Den eneste ting mere bedøvelse end denne 3-etages strandpromenade oase er de fejende havudsigt, det giver. Denne North Forest Beach hjem havde en "ansigtsløftning" i 2018 med omhyggeligt udpeget nye møbler, maling, tilbehør og meget mere. På etage er det overdækkede køkken åbent for en kombination af spiseplads og alrum. Leder udenfor derfra venter en charmerende kystgårdsplads med * opvarmet pool, boblebad, udendørs spiseplads, tårnhøje palmer og smuk udsigt over Atlanterhavet. På gulv to finder du et andet boligareal med gulv til loft vinduer med udsigt over havet. På tredje etage er der en oceanfront konge mester med privat bad. The location and amenities were very good. The air conditioning drips on the bed and failed the last day. Additionally because of the severe dripping throughout the third floor there is mold.I understand they plan to rebuild the home this winter.

Loved this home! We traveled with 9 adults and 3 young children and had plenty of space. The extra family room on the 2nd floor was an added bonus that was well used. Kids could play, watch their shows while adults enjoyed the main floor family room to watch their shows World Cup! The house was well stocked, very clean and the walk the beach was short and easy access. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and grill. In fact, we ate all our dinners outside on the patio. There was always a nice breeze. Bedrooms with each having its own bathroom was perfect. All very clean. We have a disabled grandchild so the elevator was a big help. Distance to Coligny Beach was great for a bike ride and offered our unmarried adult children with fun options. And, an incredible beach!!!! Beautiful, clean, everything we hoped for.

This house is perfect for a large family! The 6 bedrooms each with their own bath is perfect and the half bath on the first floor makes it convenient when you’re swimming in the pool.The beach is beautiful and so clean, I’ve never ridden bikes on the beach, it is fun!The elevator was so great, we had my mom with us who is in her 80’s, she had no trouble getting up to her bedroom with the elevator, it was fast and convenient.This is a great house in the perfect location, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay - North Forest Beach Hilton Head

Whole Family from ages 2 to 83 loved the house, beach, pool, and location. North Forest Beach is a great place to dump the car and go with golf carts. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are are easily accessible!

Excellent Property and Host

I would highly recommend staying at this home. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered all our needs in a timely manner. The house is very spacious with two living spaces, a well-stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms for all guests. The quiet beach area is just a few short steps from the pool area.

Wonderful Home

Loved the layout, especially the kitchen on the lower level with easy access to the pool and grill area. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Elevator is key for delivery of suitcases to upper levels. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Great home for a family vacation

We had a great visit to Hilton Head. The house was very large with plenty of room for everyone to hang out in the common spaces. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The walk to the ocean was easy and the views from the house were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook for the whole family. A great property - - definitely recommend.

Family Time

We had a wonderful family vacation with 3 generations in this beautiful, well appointed home! We enjoyed being in the house together, but we also appreciated having our own rooms and bathrooms at the end of the day. The property manager was easy to work with and responded within the hour when we called about a couple minor issues, which he immediately addressed. It was a treat to be right on the water, we walked the beach multiple times a day. We also had lots of good times hanging out at the private pool and hot tub, spending time together as a family.

Beautiful vacation home

The house is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Very clean and spacious but also quiet between floors. Nice pool area with great seating and a quick hop to the beach. Quick bike ride to Coligny for ice cream, shopping and eating. Nice little yard. We were very impressed with the accommodations and all the extras provided in the kitchen. The Vacation Company made directions and all contact super easy. Our only concern was the parking area was not clear. We had more than enough room for our 3 cars but if our entire party had come as planned, we weren’t sure where we could park in the area. I would highly recommend this home. We are remodeling our beach house this summer so we won’t be needing it again but if we did, I would stay at this home again and again. The photos and listing are true to the listing.

Great Oceanfront House

What a beautiful house. We had a great time at the property and would definitely recommend it. We had a problem with one of the AC units, which made for a very hot night on the third floor. I placed a call first thing in the morning, and the management team immediately addressed it. Fixed within a few hours. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative issue was that one of the king bedrooms on the 2nd floor was always warm. It appears the bedroom did not have any AC vents in the floor or ceiling. The only vent for this room was a small vent in the bathroom and closet. It just wasn't enough to cool the room. To be fair we did not report this to the owner as the couple staying in the room had to leave after the second night. The room wasn't occupied for the rest of the week. Other than that, the second laundry room was locked off and could not be used. We realize maintenance issues happen and the laundry room off the kitchen worked out fine. The elevator is a lifesaver. The house location is fantastic, and the pool and grill area are great. Plenty of beach towels are provided. The beach access is shared with the house next door. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our family. We had 10 people staying. Couples all had their own rooms and bathrooms. We needed an elevator as one person can’t go up and down stairs. It was one of the reasons for picking this property. The house was very clean and had everything needed to use. Cooking we found every utensil needed. Easy access to the beach. Lots of towels. Any issues that came up, the host was quick to resolve.

Best vacation ever

Our family of 7 booked this house and had the best vacation we have ever had together. The only criticism and it isn't much of one, is that the doors from the living room to the patio were out of service. The property was very nice and clean. The beach was close and the pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of room for everyone. This house was great.

70th Birthday Was almost perfect

The property was very nice except for the third floor which included the master suite. A very strong mildew/mold odor hit you half way up the stairs and was worse in the master and master bath and closet. There was only a very TINY 4drawer chest for clothing in the master. I had to live out of the suitcase. In the kitchen, the lower oven of the double oven was broken. There were two dishwashers but one was broken. The under-counter ice machine in the laundry room was not working properly. The property managers responded quickly and got the ice maker working but the oven and dishwasher could not be fixed for our time there. Overall we had a good time but I would not rent this particular house again.

The swimming pool, beach access, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, elevator for luggage, well-appointed kitchen, two living areas, bikes, champagne for my parent’s anniversary….the list goes on! There were 8 adults, 4 teens and a 4 year old in our group, and every single one of us fell in love with this house. We hope to come back next year!

A Beautiful Week

Check in was simple and the house was clean upon arrival. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 12 and was well provisioned. The pool was cleaned and was very popular with everyone. A short walk to the beach over a short dune allowed for easy beach access. The beach was beautiful and while busy was much less crowded than the beach in front of the hotels. There were great views of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master bedroom was spacious and well appointed. Overall a great week for the family vacation.
