great place to stay, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Santa Cruz

Good location & short walk to beach. Nice large windows across entire wall of dining & family room allowing for a lot of natural light & fresh air. Good amenities with kitchen & pantry well stocked. master bedroom bed was comfortable. Nicer bath towels, unlike some places w/thin flimsy ones. Place was clean but there were ant traps everywhere, so was a tip off they could be a problem. Some appeared 2 days in a row on master bath counter.

Bright, cozy home

The home was clean and nicely decorated. All the TVs you could want. Cozy, open living room for relaxing and spending time with friends/family. Highly recommend for your beach stay.

Really relaxing and easy

The house was very welcoming - comfortably furnished, well-stocked with cooking supplies, with generous congregation spaces both outside and inside and amenably sized room. The location of the house was the best - within a few minutes walk of the beach, and the beach had a long expanse for walking; and within a short drive of hiking and other activities. We loved it. And the manager was great.

Great location

This house was a great location for day trips to San Fran, Santa Cruz Beach, Redwood parks, Monterrey and wineries. Aptos beach was a quiet, quaint town.

Simply Awesome!

Location was incredible - between Monterey & Santa Cruz, and so close to the beach. The home was very clean & had plenty of room for my family of 6. The communication with the owner was also awesome - he answered every question very quickly & even fought for us to get our deposit back quickly. David (owner) was on top of all the details - such as towels on the beds & even Poo-Pourri in the bath rooms. Thanks, David, for a great week!

Family Vacation

Great place to stay just a short walk from the beach. Super quiet location. Loved the town of Aptos. Would definitely return to this place. Owner was super quick on responding and made check in and out very easy.
