Villa Marlis er officielt registreret under nummeret ETV-1063-E.

Villa Marlis er et fantastisk hjem over 400 kvadratmeter på to etager med fire soveværelser, tre badeværelser 'en suite' og et toilet. Tre af værelserne har to enkeltsenge, og den fjerde, der ligger på første sal, har en dobbeltseng.

Derudover har huset to stuer, den mindste til privat brug af de tre værelser i stueetagen og det vigtigste opholdsstue med en hyggelig hjørne pejs og spisestue, plus et rummeligt køkken. Fra nogen af terrasserne kan du nyde en spektakulær udsigt og slappe af om aftenen og lytte til vinden mod fyrren. På ydersiden er det hele omgivet af frodige træer og middelhavsvegetation, hvor du også kan nyde en stor terrasse med grill og en forfriskende swimmingpool med liggestole og bruser.

Du finder aircondition i alle soveværelser og i stuen, trådløs internetadgang og satellit-tv. I de koldere måneder af året kan du nyde centralvarme i hele huset.

Kun 2 minutters kørsel kommer du til et lille supermarked og en bar-restaurant, hvor du kan finde alt, hvad du har brug for. Desuden er øens bedste strandområde på 5 minutters kørsel, Cala Bassa og dens nye Beach Club, Cala Comte, berømt for sine klare vand og blændende solnedgange, og Cala Tarida, en meget flot og velkendt strand med restauranter at nyde den bedste middelhavsmad foran havet. På den anden side, hvis du bare vil nyde nattelivet eller travlheden i Ibiza by, kommer du på 20 minutter til centrum af øens største by. Lufthavnen ligger kun 15 km fra huset. Fabulous villa!

We came to this villa as a group of 6 with a 4 year old child and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is within easy (driving) reach of some of the most beautiful beaches in ibiza! There is a supermarket close by but we would definitely recommend hiring a car. The villa was clean on arrival with basic necessities provided- dishwasher tablets, laundry powder etc. The views are amazing and the pool was never too cold to use, it almost felt heated sometimes!!! A great time was had by all :)

An idyllic paradise.

Wow! This villa really is stunning. We are a family of 7 and we spent a very comfortable week in April. The pool and grounds surrounding the villa offer a wonderful place to relax with a glass of Rioja or Cava, whilst enjoying the warm sunshine. The house is extremely well equipped and spacious. The view out to San Antonio Bay is stunning. The house is easily accessible by car and a short 10/15 minute drive to San Antonio. It's only 5 minutes to San Josep, 20 mins to Eivissa and 30 mins to Santa Eularia. All wonderful places to visit. There is a good supermarket at the end of the road with fresh pastries every morning and wonderful fresh bread. Sonia our host was very friendly and helpful but discreet at the same time. Our children adored Uma and Bruno. They keep asking when we can go back to see them! We would highly recommend this property and location. We really do hope to return again. Thank you so much Sonia

Séjour génial

Villa très confortable avec une vue superbe sur la baie et beaucoup de charme. L'endroit est très calme car situé un peu en dehors de la ville tout en étant proche des commerces. Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour. Accueil très chaleureux.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

FANTASTICAS VACACIONES

Somos dos familias con dos hijos mayores cada una y hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones fantásticos en esta formidable villa situada en un sitio muy tranquilo, rodeada de naturaleza y a la vez muy cerca de la playa (Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida y Cala Vedella), con unas vistas increíbles de la bahía de Sant Antoni. La casa está muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para estar muy cómodos y la piscina es fabulosa. Es perfecta para ocho personas, aunque hay espacio de sobra por si se es un grupo más grande. Además tienen un servicio de limpieza que vienen dos veces a la semana. Los propietarios son personas muy amables que te lo hacen todo muy fácil y están pendientes de tus necesidades. Totalmente recomendable y seguro que repetimos cuando volvamos a Ibiza

Stunning family villa in the countryside

Beautiful villa and location close to the best beaches on the island. This was our first villa holiday and certainly won't be the last. Having the flexibility to go out and about then come back to our own private pool was great. The villa stayed cool and shady and the wifi kept the teenagers in touch with their friends! Would recommend the location, 5 mins for the west coast beaches and only 30mins across the island to the opposite coast.

Beautiful Villa with breath taking views!

A hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the action at the same time!! :-) Truly beautiful Spanish style villa, spacious, well maintained and perfect for our the 6 of us. The owner is incredibly helpful and always available for any questions. For us the outside facilities, swimming pool, ground, bbq area really made this holiday special and we simply loved the privacy of the villa. You def need a car for this Villa but honestly its worth it, we are def staying here again! I would also like to note that the pictures do not do this place justice, honestly its such a lovely place!

Great views, location and property.

We had a great time at Villa Marlis (family of 5 with three children aged 6, 4 and 1). The property is huge - very spacious and ideal for a family as the parents go upstairs and the other three rooms are downstairs and well protected from any noise so you can put the kids to bed and enjoy the sunset over San Antonio bay. Luis and Sonia are the perfect hosts. Very welcoming and helpful. The house itself is their old family home. It is not overlooked at all and the only close neighbor is Sonia who has an adjoining property but you can only see this from the front door and all of the villa and views face onto the back so there is no privacy issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back. Only concern was the lack of pool fence for our youngest children which we knew in advance and is not something you can easily find so was not a surprise. The sunset views from the huge terrace upstairs are an amazing sight! Location; great for beaches with Cala Bassa about 5 mins away and multiple other beaches within a 5-15 min drive away. There is an adequate supermarket at the end of the road but worth doing a trip to the big supermarket by the airport (Mercado?) to stock up for a week. You must have a car - not suitable without transport. Probably not for the party crowd but no drama if you've got enough taxi numbers. Isolation could be a blessing for those hazy mornings..

I titled my review True Reflection, since what you see on the website is true reflection of what you will find. this is an Oasis. you are as close as you want to the "Partying Ibiza" or away from it all. it is parents and kids/ teenagers Heaven. the place is fantastically clean with every amenity you'll need to make your stay as easy and as comfortable as you can possibly imagine. the immediate Beaches (5 minutes away in a car) are fantastic, and world famous for their Sunsets. supermarket is 2 minutes away and stocks all thing you would need for a good quality holiday. the views from the Villa are 2nd to none. what make this place so special is not just the area, location comfort, views and amenities, it is Sonia and Luis (the owners), they where brought up in the property and so ,they have a lot of Pride in welcoming you to their home and make any effort to make sure that your holiday passes without any problem and as effortless as possible. I would highly recommend a car. We loved it. Thank you, and most definitely will be back.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing house

We have not used homeaway before but our experience at Villa Marlis means we will definitely use again even to return to Villa Marlis if possible! There are many things that make this property stand out and, in the end, much of the credit has to go to the owners. Luis and his sister Sonia were so kind and generous with their time. It was clear that they were being honest when they said they simply wanted us to have a great holiday in their house. The house itself is impeccably clean, very spacious and has any and all household items one could need even when travelling with young children as we were. We barbecued most nights. Easy to do when the local shop (less than a km away) stocks great meat and all the supplies you need for our hungry bunch of three generations of family. The electric hobs and microwave oven were useful too. It was nice to have a washing machine and sun trap for outdoor drying. The house is surrounded by extensive grounds and, of course, the beautiful pool. Note that both are not particularly child friendly with lots of steps and the pool is no more shallow than 1.5m or so. Still we had no problems with our two year old as long as we kept a close eye on him. The space in the house is fantastic. We were 5 adults (plus another for a few days) and our toddler and all having separate rooms was a pleasure. The online photos simply do not do justice to the villa. Add to that the customer service of the owners and you will be sure of a carefree, relaxing holiday at Villa Marlis. By the way, we would recommend a car as we had as we enjoy travelling around the island checking out the towns and beaches. However it is possible to stay at Villa Marlis without one. There are beaches nearby and a supermarket as mentioned above. It does seem getting around would be quite difficult though. We highly recommend Villa Marlis and hope to get back again soon!!!

Paradise!

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and situated in a quiet area slightly higher on a hill so the view is fantastic overlooking the bay of San Antonio. The owners Luis and his sister Sonia are very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. Sonia lives in a house on the same plot so if you need anything you can go to her. The house and the garden were very clean and well maintained. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and upstairs one spacious bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. Downstairs three different sitting areas. Big kitchen, dining room, washing machine and dryer also available. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. We loved the house, it felt like home! The road to the house is a dirt road (look for the sign hotel Victoria), a little bumpy but no problem with a normal car. Outside there is a BBQ area with a dining space, nice (still a bit cold in April/May!) swimming pool with roman steps, a fish/turtle pond and a huge garden around the house, no direct neighbors around except for Sonia. I would recommend this house to families, not to party people since the location is a bit remote and quiet, which we loved. The supermarket is only 1 km away and the meat there is good quality (try Wagyu burgers and lamb chops). The house is located near a lot of beautiful sand beaches Cala des Comte, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida. But also Ibiza town, Es Torrent, Es Xarco, Sa Caleta, Ses Salines and Cala Jondal are only a 15-20 minute drive. Restaurants which we liked: fish on the beach at Es Torrent, S'illa des Bosc and Sunset Ashram at Cala des Comte, Iberico ham at Bar Costa in Santa Gertrudis (nice village with nice boutiques), La Paloma in San Llorenc, Can Berri Vell in San Augustin, Sa Caleta, Ex Xarco, El Carmen at Cala d'Hort (view on Es Vedra), paella at Can Pujol, Tropicana at Cala Jondal and tapas at Il Destino in San Josep. IF YOU WANT PRIVATE THAN THIS IS THE VILLA FOR YOU,WE HAD A FANTASTIC WEEK,THE VILLA WAS LOVELY AND VERY CLEAN,AS WAS THE POOL,THE OWNERS WERE GREAT VERY FRIENDLY,WE WANTED PRIVATE AND THAT IS WHAT WE GOT AND WE WERE NOT OVER LOOKED BY ANYTHING,THE LOCATION IS RURAL AND THIS DOES NOT SUIT EVERYONE,I WOULD RECOMMEND A CAR AND TAKE A TORCH IF YOU ARRIVE AT NIGHT ,LIKE WE DID,WE DID STRUGGLE TO FIND IT BUT WE HAVENT BEEN TO THE ISLSND FOR 15 YEARS.THE OWNERS HAD SOME FRIENDLY CATS AND A GREAT DOG CALLED BRUNO,WHO WE FELL IN LOVE WITH,WE WILL HAVE TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR TOO SEE OUR LOVELY BRUNO,WE ARE SAVING ALLREADY,THANKS FOR A LOVELY WEEK.

A location with the best of both worlds

This villa is a little gem. Though simple, the lack of mod cons such as washing machine, oven etc., are more than compensated for by the charm of the place and the great location. Surrounded by pine trees with nothing to hear but the chatting cicadas, this villa is off the beaten track - in fact its along the beaten track! and yet only a stone throw from some of the best beaches and restaurants on the island. Clean and tranquil, despite boiling August heat the villa reamined cool. The pool and the outside shower were well used by us and the brick built BBQ a bonus. A car is a must. Recommended local beaches are Cala Vadella, a lovely sandy beach and gentle sea. Cala Bassa Beach Club also has a sandy beach and a great restaurant, quite stylish, with stunning views across the bay towards the twinkling neon lights of San Antonio. Best local restaurants are S'Illa des Bosc at Cala Conta for an awesome view of the sunset, great Paella and calm, friendly service. Can Berri Vell in San Agusti is magical. Opposite the white washed village church, its cobbled, walled courtyard is a truely picturesque setting for the most delectable food. The owner of the villa was helful and friendly. We recommend this villa!

Stayed at this villa for 2weeks for our honeymoon in August. The villa was much bigger and nicer than it looked on the pictures. The location is very private and very quiet. The owners of the villa live right opposite so help isn’t to far away should you need it. The owners seemed very friendly and said they would help us with anything should we need it. One thing i would strongly recommend is hiring a car, we got by for 2weeks without one but the villa is located down the bottom of a dirt track and it did become a chore having to walk up and down each time we visited the supermarket. The dirt track has no lighting at night so if you don’t hire a car i strongly recommend a torch. We had regular visits from the owners cat Oliver who must be the friendliest cat ever with the strangest meow we have ever heard, he practically moved in with us, although i think feeding him every day might be the reason for that. I would definitely recommend this villa for a fantastic holiday but if you’re planning on going out a lot, a car is a must.

Better than pictures

This villa is even better than I expected from the pictures. It is very private, and large enough for 4 adults. There is a kitchen with 4 ring cooker, a fridge/freezer, a bathroom and an additional toilet. The outside is much bigger than the pictures suggest. The villa is so quiet and very private - very relaxing. There is a nice tapas place down the road, from where you can book taxis if you want to go out.
